As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a medical protective garment including a main body 10, and an elbow structure 104, a knee joint structure 103, a waist structure 102, and a shoulder structure 101 provided on the main body 10. The elbow structure 104, shoulder structure 101, knee structure 103, and waist structure 102 may all be formed from the first target 20. The first object 20 has elasticity.
It should be noted that the elbow structure 104, the shoulder structure 101, the knee structure 103, and the waist structure 102 are formed by the first object 20, that is, the first object 20 is formed to fit the shapes of the elbow structure 104, the shoulder structure 101, the knee structure 103, and the waist structure 102, respectively, and is connected to the body 10.
Further, portions of the body 10 are removed at corresponding positions of the body 10 to leave a space for connecting the elbow structure 104, the shoulder structure 101, the knee structure 103, and the waist structure 102, and the elbow structure 104, the shoulder structure 101, the knee structure 103, and the waist structure 102 are respectively disposed at corresponding positions of the body 10 and connected with the body 10.
It can be understood that since each of the movable joint positions is made of the first object 20 having elasticity on the medical protective garment, the stretchability of the medical protective garment can be improved. That is, the elbow structure, the knee joint structure, the waist structure and the shoulder structure with elasticity can be extended or restored when being worn or moving, so that the flexibility of the medical protective clothing is improved when a wearer moves, the medical protective clothing is beneficial to the wearer to carry out various complex activities under the condition of wearing the medical protective clothing, and the work efficiency and the safety of the wearer are improved.
The body 10 may be implemented using a conventional medical protective garment, on the basis of which the portions corresponding to the elbow structure 104, the waist structure 102, the knee joint structure 103 and the shoulder structure 101 are removed to leave portions that can be connected correspondingly to the elbow structure 104, the waist structure 102, the knee joint structure 103 and the shoulder structure 101.
In some embodiments, the elbow structure 104 is any one of a circle, rectangle, square, and oval, and is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the elbow joint of the human body.
In some embodiments, the elbow structure 104 is a sheet-like structure having a central portion of the elbow structure 104 that has a thickness greater than a thickness of the periphery of the elbow structure 104. The purpose is that the area of the central portion corresponds to the location of the human elbow joint, so the thickness of the central portion of the elbow structure 104 is thickened to account for the high rate of activity at the elbow joint.
In some embodiments, the waist structure 102 is a first annular structure, and when the waist structure 102 is the first annular structure, the waist structure 102 is disposed around the body 10, that is, the waist structure 102 surrounds the waist and the abdomen.
In other embodiments, when the waist structure 102 is a ring-shaped structure, the waist structure 102 has a first side and a second side opposite to each other at intervals along the height direction of the human body, and the distance between the first side and the second side gradually decreases from the position of the waist structure 102 corresponding to the back of the human body to the position of the waist structure 102 corresponding to the center of the navel of the human body.
In some embodiments, the waist structure 102 is one of rectangular and square, and when the waist structure 102 is rectangular or square, the waist structure 102 is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the waist of the human body.
In some embodiments, the ratio of the area of the waist structure 102 to the area of the jacket 100 is 10% to 20%.
In some embodiments, the knee joint structure 103 is any one of a rectangle, a square, and a circle, and in this embodiment, the knee joint structure 103 is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the knee joint.
In some embodiments, the knee joint structure 103 is a second ring-shaped structure, in this embodiment, the knee joint structure 103 is disposed around the knee joint.
In some embodiments, the knee joint structure 103 is also a sheet-like structure, and the thickness of the central portion of the knee joint structure 103 is greater than the thickness of the two side regions of the knee joint structure 103. The purpose is that the area of the central portion corresponds to the position of the knee joint, so the thickness of the central portion of the knee joint structure 103 is thickened to account for high mobility at the human knee joint.
In some embodiments, the shoulder structure 101 is one of a rectangle, a square, a circle, and an oval, and the shoulder structure 101 is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the shoulder of the human body.
Referring to fig. 3, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that the first object 20 has a first surface facing the outside of the body 10 and a second surface facing the inside of the body 10, and the first surface of the first object 20 is provided with spaced and continuously distributed wrinkles.
Furthermore, the wrinkles on the first target 20 are uniformly distributed, and the wrinkles distributed on the first target 20 are equally spaced on any side of the first target.
Further, the first and second faces of the first object 20 are each provided with spaced and continuously distributed wrinkles.
Specifically, the first object 20 includes an inner layer portion 20-1 and a wrinkle portion 20-2 provided outside the inner layer portion 20-1.
It can be understood that by providing the pleats on at least one side of the first target portion, two adjacent pleats define the area of the first target region therebetween due to the pleats being spaced apart from each other on the surface of the first target, and when the first target is stretched, the stretched area of the first target is defined due to the pleats, and the stretched area is relatively free of pleats, the stretched area is subjected to a certain tension, which improves the tightness of the area between the two pleats of the first target, and further improves the recovery speed of the shoulder structure 101, the waist structure 102, the elbow structure 104, and the knee structure 103 after deformation, so that the shoulder structure 101, the waist structure 102, the elbow structure 104, and the knee structure 103 can adapt to the stretching of a general-type wearer and can fit the wearer with a high degree of matching under the constraint of tightness, thereby improving the fit.
In some embodiments, the folds in the elbow structures 104 are spaced along the length of the arms of the coat 100.
In some embodiments, a central region on the elbow structure 104 corresponds to a central location of the elbow joint of the human body, and the folds of the central region are more densely distributed relative to the peripheral regions of the central region.
In some embodiments, a central region on the waist structure 102 corresponds to a central position of the waist of the human body, and the folds of the central region are distributed more densely relative to the peripheral region of the central region.
In some embodiments, the center region of the knee joint structure 103 corresponds to the center region of the knee joint of the human body, and the folds in the center region are more densely distributed relative to the peripheral region of the center region
Referring to fig. 4, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment in which the first object 20 has a wavy structure as a whole, that is, both sides of the first object 20 have wrinkles.
One skilled in the art can further adopt an embodiment in which the first object 20 is made of at least one of polyester and spandex.
Polyester fiber, which is a synthetic fiber obtained by spinning polyester obtained by polycondensation of organic dibasic acid and dihydric alcohol, belongs to a macromolecular compound. The polyester fiber has good wrinkle resistance and shape retention, and has high strength and elastic recovery capability.
The polyurethane fiber is spandex, and has good elasticity, oxidation resistance and oil resistance.
It can be understood that the strength and elasticity of the shoulder structure 101, the elbow structure 104, the knee joint structure 103, and the waist structure 102 can be improved by using one of the above materials alone or two materials mixed.
Based on the above technical solution, those skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that the body 10 includes a coat 100 and pants 300, the coat 100 and the pants 300 are connected into a whole, one side of the coat 100 is provided with a wearing portion, and the wearing portion has an open state and a closed state; the elbow structure 104 and the shoulder structure 101 are located on the coat 100, the knee structure 103 is located on the pants 300, and the waist structure 102 is located at the junction of the coat 100 and the pants 300.
It should be noted that: connect jacket 100 and trousers 300 as an organic whole, reducible medical protective clothing's part quantity wears through wearing the portion, for split type setting, has improved medical protective clothing's wearing efficiency.
The elbow structure 104 is arranged at the elbow joint of the coat 100, the shoulder structure 101 is arranged at the shoulder of the coat 100, the knee joint structure 103 is arranged at the knee joint of the lower pants 300, and the waist structure 102 is arranged at the joint of the coat 100 and the lower pants 300 and corresponds to the position of the waist of the human body.
Specifically, the wearing part is an opening with an opening-closing piece, and the opening is switched between closing and opening through the opening-closing piece, so that the medical protective clothing is worn and separated.
In some embodiments, the opening and closing element can be a zipper or a magic tape.
In some embodiments, the wearing portion is located on the front side of the coat 100, i.e., the abdominal side.
In some embodiments, the wearing portion is located on the rear side of the coat 100, i.e., the back side.
In some embodiments, the upper outer garment 100 and the lower outer garment 300 are provided directly as a unitary structure.
Based on the above technical solution, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that protective gloves 200 are connected to cuffs of the jacket 100, and the protective gloves 200 are connected with the jacket 100 as a whole.
It can be understood that the cuff of the jacket 100 is the cuff of the sleeve of the jacket 100, the protective glove 200 is connected to the cuff, and the protective glove 200 is connected to the jacket 100 as a whole, so that even when the medical protective clothing is worn, the protective glove 200 is worn naturally, and the protective glove 200 does not need to be worn after the medical protective clothing is worn, thereby improving the wearing efficiency of the wearer and avoiding the overlong exposure time in the dangerous environment.
In some embodiments, the protective gloves 200 and the sleeves of the jacket 100 can be connected by at least one of two connection methods, i.e., a zipper and a hook and loop fastener, so that the jacket 100 and the protective gloves 200 can be integrally arranged, and the detachable function is satisfied, so that when the jacket 100 or the protective gloves 200 are damaged, only one of the components needs to be replaced, the whole medical protective garment does not need to be discarded, and the utilization rate of each component is improved.
In some embodiments, the protective glove 200 is connected to the sleeves of the jacket 100 through a multi-layer structure, that is, one end of the protective glove 200 close to the sleeves has a first multi-layer structure, one end of the sleeves of the jacket 100 close to the protective glove 200 has a second multi-layer structure matched and connected with the first multi-layer structure, and any one of the zipper connection and the magic tape connection can be selected between each of the interconnected layer structures of the first multi-layer structure and the second multi-layer structure. It can be understood that the multi-layer structure improves the sealing performance of the connection part between the coat 100 and the protective gloves 200, thereby improving the safety of the medical protective clothing.
In some embodiments, coat 100 is integrally formed with protective glove 200. It can be understood that, since the upper outer garment 100 and the protective gloves 200 are integrally formed, the possibility of viruses and bacteria entering the inside of the medical clothing from the connection portion of the upper outer garment 100 and the protective gloves 200 is eliminated, and the safety of the medical protective clothing is improved.
Based on the above technical solution, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that a first annular tightening portion surrounding the cuff is disposed at the cuff of the jacket 100.
Specifically, the first annular tightening part tightens the cuffs, so that after the medical protective clothing is worn by a wearer, the cuffs can tighten the wrists, and viruses, bacteria and the like isolated from the external environment can enter the medical protective clothing through gaps in the cuffs and contact the human body.
In some embodiments, the first looped tightening portion is an elastic band that is disposed at the cuff of the jacket 100.
Based on the above technical solution, the person skilled in the art can further adopt an embodiment that leg openings of the pants 300 are connected with leg sleeves 400, and the leg sleeves 400 are connected with the pants 300 into a whole.
It can be understood that the foot sleeves 400 are connected with the trousers 300 into a whole, so that the medical protective clothing is provided with the foot sleeves 400, and the situation that viruses, bacteria and the like enter the medical protective clothing from the gaps due to the gaps between the foot sleeves 400 and the trousers 300 when the medical protective clothing is worn in a split mode is avoided.
In some embodiments, the leg cuffs 400 are connected to the pants 300 by zippers; or the foot covers 400 are connected with the trousers 300 through zippers and magic tapes. It can be understood that the medical protective clothing is integrated through split connection, and only the damaged part needs to be replaced when the single part of the medical protective clothing is damaged, so that the cost is saved.
In some embodiments, the leg caps 400 and the trousers 300 are connected by the zipper and the hook and loop fastener at the same time, that is, the connecting portion of the leg caps 400 and the trousers 300 is a double-layer structure, and the connecting portion of the leg caps 400 and the trousers 300 comprises a first inner layer and a first outer layer arranged outside the first inner layer; the connecting part of the trousers 300 and the foot sleeves 400 is arranged in a double-layer mode, and the connecting part comprises a second inner layer and a second outer layer; wherein, first inlayer passes through the zip fastener with the second inlayer and is connected, and first outer layer passes through the magic subsides with the second outer layer and is connected.
It can be understood that, through the double-layer connection, the sealing performance of the joint of the foot cover 400 and the trousers 300 is improved as much as possible, and viruses and bacteria are prevented from entering the interior of the medical protective clothing from the joint.
In some embodiments, the foot cuff 400 is integrally formed with the lower pants 300. It can be appreciated that the foot cuff 400 is integrally formed with the pants 300, eliminating the need for a connection, thereby eliminating the possibility of viruses and bacteria from entering the interior of the medical protective garment through the connection.
Based on the above technical solution, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that a second annular tightening portion of the leg opening is disposed at the leg opening of the pants 300.
It can be understood that the second annular tightening part is arranged at the trouser leg opening, so that after the medical protective clothing is worn by a wearer, the ankle can be tightened by the trouser leg opening, and viruses, bacteria and the like which isolate the external environment can enter the medical protective clothing through the gaps at the sleeve openings to contact with the human body.
In some embodiments, the second annular gather is also an elastic band that is disposed at the leg opening of the lower pant 300.
Based on the above technical solution, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment that a head sleeve 500 is connected to a neck of the jacket 100, and the head sleeve 500 and the jacket 100 are connected into a whole.
It can be understood that by integrally connecting the headgear 500 to the coat 100, the number of articles to be worn by the wearer when wearing the medical protective article is further reduced, and the wearing efficiency of the wearer is improved.
In some embodiments, headgear 500 is a fully closed headgear 500 and a semi-closed headgear 500.
Specifically, the fully enclosed headgear 500 includes a headgear 500 body 10 and a mask 501 connected to the headgear 500 body 10. The mask 501 is rotatably connected to the body 10 of the headgear 500.
In some embodiments, the headgear 500 may be connected to the coat 100 by at least one of a zipper connection and a hook and loop fastener connection.
In some embodiments, the headgear 500 may be attached to the coat 100 in a single layer or in multiple layers. The multilayer connection can improve the sealing performance of the joint of the coat 100 and the head cover 500 and improve the protection safety of the medical protective clothing.
Based on the above technical solution, a person skilled in the art may further adopt an embodiment in which a neck structure 105 is provided around a connection portion between the jacket 100 and the head cover 500, and the neck structure 105 is formed by the first object 20.
It can be understood that the neck structure 105 is formed by the first object 20 with elasticity, and the connection position between the coat 100 and the neck is the neck position corresponding to the human body, and the neck structure 105 formed by the first object 20 is arranged at the neck position, so that the activity of the head of the wearer can be improved, and when the medical protective clothing is too small relative to the wearer, the neck structure 105 can be relatively extended to adapt to the body shape of the wearer, and the activity range of the head of the wearer can be improved.
In some embodiments, the neck structure 105 is any one of a rectangle and an ellipse, and the neck structure 105 is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the rear neck; or the neck structure 105 is disposed on the body 10 at a position corresponding to the front neck.
In some embodiments, the neck structure 105 is a third ring-shaped structure, and the neck structure 105 is disposed on the body 10 and corresponds to a position of a human neck, and is disposed around the human neck.
The neck structure 105 is a ring structure, and the length of the neck structure 105 is slightly longer than that of the neckline. The neck circumference is 30-45 cm.
Further, the length of the neck structure 105 is 1.1-1.2 times of the length of the neck collar, so that the wearer can turn around easily, and the fitting degree of the neck structure and the wearer is also ensured.
Further, the width of the neck structure 105 is 10cm to 14cm.
