为了实现上述目的,本发明采用多种中药材+鱼蛋白的合理配伍,成本低廉,具有病虫害预防和促进植物生长,改良植物根际土壤生态的多重效果。该发明制备简便,无化学品残留,安全无污染,提高了植物的免疫力,与减肥减药的常规种植技术相结合,可达到“生态、高产、优质”的种植目标。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种中药肥,是由以下重量份的原料药制成的中药原液:生地黄20-40份、泽兰2-6份、泽漆6-17份、苦参1-5份、臭梧桐根8-10份、臭椿皮1-3份、黄栀子2-5份、苦楝子6-8份、鹅不食草2-8份、苍耳子2-8份、连翘5-12份、车前草1-2份、黄柏2-6份、老茶梗5-10份、烟梗3-6份和甲壳素1-3份。
进一步的,所述中药肥还包括酶解鱼蛋白,所述酶解鱼蛋白与中药原液用量比≥20g:1L。
进一步的,所述中药肥还包括尼泊金,所述尼泊金的质量分数为0.01%-0.15%/1L中药原液。
一种所述的中药肥的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按照所述的重量份准备原料药,生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、苦楝子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草、黄柏、老茶梗、烟梗、甲壳素和酶解鱼蛋白;
2)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第一中药液;
3)取步骤1)的苦楝子,经粉碎后,采用酒精浸泡,得到药酒;
4)取步骤1)的茶梗和烟梗,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第二中药液;
5)将步骤2)的第一中药液、步骤3)的药酒和步骤4)的第二中药液混合均匀,静置1小时,得到中药原液;
6)将甲壳素加入中药原液中得到中药液,取1L中药液加入酶解鱼蛋白,搅拌均匀,静置1小时,加入尼泊金,搅拌均匀,得到中药肥。
进一步的,所述步骤2)具体过程是:
2.1)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏这12种中药,混合粉碎至10~20目,然后加入水,水量为这12种中药总质量的30倍,浸泡2小时,烧开后,在80-90℃下熬制45分钟,冷却过滤后得到第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
2.2)取步骤2.1)的第一次药渣,加入这12种中药总质量的10倍水,煮开后,在80-90℃下熬制30分钟,冷却过滤,收集第二次滤液;
2.3)步骤2.1)的第一次滤液和步骤2.2)的第二次滤液混合得到第一中药液。
进一步的,所述步骤3)具体过程是:
3.1)将步骤1)的苦楝子,粉碎到10-20目,加入苦楝子5倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤得第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
3.2)取第一次药渣再加入苦楝子3倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤收集第二次滤液;
3.3)步骤3.1)的第一次滤液和步骤3.2)的第二次滤液混合,得药酒。
进一步的,所述步骤4)具体过程是:
4.1)将步骤1)的老茶梗和烟梗,混合并粉碎到10-20目,加入老茶梗和烟梗总量30倍的水,浸泡30分钟,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制3分钟,捂盖45分钟后,冷却过滤得第一次滤液和第一次滤渣;
4.2)取步骤4.2)的第一次滤渣,再加入老茶梗和烟梗总量10倍的水,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制2分钟,捂盖35分钟后,冷却过滤收集第二次滤液;
4.3)取步骤4.1)第一次滤液和步骤4.2)第二次滤液混合得到第二中药液。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明采用中药制成中药液,并向中药液中加入酶解鱼蛋白和尼泊金形成中药肥,具有驱虫、抑菌、抗病毒、促进生长的功效;多种中药材+鱼蛋白的合理配伍,成本低廉,具有病虫害预防和促进植物生长,改良植物根际土壤生态的多重效果。
2、本发明还将提供中药肥的制备方法,制备简便,无化学品残留,安全无污染,提高了植物的免疫力。
3、本发明的中药肥在果蔬使用时,常规种植技术相结合,减少常规肥料和常规药物的使用,具有驱虫、抑菌、抗病毒以及促进生长的作用,达到“生态、高产、优质”的种植目标。
具体实施方式
现结合实施例对本发明提供的中药肥做详细的说明。
本发明采用的中药肥由生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、苦楝子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草、黄柏、老茶梗、烟梗和甲壳素这16种原料制成中药原液,然后向中药原液中加入酶解鱼蛋白和尼泊金形成中药肥。
具体的,本发明提供给的中药肥是由以下重量份的原料药制成的中药原液:生地黄20-40份、泽兰2-6份、泽漆6-17份、苦参1-5份、臭梧桐根8-10份、臭椿皮1-3份、黄栀子2-5份、苦楝子6-8份、鹅不食草2-8份、苍耳子2-8份、连翘5-12份、车前草1-2份、黄柏2-6份、老茶梗5-10份、烟梗3-6份和甲壳素1-3份。
本发明的中药肥还包括酶解鱼蛋白,酶解鱼蛋白与中药原液用量比≥20g:1L。
本发明的中药肥还包括尼泊金,尼泊金的质量分数为0.01%-0.15%/1L中药原液。
实施例1~实施例7
本实施例提供的中药肥是将生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、苦楝子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草、黄柏、老茶梗、烟梗和甲壳素这16种原料制成中药液,然后向1L中药液中加入酶解鱼蛋白和尼泊金,形成中药肥。各原料的用量如表1所示。

实施例8
以实施例1提供的用量比为例说明本发明中药肥的制备方法。具体制备步骤如下。
1)按照实施例1的重量份准备原料药,生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、苦楝子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草、黄柏、老茶梗、烟梗、甲壳素、酶解鱼蛋白和尼泊金。
2)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第一中药液。
步骤2)具体过程是:
2.1)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏这12种中药,混合粉碎至10~20目,然后加入水,水量为这12种中药总质量的30倍,浸泡2小时,烧开后,在80-90℃下熬制45分钟,冷却过滤后得到第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
2.2)取步骤2.1)的第一次药渣,加入这12种中药总质量的10倍水,煮开后,在80-90℃下熬制30分钟,冷却过滤,收集第二次滤液;
2.3)步骤2.1)的第一次滤液和步骤2.2)的第二次滤液混合得到第一中药液。
3)取步骤1)的苦楝子,经粉碎后,采用酒精浸泡,得到药酒。
步骤3)具体过程是:
3.1)将步骤1)的苦楝子,粉碎到10-20目,加入苦楝子5倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤得第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
3.2)取第一次药渣再加入苦楝子3倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤收集第二次滤液;
3.3)步骤3.1)的第一次滤液和步骤3.2)的第二次滤液混合,得药酒。
4)取步骤1)的茶梗和烟梗,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第二中药液。
步骤4)具体过程是:
4.1)将步骤1)的老茶梗和烟梗,混合并粉碎到10-20目,加入老茶梗和烟梗总量30倍的水,浸泡30分钟,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制3分钟,捂盖45分钟后,冷却过滤得第一次滤液和第一次滤渣;
4.2)取步骤4.2)的第一次滤渣,再加入老茶梗和烟梗总量10倍的水,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制2分钟,捂盖35分钟后,冷却过滤收集第二次滤液;
4.3)取步骤4.1)第一次滤液和步骤4.2)第二次滤液混合得到第二中药液。
5)将将步骤2)的第一中药液、步骤3)的药酒和步骤4)的第二中药液混合均匀,静置1小时,得到中药原液。
6)将甲壳素加入中药原液中得到中药液,取1L中药液加入酶解鱼蛋白,搅拌均匀,静置1小时,加入尼泊金,搅拌均匀,得到中药肥。
本实施例中,在熬制时为了方便过滤,将原料粉碎后装入中药专用熬制袋进行装袋封口,过滤后的滤液倒出置于不锈钢桶内冷却。
本实施例中,熬制时,大火煮开后小火熬制,
本实施例中,酒精为90%食用酒精。
参照实施例8的方法将实施例2~实施例7提供的中药肥制备出来,得到6种不同配比的中药肥。
进一步的通过试验说明本发明制备的中药肥的性能。
试验案例
陕西省咸阳市淳化县官庄镇里村苹果园使用该产品的效果
将大片苹果园分成9个面积大小相等的种植区,每个种植区的面积为1亩。
随机选择一个种植区设为空白组,采用常规的方法进行种植,使用常规化学肥料和常规农药。
随机选择一个种植区设为对照组,选择本实施例4制备的中药肥,同时再采用常规的方法进行种植,使用常规化学肥料和常规农药。
剩余7个种植区设为试验组,采用实施例1~实施例7的7种中药肥,同时每个种植区常规化学肥料减量15%,常规农药减量50%。
9个种植区常规化学肥料和常规农药的使用方法以及时间均相同(苹果树常规方法),对照组和试验组使用中药肥的方法均相同,分别是:
(1)在当年冬季上冻前,取中药肥3kg,随上冻水滴灌;
(2)次年立春后第一次浇水时,随水滴灌本实施例中药肥3kg;
(3)在次年的6月22日(夏至)随水滴灌本实施例中药肥3kg。
试验发现,
与空白组苹果树相比较,次年立春后第一次浇水时随水滴灌本实施例中药肥3kg后,对照组和试验组得苹果树,芽虫、红蜘蛛、卷叶蛾等害虫发生均减轻30%以上,叶斑病、早期落叶病发生均减少60%以上。
与空白组苹果树相比较,在当年的6月22日(夏至)随水滴灌本实施例中药肥3kg,滴灌前苹果叶片卷曲,叶背后有红蜘蛛、白蜘蛛、芽虫、白蛾和吊丝虫;滴灌后三天后观察叶面红蜘蛛、白蜘蛛和芽虫95%被杀死;白蛾和吊丝虫90%以上被杀灭,叶片开始平展,恢复正常,且在20多天内没有发现以上虫害。
所以,本发明中药肥多种中药材+鱼蛋白的合理配伍,成本低廉,具有病虫害预防和促进植物生长,改良植物根际土壤生态的多重效果。
同时发现,对照组与试验组害虫被杀灭的效果相差不大,说明采用本实施例中药肥在杀灭害虫的同时,能减少常规化学肥料和常规农药的使用量,无化学品残留,安全无污染。
进一步的,对各种植区苹果的产量和品质进行测试,发现采用本实施例中药肥,苹果质量提升,产量提升5~12%,本申请的中药肥具有驱虫、抑菌、抗病毒以及促进生长效果,达到“生态、高产、优质”的种植目标。

Claims (9)
1.一种中药肥,其特征在于,所述中药肥是由以下重量份的原料药制成的中药原液:生地黄20-40份、泽兰2-6份、泽漆6-17份、苦参1-5份、臭梧桐根8-10份、臭椿皮1-3份、黄栀子2-5份、苦楝子6-8份、鹅不食草2-8份、苍耳子2-8份、连翘5-12份、车前草1-2份、黄柏2-6份、老茶梗5-10份、烟梗3-6份和甲壳素1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的中药肥,其特征在于,所述中药肥还包括酶解鱼蛋白,所述酶解鱼蛋白与中药原液用量比≥20g:1L。
3.根据权利要求2所述的中药肥,其特征在于,所述中药肥还包括尼泊金,所述尼泊金的质量分数为0.01%-0.15%/1L中药原液。
4.一种如权利要求3所述的中药肥的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按照权利要求3所述的重量份准备原料药,生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、苦楝子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草、黄柏、老茶梗、烟梗、甲壳素和酶解鱼蛋白;
2)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第一中药液;
3)取步骤1)的苦楝子,经粉碎后,采用酒精浸泡,得到药酒;
4)取步骤1)的茶梗和烟梗,混合粉碎、经过煎煮,得到第二中药液;
5)将步骤2)的第一中药液、步骤3)的药酒和步骤4)的第二中药液混合均匀,静置1小时,得到中药原液;
6)将甲壳素加入中药原液中得到中药液;取1L中药液加入酶解鱼蛋白,搅拌均匀,静置1小时,加入尼泊金,搅拌均匀,得到中药肥。
5.根据权利要求4所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)具体过程是:
2.1)取步骤1)的生地黄、泽兰、泽漆、苦参、臭梧桐根、臭椿皮、黄栀子、鹅不食草、苍耳子、连翘、车前草和黄柏这12种中药,混合粉碎至10~20目,然后加入水,水量为这12种中药总质量的30倍,浸泡2小时,烧开后,在80-90℃下熬制45分钟,冷却过滤后得到第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
2.2)取步骤2.1)的第一次药渣,加入这12种中药总质量的10倍水,煮开后,在80-90℃下熬制30分钟,冷却过滤,收集第二次滤液;

3.1)将步骤1)的苦楝子,粉碎到10-20目,加入苦楝子5倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤得第一次滤液和第一次药渣;
3.2)取第一次药渣再加入苦楝子3倍质量的酒精,搅拌均匀后,密封静置72小时,过滤收集第二次滤液;
3.3)步骤3.1)的第一次滤液和步骤3.2)的第二次滤液混合,得药酒。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)具体过程是:
4.1)将步骤1)的老茶梗和烟梗,混合并粉碎到10-20目,加入老茶梗和烟梗总量30倍的水,浸泡30分钟,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制3分钟,捂盖45分钟后,冷却过滤得第一次滤液和第一次滤渣;
4.2)取步骤4.2)的第一次滤渣,再加入老茶梗和烟梗总量10倍的水,煮开后,温度80-90℃熬制2分钟,捂盖35分钟后,冷却过滤收集第二次滤液;
4.3)取步骤4.1)第一次滤液和步骤4.2)第二次滤液混合得到第二中药液。
8.一种如权利要求3所述的中药肥在驱虫、抑菌、抗病毒以及促进生长方面的应用。
