Oxalic acid is not easy to be oxidized and decomposed in human body, and the product formed after metabolism belongs to acidic substance, which can cause the pH value in human body to lose balance, and can cause poisoning after being too much eaten. In addition, if oxalic acid meets calcium and zinc in human body, calcium oxalate and zinc oxalate are generated, and are difficult to absorb and discharged out of body, thus influencing the absorption of calcium and zinc. According to the technical scheme, the refrigerator responds to the input operation of a user, controls the degradation device to perform degradation operation, releases degradation gas and performs timing operation; controlling the degradation device to stop performing degradation operation and change the refrigeration state of the storage chamber to a preset state when the end condition is detected to be met; the termination condition comprises that the timing time reaches a preset time, and/or the concentration of the target substance is equal to a preset concentration value. By the target substance degradation method, the target substance is degraded in the food material storage process, and microorganisms on the surface of the food material are killed, so that the preservation period of the food material is prolonged, the health of the food material can be guaranteed, and healthier food materials are provided for users.

Claims (10)

1. A refrigerator, characterized by comprising:
a case having a storage chamber therein;
the door is arranged at the opening of the storage chamber;
the degradation device is arranged on the inner wall of the storage chamber;
a display screen for displaying a user interface;
a controller configured to:
responding to a degradation instruction of a user, controlling the degradation device to perform degradation operation, release degradation gas and perform timing operation;
controlling the degradation device to stop performing degradation operation and change the refrigeration state of the storage chamber to a preset state when the end condition is detected to be met; the termination condition comprises that the timing time reaches a preset time, and/or the concentration of the target substance is equal to a preset concentration value.

The refrigerator according to claim 1, wherein the degradation device is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the storage chamber by a snap, and a top cover is provided on the top of the degradation device so that a user can add the degradation material to the degradation device through the top cover; and a plurality of small holes are formed in two sides of the degradation device, so that the degradation device can release the degradation gas.
3. The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the degradation device is provided with electrically operated valves on both sides, the electrically operated valves being electrically connected to the controller, the electrically operated valves being configured to control the degradation device to release and stop releasing degradation gas.
4. The refrigerator of claim 2, wherein the top of the storage compartment is further fixedly installed with a sensor electrically connected to the controller, the sensor being configured to detect a concentration of a target substance of the storage compartment in real time.
5. The refrigerator according to any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the degradation device is a chlorine dioxide release device, the degradation substance is chlorine dioxide particles, and the diameter of the plurality of small holes of the chlorine dioxide release device is smaller than the diameter of the chlorine dioxide particles.
6. The refrigerator of claim 5, wherein the controller is further configured to:
acquiring the door state of the storage chamber door;
when the door state of the storage chamber is a closed state, controlling the degradation device to perform degradation operation according to a first rule; the first rule is a degradation period for controlling the degradation device to operate for a preset number of times within a preset time length;
when the state of the door of the storage chamber is changed, controlling the degradation device to perform degradation operation according to a second rule; the second rule is that the degradation device is controlled to stop executing degradation operation when the condition that the termination condition is met is detected.
7. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the refrigerator is further provided with a human body sensor, and the controller is further configured to:
when the state of the door of the storage chamber is in an opening state, timing is carried out on the opened door, and in the timing process, whether a user is near the door is continuously detected through the human body sensor;
and when the user does not appear near the box door within the continuous preset time after the box door is opened, controlling the box door to be closed.
8. The refrigerator of claim 1, wherein the controller is further configured to:
acquiring the freshness of food materials in the storage chamber every preset time and recording the times of degradation operation;
and when the freshness of the food materials is lower than a preset freshness threshold value or the degradation operation times exceed preset times, controlling a display screen to display an interface prompt and play a voice prompt in a user interface so as to prompt a user to process the food materials.
9. A target substance degradation method is characterized in that the target substance degradation method is applied to a refrigerator, and the refrigerator comprises a degradation device, a display screen and a controller; the food material degradation method comprises the following steps:
responding to a degradation instruction of a user, controlling the degradation device to release degradation gas, and executing timing operation;
controlling the degradation device to stop releasing degradation gas and change the refrigeration state of the storage chamber to a preset state when the termination condition is detected to be met; the termination condition comprises that the timing time reaches a preset time, and/or the concentration of the target substance is equal to a preset concentration value.
10. The target substance degradation method of claim 9, wherein the food material degradation method further comprises:
acquiring the door state of the storage chamber door;
when the door state of the storage chamber is a closed state, controlling the degradation device to perform degradation operation according to a first rule; the first rule is a degradation period for controlling the degradation device to operate for a preset number of times within a preset time length;
when the state of the door of the storage chamber is changed, controlling the degradation device to perform degradation operation according to a second rule; the second rule is that the degradation device is controlled to stop executing degradation operation when the condition that the termination condition is met is detected.
