And after the rust removal of the area is finished, stopping the wheel rotating module 2 and the rust removal module 3, moving the pipeline to the next area to be subjected to rust removal, and repeating the rust removal steps until the rust removal work of the whole pipeline is finished.

the floating structure further comprises a spring, the spring surrounds the outer walls of the first floating column and the second floating column, and two ends of the spring are fixed to the first floating column and the second floating column respectively.

the floating structures are at least four.

the polishing assembly comprises base plates on two sides and a floating connecting rod fixedly connected with the base plates, and the floating connecting rod is connected with the second floating column.

the polishing assembly further comprises a polishing motor, a polishing transmission structure and a friction roller structure;
the grinding transmission structure is connected with an output shaft of the grinding motor and transmits the rotary motion of the output shaft to the friction roller structure;
the friction roller structure comprises a rotating shaft penetrating through the substrates, two rotating discs arranged on the rotating shaft and a plurality of friction rollers fixed between the rotating discs, wherein the rotating discs are arranged between the substrates, and the rotating shaft is connected with the polishing transmission structure and rotates along with the polishing transmission structure.

The rust removing device for the outer wall of the pipeline as claimed in claim 6, wherein: the grinding transmission structure comprises a first gear, a second gear and a third gear which are meshed with each other, the first gear is connected with the output shaft, and the third gear is connected with the rotating shaft.

the transmission assembly comprises a first transmission arc and a second transmission arc, a plurality of fixing rods are arranged between the first transmission arc and the second traditional arc, the fixing rods are used for fixedly connecting the rust removal unit, and the axes of the fixing rods are parallel to the axes of the first transmission arc and the second transmission arc.
