5. The fifth step: conveying the mixture to a rolling heating machine,
5.1: conveying the metal sheet of the base coiled material into a hot-pressing rolling heating machine of the base coiled material, and heating the metal sheet of the base coiled material to ensure that the temperature of the metal sheet of the base coiled material reaches more than 180 ℃ and less than 250 ℃, preferably about 200 ℃;
5.2: conveying the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet into a hot-pressing rolling heating machine of the decorative coiled material, and heating the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet to ensure that the temperature of the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet reaches more than 180 ℃ and less than 250 ℃, preferably about 200 ℃;
the temperature of the heated metal skin of the base coiled material and the stainless steel skin of the decorative coiled material is equal to or higher than the melting point temperature of the hot melt adhesive film of the coiled material;
the hot-pressing rolling heating mechanism of the base coiled material is the same as the hot-pressing rolling heating mechanism of the decorative coiled material; preheating a metal sheet of a base coiled material and a stainless steel sheet of a decorative coiled material before intersection and compounding;

7.1: conveying a base coiled material metal sheet and a decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet adhered with a hot melt adhesive liquid to a hot rolling extrusion compounding machine together, wherein the temperature of a heating roller of the hot rolling extrusion compounding machine is more than 180 ℃ and less than 250 ℃, preferably about 200 ℃, the base coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet adhered with the hot melt adhesive liquid pass through a compound extrusion seam between the same hot rolling extrusion heating roller assembly of the hot rolling extrusion compounding machine, the heating roller assembly is heated and rotates to roll and extrude the metal sheet and the stainless steel sheet passing through the compound extrusion seam at the same time, the high-temperature heat of the heating roller is transmitted to the base coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet, the hot melt adhesive liquid is continuously melted after being subjected to the high-temperature heat of the base coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet, so that the hot melt adhesive liquid is fully melted, the base coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet are synchronously subjected to secondary extrusion, the internal hot air is exhausted, the base coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet are fully adhered together, and the belt type stainless steel decorative plate three are preliminarily formed after output;
the heat rolling extrusion compounding machine is a heat conduction oil heating roller device/machine, the heating component is a heat conduction oil heating roller, a pre-compounded base layer coiled material metal sheet and a decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet pass through a compound extrusion seam between the heat conduction oil heating roller components of the heat rolling extrusion compounding machine and are pressed and clamped, the heat rolling extrusion compounding machine heats heat conduction oil in the heating roller through an electric heating device to obtain heat, a motor driving device of the heat rolling extrusion compounding machine drives the heat conduction oil heating roller to rotate, and the pre-compounded base layer coiled material metal sheet and the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet pass through the heat conduction oil heating roller components to be heated; the temperature difference loss for heat transfer is calculated in that the temperature of the heat-conducting oil heating roller is more than 30% higher than the melting point temperature of the hot melt adhesive film;
8. eighth step: is conveyed to an outlet cooling machine,
conveying the belt type stainless steel decorative plate to an outlet cooling machine for cooling, cooling to normal temperature, solidifying and solidifying the hot melt adhesive mucus, and compounding and bonding the metal sheet of the base coiled material and the stainless steel sheet of the decorative coiled material together through the solidified layer solidified by the hot melt adhesive mucus; the cooling time is as follows: 5 to 10 minutes, preferably 5 to 6 minutes.
Preferably: the outlet cooling machine is an air cooling machine and/or a water cooling machine;
the air cooling machine is an air cooler, and the stainless steel decorative plate is cooled by blowing air through the air cooler;
the water-cooling machine is a water-cooling roller device, the belt-type stainless steel decorative plate is pressed and contacted through a gap between water-cooling roller assemblies of the water-cooling roller device, cold water is introduced while the water-cooling roller assemblies rotate, the temperature of the water-cooling roller is low, the temperature of the belt-type stainless steel decorative plate is high, and the water-cooling roller takes away the heat of the belt-type stainless steel decorative plate through the cold water;
the best reduction is: firstly, reducing a part of temperature through an air cooling machine, preventing the temperature of the high-temperature belt type stainless steel decorative plate contacting with the water cooling machine from being rapidly reduced, and preventing a large amount of condensed water from being generated; then the hot melt adhesive mucus is rolled into a water cooling machine to be cooled so as to reduce the occurrence of condensed water, the air cooling and the water cooling are carried out to gradually reduce the temperature, and the good adhesive property of the hot melt adhesive mucus is kept after the condensation and solidification; because the temperature of the plate body just output is high, water vapor is prevented from being generated, and therefore, water cannot be directly sprayed on the plate body;
9. the ninth step: is conveyed to an outlet looping machine,
conveying the belt type stainless steel decorative plate into an outlet looping machine, and outputting buffer metal flow and constant tension to a stainless steel decorative plate skin; the outlet looping machine is used for buffering metal flow and keeping constant tension for the output of the belt type stainless steel decorative plate;
in the process of conveying and advancing the belt type stainless steel decorating plate, machinery of the whole assembly line is difficult to ensure that the machine works synchronously and well in a consistent manner in the whole time, accidental (sudden) temporary uncoordinated work of machinery of partial processes is inevitable, no mistake can be made in the link of each process, and continuous uniform speed running of the subsequent key processes of the belt type stainless steel decorating plate is ensured, so that an outlet looping machine is required, the outlet looping machine can temporarily buffer metal flow or buffer metal flow by drawing in case of temporary blocking, metal belt slipping, sudden drawing, sudden deceleration and other adverse conditions of the machinery in front of (a composite machine and an outlet cooling machine) and/or behind (a tension machine and a winding machine), constant tension is kept when the metal belt is temporarily and suddenly accelerated or decelerated, the metal belt has a tension buffering effect, the phenomenon of necking phenomenon caused by overlarge tension is prevented, over-tight or over-wide conveying is prevented, and front/back conveying of the metal belt is adjusted in a temporary buffering and buffering manner and is not influenced;

and (3) conveying the belt-type stainless steel decorative plate to a winding machine (steel belt winding machine) to enable the stainless steel decorative plate to form a whole bundle of coiled materials, and finally forming the coiled stainless steel decorative plate.

The conveying speed of the base coiled material metal sheet, the membrane of the coiled material hot melt adhesive film, the decorative coiled material stainless steel sheet and the stainless steel decorative plate is as follows: 15 m/min-25 m/min, generally about 20 m/min, and the whole process is basically operated at uniform speed.
The hot melt adhesive film is a high polymer film, and the specific product name is as follows: the PET bonding film is preferably a PET-899 type bonding film, and has the thickness: 0.3 mm-1 mm; the melting point temperature is between 180 and 230 ℃, generally about 200 ℃; pressing/ironing time: 10 seconds to 20 seconds, typically 10 seconds to 15 seconds.
Service characteristics of the hot melt adhesive film: the adhesive has good adhesion and uniform adhesion thickness, can be punched into accurate shapes and sizes, is suitable for pure manual or automatic application, and can also obtain good effect when being adhered to the surface of an uneven object; the color is translucent/amber.
The tension of the stainless steel sheet of the decorative coiled material is 25 kg-35 kg, namely the tension; the tension of the corresponding roller type tensioning machine for the decorative web is 25 kg to 35 kg, preferably 30 kg.
The tension of the hot melt adhesive film of the coiled material is 8 kg-12 kg, namely the tension; the tension of the corresponding film roller type tension machine is 5 kg-10 kg, preferably 8 kg.
The metal sheet of the base coiled material is an iron sheet, the iron sheet is a double-sided galvanized iron sheet, the galvanized iron sheet is not easy to rust, the back of the iron sheet is not easy to rust after composite molding, and the thickness of the iron sheet is 1 mm-1.5 mm as a main part; therefore, the tension of the base coiled material metal skin and the stainless steel decorative plate is 3000 kg-4500 kg, namely the tension; the tension of the corresponding roller type tension machine of the base coiled material and the corresponding roller type tension machine of the outlet is 3000 kg-4500 kg, preferably 3000 kg-4000 kg; because the base coiled material metal skin that is drawn, stainless steel decorative board are than thicker, have certain width, relatively hard, need draw level, straighten, so need great tension. The tensioning force is adjusted according to the material, the hardness and the thickness of the metal skin of the pulled base layer coiled material.
The sixth step is that: the metal sheet of the base coiled material, the membrane of the hot melt adhesive film of the coiled material and the stainless steel sheet of the decorative coiled material are jointly conveyed to a rolling extrusion compounding machine, and the extrusion pressure of the rolling extrusion compounding is 3 kg-10 kg, preferably 5 kg-6 kg.
The seventh step is that: the metal sheet of the base coiled material and the stainless steel sheet of the decorative coiled material stuck with the hot melt adhesive liquid are jointly conveyed to a hot rolling extrusion compounding machine, and the extrusion pressure of the hot rolling extrusion compounding machine is 3 kg-8 kg, preferably 5 kg-6 kg.
The color layer is covered with a color protection transparent layer to prevent the color layer from being disordered. The color layer can resist high temperature of 300-400 ℃ or above. The color protection transparent layer is a colorless baking paint layer. The produced coiled material stainless steel decorative plate at least comprises four layers of a base coiled material metal skin layer, an adhesive layer, a decorative coiled material stainless steel skin layer and a color layer; if colorless baking varnish is added on the surface of the color layer, the color layer becomes a transparent color protection layer, and the color layer consists of five layers. The color layer is a vacuum titanium metal electroplating color layer which is non-transparent and completely shields the surface of the stainless steel skin layer of the decorative coiled material to achieve the decorative effect;
the color protection transparent layer is a transparent paint fingerprint-resistant layer, and the color of the vacuum titanium metal plating color layer can be seen through the transparent paint fingerprint-resistant layer; the thickness of the vacuum plating titanium metal color layer and the transparent paint anti-fingerprint layer is 0.1 mm-0.2 mm.
