Description

Pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device for urinary surgery
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation equipment, and relates to a pelvic floor muscle rehabilitation device for urinary surgery.
Background
Pelvic floor muscles refer to the group of muscles that close the pelvic floor. Flaccid posture, lack of movement, pregnancy and childbirth, and male prostate surgery all cause pelvic floor muscles to relax or become injured, which in turn causes pelvic floor muscle dysfunction, such as incontinence of stool and urine, prolapse of pelvic floor viscera, and the like.
In order to restore the pelvic floor muscles to normal function, surgical and non-surgical procedures are commonly used. The operation is mainly used for some patients with particularly serious pelvic floor muscle dysfunction. For the average patient, the pelvic floor muscles are often repaired in a non-surgical manner, such as by appropriate exercise. When people exercise the pelvic floor muscles in a sport mode, good exercise effects such as tightening the buttocks and outward rotation of the legs can be achieved through correct exercise postures. If the exercise posture of the patient is wrong or the force exerting way is incorrect, the desired effect cannot be obtained, and the pelvic floor muscles are even damaged, so that the problems of the pelvic floor muscles are more serious. For example, some patients need an auxiliary tool to lift their legs, but when the auxiliary tool is used to lift their legs, the legs of the patient are only lifted under the driving of the auxiliary tool, and the legs are supported by the auxiliary tool after being lifted, so that the exercise effect cannot be achieved.

The power circuit includes a power source and a resistor. Accordingly, one parallel circuit may correspond to one power supply circuit. The circuit formed by the first trigger switch, the two second trigger switches and the two speakers 20 can be realized by the prior art for those skilled in the art.
When one of the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch is in a closed state, the corresponding sounder 20 is in a short-circuit state, and the sounder 20 does not sound, and at this time, the exercise state of the patient is correct. When one of the first trigger switches is in a closed state and the second trigger switch is in an open state, the corresponding sound generator 20 generates a prompt sound to remind the patient that the exercise state is wrong. When both the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch are in the off state, the device is not activated and the sound generator 20 does not generate sound.
For the convenience of describing the present embodiment, only one of the second electrical contacts and the corresponding speaker 20 will be described, and the operation principle of the other second electrical contact and the corresponding speaker 20 should be understood.
The working principle is as follows: in a natural state, i.e., when not in use, the cylinder 3 is not extended, and the movable plate 2 is in a horizontal state. The conducting strip on the sliding rod 6 is not contacted with the electric connecting sheet 10, and the first trigger switch is in an off state. The first electrical contact 14 is not in contact with the second electrical contact 16 under the action of the spring 15, and the second trigger switch is in an off state. At this time, the sound emitter 20 does not emit sound.
When in use, the buttocks of a patient is positioned at the joint of the bed board 1 and the movable board 2, the legs of the patient are placed on the movable board 2, and the upper body of the patient lies on the bed board 1. The lower leg is fixed by the first fixing band 18, the patient's thigh is fixed by the second fixing band 19, and then the body orientation is adjusted so that the two pressing bars 11 are respectively located on the outer sides of the two thigh backs, corresponding to the positions of the biceps femoris muscle and the vastus lateralis muscle. However, the biceps femoris muscle and the vastus lateralis muscle are in a relaxed state at this time, that is, the muscle groups of the biceps femoris muscle and the vastus lateralis muscle are soft. At this time, the top of the pressing rod 11 is pressed against the skin and the softer muscle inside the skin, so the leg presses the pressing rod 11 downwards to move the pressing rod 11 downwards for a certain distance, but the first electrical contact 14 cannot be contacted with the second electrical contact 16, that is, the second trigger switch is in an off state. And, the spring 15 is compressed to have a certain elasticity.
The cylinder 3 is actuated to extend the cylinder 3. The cylinder 3 drives one end of the movable plate 2 to be lifted, the other end of the movable plate 2 rotates around the rotating shaft, the connecting plate 5 moves along the sliding groove 9, and the movable plate 2 becomes an inclined state. Meanwhile, the top end of the push rod of the air cylinder 3 rotates around the hinge shaft of the second hinge seat, and the lower end of the cylinder barrel of the air cylinder 3 rotates around the hinge shaft of the first hinge seat so as to adapt to the change of the state of the movable plate 2. When the movable plate 2 is inclined, the legs of the patient are kept attached to the movable plate 2, and the lower body of the patient rotates around the hip joint with the aid of the movable plate 2, so that the legs of the patient are raised. When the cylinder 3 extends to a certain extent, the operation of the cylinder 3 is suspended. The patient is kept for a certain time in the leg-lifting state. At this time, the conductive sheet on the sliding rod 6 contacts the electrical connection sheet 10, so that the first trigger switch is in a closed state.
If the legs of the patient are relaxed and lean against the movable plate 2 at the moment, the patient is completely supported by the movable plate 2, namely the legs of the patient are not forced to be in a relaxed state. The muscles of the patient are soft and in such a state, the biceps femoris and vastus lateralis muscles of the patient cannot apply enough pressure to the pressing rod 11 to close the second trigger switch. I.e., the first electrical contact 14 is not in contact with the second electrical contact 16. At this time, the sound generator 20 will emit a sound to remind the patient to adjust the usage status. The patient should use his or her own strength to lift the legs, and the biceps femoris and the vastus lateralis of the patient are in a tight state, and the biceps femoris and the vastus lateralis will tighten and become hard, and the biceps femoris and the vastus femoris can provide enough pressure to the squeezing rod 11. Meanwhile, the patient clamps the buttocks strongly, the pelvic floor muscles apply force, the legs are overturned outwards, and the squeezing rod 11 is squeezed through biceps femoris or vastus lateralis. The pressing rod 11 is moved toward the second electrical contact 16 against the elastic force of the spring 15 until the first electrical contact 14 contacts the second electrical contact 16, and the second trigger switch is in a closed state. At this time, the first trigger switch and the second trigger switch are both in the closed state, the sound generator 20 does not make a sound, and the exercise state of the patient is correct.
As the pelvic floor muscles of the patient are weak, the pelvic floor muscles are weak, and the patient is difficult to contract the pelvic floor muscles when lying. The patient is using the in-process that self strength was raised the both legs, and biceps femoris muscle and vastus lateralis muscle can drag pelvic floor muscle, make pelvic floor muscle produce stress response, and then make pelvic floor muscle obtain the exercise of certain degree. The patient further drives the pelvic floor muscles to act in the process of clamping the buttocks and turning the legs outwards, so that the pelvic floor muscles are further strengthened and exercised. The cylinder 3 is paused, and the patient keeps a certain time in the state at this moment, so that the exercise effect is better.
The cylinder 3 can then be activated again, and when the cylinder 3 continues to extend to a certain height, the operation of the cylinder 3 can be suspended again. The inclination increase of fly leaf 2, the further raising of patient's both legs, effect is tempered in further improvement.
During the exercise, the patient can also support the legs by the movable plate 2, but the biceps femoris and the vastus lateralis muscles of the thigh are contracted and tightened by exerting force, the buttocks of the patient are tightened, the legs rotate outwards, the pelvic floor muscles exert force to be exercised, and the biceps femoris and the vastus lateralis muscles press the pressing rod 11 to enable the sounder 20 not to generate sound any more. However, if a patient is in a state of lifting his legs while lying on his back, the biceps femoris muscle and the vastus lateralis muscle of the thigh are also pulled to exert force together with other muscles such as pelvic floor muscle, and thus the pelvic floor muscle can be exercised.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes in the embodiments and/or modifications of the invention can be made, and equivalents and modifications of some features of the invention can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention.
