step three: the third electric push rod 18 is controlled to push the sealing plates 17 at the two sides to close, so that the materials 30 to be conveyed above the second disinfectant spraying plate 21 are in a relatively sealed state, and the discharge of water vapor during disinfection is reduced;
step four: the second electric push rods 12 on the two sides of the fixing plate 11 are started to push the extension sleeve box 10 to extend, so that the second electric push rods 12 shrink after the lifting support plate 13 grabs the materials 30 to be conveyed, and the limiting insertion plate 14 enters the position below the materials 30 to be conveyed to grab the materials 30 to be conveyed;
step five: the material 30 to be conveyed is rotated by starting the second direct current motor 8 after being grabbed to the upper part of the sealing plate 17, and then the high-temperature drying devices 19 on the two sides are started to comprehensively air-dry the material 30 to be conveyed when the material 30 to be conveyed is rotated.
The working principle is as follows: when the device is used, materials are placed above the first conveying crawler 24, the control device 31 controls and starts the third direct current motor 27 to enable the transmission shaft 23 to rotate to convey the control device 31, so that automatic conveying of materials can be realized, conveying by workers is not needed, conveying efficiency of the materials is improved, the second ultraviolet disinfection plates 28 on two sides can disinfect the surface of the materials 30 to be conveyed in the conveying process, when the materials are conveyed from one side of the second conveying crawler 25 to the other side, the side sliding plates 22 on one side slide into the upper portion of the second disinfection liquid spraying plates 21, the second disinfection liquid spraying plates 21 and the first disinfection liquid spraying plates 20 on two sides spray disinfection water on the materials 30 to be conveyed in an all-directional mode, the materials 30 to be conveyed can be disinfected more comprehensively, and meanwhile, the sealing plates 17 on two sides are pushed to close by controlling the third electric push rod 18, the material 30 to be conveyed above the second disinfectant spraying plate 21 can be in a relatively sealed state, the discharge of water vapor during disinfection is reduced, then the second electric push rods 12 on the two sides of the starting fixing plate 11 are controlled to push the extending sleeve box 10 to extend, the second electric push rods 12 shrink after the lifting support plate 13 grabs the material 30 to be conveyed, the limiting insertion plates 14 enter the lower part of the material 30 to be conveyed to grab the material 30 to be conveyed, after the material 30 to be conveyed is grabbed above the sealing plate 17, the second direct current motor 8 is started to rotate the material 30 to be conveyed, then the high-temperature drying devices 19 on the two sides are started to comprehensively air-dry the material 30 to be conveyed when the material 30 to be conveyed rotates, the material is prevented from being sprayed into the material 30 to be conveyed to be moistened, after disinfection and drying, the first direct current motor 4 is started to make the control slide block 7 move to continuously place the grabbed material above the first conveying track 24, snatch in-process first ultraviolet ray disinfection board 15 and treat the top of conveying goods and materials 30 and continuously disinfect, the in-process of first conveying track 24 conveying goods and materials is continuously disinfected by third ultraviolet ray disinfection board 29, can disinfect comprehensively, and second conveying track 25, second antiseptic solution spraying plate 21 and first conveying track 24 can carry out multiple disinfection in the data send process of goods and materials, can make the sterile process realize automaticly completely.
