The training device according to claim 4, wherein the inside of the first weight 17 is of a hollow structure, a through groove (21) is formed in a position, close to the second weight (18), of the first weight (17), the through groove (21) is communicated with the inside of the first weight (17), a connecting plate (20) is vertically arranged inside the first weight (17), one end of the connecting plate (20) is rotatably connected with the inner wall of the first weight (17) through a rotating shaft (19), the other end of the connecting plate (20) penetrates through the through groove (21) and then is connected with the second weight (18), the rotating shaft (19) is parallel to the guide groove (12), the width of the connecting plate (20) is smaller than that of the through groove (21), first elastic members (22) are horizontally arranged between two sides of the connecting plate (20) and the inner wall of the first weight (17), and two ends of the first elastic members (22) are respectively connected with the side surface of the connecting plate (20) and the inner wall of the first weight (17).

An exercise device according to claim 5, wherein two second elastic members (23) are vertically arranged between the first weight (17) and the second weight (18), the two second elastic members (23) are located on two sides of the connecting plate (20), and two ends of each second elastic member (23) are respectively connected with the first weight (17) and the second weight (18).
7. An exercise device as claimed in claim 1, wherein two vertical bars (14) are vertically arranged on the upper surface of the base (1) near to both sides, the two vertical bars (14) are connected by a cross bar (15), and the cross bar (15) is parallel to the guide groove (12).
8. Training device according to claim 2, wherein a mounting frame (19) is vertically arranged at the front end of the base 1, a control display screen (8) is arranged on the mounting frame (19), and the control display screen (8) is electrically connected with the motor (5).
9. An exercise device according to claim 8, wherein the bottom of each footprint channel 9 is provided with a pressure sensor (10), said pressure sensors (10) being electrically connected to the control display screen (8).
