Claims (8)

1. The utility model provides an airport luggage bottom surface germ device that kills which characterized in that includes:
a base body mounted between the inlet conveyor and the outlet conveyor;
a skid plate assembly mounted on the base body to be inclined downward in a luggage conveying direction; a plurality of light holes are formed in the sliding plate component;
the killing assembly is arranged in a cavity formed between the base body and the sliding plate assembly;
and two ends of the protective cabin are respectively fixed on the inlet conveying device and the outlet conveying device, so that the sliding plate assembly is positioned in the protective cabin.

The bottom surface germ-killing device of airport luggage according to claim 1, wherein said base body comprises a support frame and two side plates, said two side plates are respectively fixed on two sides of said support frame to form a channel structure; the sliding plate assembly is mounted on the top of the support frame to form the cavity; a plurality of mounting holes are formed in each of the two side plates; the plurality of sterilizing components are respectively arranged in the plurality of mounting holes, and the plurality of sterilizing components are all positioned in the cavity.

The bottom surface germ-killing device for airport luggage according to claim 2, wherein said slide plate assembly comprises an inlet slide plate and an outlet slide plate, said inlet slide plate and said outlet slide plate are arranged in sequence along the luggage conveying direction, said outlet slide plate extends to said outlet conveying device, said inlet slide plate and said outlet slide plate are respectively placed on the mounting surface of said supporting frame, and said inlet slide plate, said outlet slide plate and said supporting frame are connected by a hinge; the inlet sliding plate is provided with a plurality of light holes which are uniformly distributed.
4. The bottom surface germ-killing apparatus for airport luggage as claimed in claim 3, wherein a swing driving device is installed between the end of said entrance sliding plate near said entrance conveyor and the bottom of said supporting frame.

The apparatus according to claim 2, wherein said sterilizing assembly comprises an electric control box and an ultraviolet germicidal tube, said electric control box being mounted in said mounting hole; the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube is installed on the electric control box through the lamp tube base, and the ultraviolet sterilizing lamp tube is located in the cavity.

The bottom surface germ killing device for the airport luggage of claim 1, wherein the protection cabin comprises an inlet protection cabin, an outlet protection cabin and a killing protection cabin, the inlet protection cabin is covered on the inlet conveying device, and first slide rails are arranged on two sides of the inlet protection cabin; the outlet protection cabin is covered on the outlet conveying device, and second sliding rails are arranged on two sides of the outlet protection cabin; the sterilizing and killing protection cabin is located between the inlet protection cabin and the outlet protection cabin, sliding grooves are formed in the inner walls of the two sides of the sterilizing and killing protection cabin, and two ends of each sliding groove are respectively embedded in the first sliding rail and the second sliding rail which are located on the same side.

The bottom surface germ killing device of airport luggage of claim 6 wherein said entrance protection compartment comprises an entrance protection cabin body, two first protective soft curtains and a first light screen, said entrance protection cabin body being fixed to said entrance conveyor; the two first protective soft curtains are respectively arranged at the opening ports at the two ends of the entrance protective cabin body; the first light screen is installed between the entrance protection cabin body and the killing protection cabin through a hinge;
the outlet protection cabin comprises an outlet protection cabin body, two second protection soft curtains and a second light shading plate, and the outlet protection cabin body is fixed on the outlet conveying device; the two second protective soft curtains are respectively arranged at the opening ports at the two ends of the outlet protective cabin body; the second light screen is installed through the hinge the export protection cabin body with between the killing protection cabin.

s1, conveying luggage to be killed to an inlet conveying device by a luggage processing system;
s2, acquiring information of whether luggage exists in the sterilizing and killing protective cabin and whether an entrance sliding plate is at a low position, and if the luggage exists or the entrance sliding plate is at a high position, stopping the luggage to be sterilized on an entrance conveying device; if no luggage is available and the entrance sliding plate is at a low position, the next step is carried out;
s3, conveying the luggage to be sterilized to a sterilizing protection cabin by the inlet conveying device for bottom surface sterilizing, monitoring the luggage sliding time, and if the luggage sliding time is detected to be larger than a set value, adjusting the inclination angle of the inlet sliding plate by the control system to enable the luggage to be conveyed and slid normally; if the sliding time of the luggage is normal, executing the next step;
and S4, conveying the sterilized luggage to an outlet conveying device through the sterilizing protection cabin, and conveying the sterilized luggage by the outlet conveying device to return to a luggage processing system.
