The wireless transmission terminal is used for sending transmission instruction data to the mobile terminal after establishing communication with the mobile terminal; the transmission instruction data comprises a start command and a data transmission mode of a transmission application;
the mobile terminal is used for acquiring transmission instruction data sent by the wireless transmission terminal after establishing communication with the near field communication wireless transmission terminal, and starting the transmission application based on the starting command; determining target data to be transmitted corresponding to the data transmission mode based on the transmission application; and carrying out data transmission on the target data based on the data transmission mode.
Furthermore, the data transmission system also comprises a target server;
the mobile terminal is also used for acquiring identity information to be verified; determining a target server corresponding to the identity information, and sending the identity information to the target server;
the target server is used for acquiring the identity information to be verified sent by the mobile terminal; and performing identity verification on the identity information, and sending an obtained verification result to the mobile terminal so that the mobile terminal determines target data to be transmitted corresponding to the data transmission mode based on the transmission application after the verification result is that the mobile terminal passes the verification.

Through setting the two relative, the user is convenient for distinguish upload label and download label, and the user can carry out the communication of marching into the court based on different label planes with mobile terminal to realize uploading or downloading of data.
In an alternative embodiment, referring to fig. 2, an isolation layer 123 is disposed between the uploading near field communication tag 121 and the downloading near field communication tag 122, and the isolation layer is used for isolating data crosstalk between the uploading near field communication tag and the downloading near field communication tag. The insulating layer may be, but is not limited to, a metal plate.
Furthermore, different patterns or characters can be arranged on the outer vertical surfaces of the uploading near field communication label and the downloading near field communication label, so that a user can distinguish the uploading near field communication label and the downloading near field communication label conveniently.
Specifically, a near field communication tag chip and a tag antenna are arranged in each near field communication tag. The near field communication tag chip is used for receiving and reading information sent by the mobile terminal, and the tag antenna is used for establishing communication-free connection with the terminal.
The shape of the near field communication tag may be any geometric figure, such as a circle, a star, a rectangle, and the like.
It should be noted that the near field communication tag is activated by the near field communication reading chip and belongs to a passive mode, a radio frequency field does not exist in the near field communication tag, the near field communication tag in the passive mode needs the mobile terminal device to provide a radio frequency field, and the mobile terminal converts the radio frequency field into electric energy to supply power to the near field communication tag. And carrying out data transmission by a load modulation technology after power supply. In order to increase the transmission rate, data with smaller capacity, such as a transmission website, is placed in the near field communication tag chip. And the data is transmitted to the server without considering the shortage of the memory.
An embodiment of the present application provides a data transmission method, which may be applied to any form of electronic devices, such as a mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 3, the data transmission method includes:
step 301, after establishing communication with a near field communication wireless transmission terminal, acquiring transmission instruction data sent by the wireless transmission terminal, where the transmission instruction data includes a start command of a transmission application and a data transmission mode.
In some embodiments, when a user needs to perform data transmission, the user may bring the wireless transmission terminal close to the mobile terminal, so that the wireless transmission terminal and the mobile terminal perform near field communication. After the mobile terminal establishes communication with the wireless transmission terminal, the wireless transmission terminal sends transmission instruction data to the mobile terminal, so that the transmission instruction data can be acquired by the mobile terminal.
Wherein the transmission instruction data in the wireless transmission terminal may be stored in advance.
In an optional embodiment, before acquiring the transmission instruction data sent by the wireless transmission terminal, the method further includes: and sending a write command to the wireless transmission terminal to write the transmission instruction data into the wireless transmission terminal.
By writing the transmission instruction data in advance, it is possible to facilitate the subsequent data transmission by the wireless transmission terminal in which the transmission instruction data is written.
For example, data is not stored in a newly shipped wireless transmission terminal, the wireless transmission terminal is contacted with a mobile terminal and communication is established, a processor of the mobile terminal sends a write-in command, transmission instruction data is transmitted to a near field communication reading chip in the wireless transmission terminal, the near field communication reading chip sends the transmission instruction data through a reading antenna, and an antenna chip in a near field communication tag receives the transmission instruction data and stores the transmission instruction data in the near field communication tag chip.
Step 302, opening the transmission application based on the start command.
In some embodiments, after the mobile terminal acquires the transmission instruction data, the transmission instruction data includes a start command of the transmission application, so that the mobile terminal can start the transmission application based on the start command.
Wherein the transmission application is an application downloaded at the mobile terminal and used to transmit data.
In an optional embodiment, the mobile terminal may not download the transmission application, and in this case, after acquiring the start command, the mobile terminal may first determine whether the transmission application exists locally; if the transmission application does not exist, generating downloading information of the transmission application based on the starting command; starting the transmission application after downloading the transmission application based on the downloading information; and if so, starting the transmission application.
The mobile terminal plays a role in guiding the user to download the transmission application by displaying the download information, so that the user downloads the transmission application based on the download information. Further, the data is transmitted by the transmission application. The download information may be program data of a transfer application called by the mobile terminal from the website based on the start command, and the download information may be generated based on the program data.
Step 303, determining target data to be transmitted corresponding to the data transmission mode based on the transmission application.
In some embodiments, since the transmission instruction data includes a data transmission mode, the corresponding target data to be transmitted is determined based on the data transmission mode. The data transmission mode comprises data uploading and data downloading.
Specifically, when the transmission mode is data uploading, the local data is determined to be the target data; and when the transmission mode is data downloading, determining the data in a target server establishing communication with the mobile terminal as the target data.
In some embodiments, the data transmission between the mobile terminal and the target server generally includes data uploading and data downloading, and generally, when the transmission mode is uploading, the local data of the mobile terminal may be uploaded to the target server; when the transmission mode is downloading, the data in the target server may be downloaded to the mobile terminal.
When the data is uploaded, the local data may be all data locally stored by the mobile terminal, or data newly stored after previous data is uploaded, or before an uploading action is executed, the user selects data to be uploaded from the local storage of the mobile terminal.
When downloading data, the data in the target server may be all data stored in the server, or data newly uploaded after previous data downloading, or data to be downloaded in the target server may be selected by the user through a transmission application of the mobile terminal before the downloading action is performed.
In an optional embodiment, before determining, based on the transmission application, target data to be transmitted corresponding to the data transmission manner, the method further includes:
acquiring identity information to be verified;
and determining a target server corresponding to the identity information so as to perform data transmission with the target server.
In some embodiments, the server for data transmission with the mobile terminal may be designated or determined according to the identity information.
Further, the determining the target server corresponding to the identity information includes:
determining the server address bound by the identity information;
and determining that the server corresponding to the server address is the target server.
For example, the IMEI of the Mobile terminal may be bound to the address of the target server to obtain a first binding relationship based on the IMEI determination of the Mobile terminal, and after the Mobile terminal obtains the IMEI, the corresponding target server may be determined based on the first binding relationship.
For example, the method may further include binding the SIM card number with the address of the target server to obtain a second binding relationship, and obtaining the registered SIM card number through the transmission application on the mobile terminal, so as to determine the target server corresponding to the SIM card number based on the second binding relationship.
The determination may also be based on the identity information of the wireless transmission terminal acquired by the mobile terminal. And binding the identity information of the wireless transmission terminal with the address of the target server to obtain a third binding relationship. And the wireless transmission terminal sends the identity information of the wireless transmission terminal to the mobile terminal, and the mobile terminal determines the corresponding target server based on the third binding relation through the acquired identity information of the wireless transmission terminal.
The binding relationship between the identity information and the server address may be pre-stored in the mobile terminal, or the server address corresponding to the identity information may be acquired while the identity information is acquired.
In an embodiment of the present application, after determining the target server corresponding to the identity information, the method further includes:
sending the identity information to a target server, so as to carry out identity verification on the identity information through the target server, and sending an obtained verification result to the mobile terminal;
and acquiring the verification result, and executing the step of determining the target data to be transmitted corresponding to the data transmission mode based on the transmission application after the verification result is that the verification is passed.
In some embodiments, the identity information to be verified acquired by the mobile terminal is verified, so that the security of data transmission can be ensured, and the privacy of the user is guaranteed against being revealed.
The identity information to be verified comprises first identity information of the mobile terminal or second identity information of the wireless transmission terminal. The first Identity information may be, but is not limited to, a SIM card number of the Mobile terminal or an Identity of the Mobile terminal (IMEI). The second identity information may be, but is not limited to, a unique code of the wireless transmission terminal.
Further, the target server may be different for different mobile terminals. The method specifically comprises the following steps: the first terminal and the near field communication wireless transmission terminal establish communication to obtain a first server and upload data to the first server, when the second terminal and the near field communication wireless transmission terminal establish communication to obtain a second server and upload the data to the second server, the terminals transmit the data through the independent server, and privacy among users can be well protected. In this example, the identity information of the first terminal is different from the second terminal. By binding the first identity information of the mobile terminal with the target server, data transmission between a plurality of mobile terminals and the same server can be realized.
In other embodiments, the target server stores authentication information for authenticating the identity of the mobile terminal, and when the mobile terminal needs to perform data transmission with the target server, the mobile terminal sends the first identity information of the mobile terminal to the target server, so that the target server authenticates the mobile terminal based on the stored authentication information to obtain an authentication result. Specifically, when the verification information is the same as the first identity information, the verification result is that the verification is passed; and when the verification information is different from the first identity information, the verification result is that the verification is not passed.
Specifically, the SIM card number of the mobile terminal may be input based on the transmission application, the target server verifies the SIM card number, and when the SIM card number exists in the target server, a verification code is generated and sent to the mobile terminal, and then, the mobile terminal obtains the verification code of the SIM card number for this verification, and the identity verification is realized based on the verification code.
Further, the target servers may be the same for different mobile terminals. The method specifically comprises the following steps: when the first terminal establishes communication with the first near field communication wireless transmission terminal and transmits data to the first server, the second terminal also transmits the data to the same first server after establishing communication with the first near field communication wireless transmission terminal, and data sharing among users is achieved. By sharing data to other users, when other users need to obtain certain data, after the near field communication wireless transmission terminal is communicated with the terminal, data downloading can be achieved in the shared server, manual transmission of the terminal through complicated steps is not needed, and data transmission can be achieved only by establishing communication with the near field communication wireless transmission terminal. In this example, the identity information of the first terminal may be the same as or different from the identity information of the second terminal, and the identity information of the first near field communication wireless transmission terminal is the same. That is, in the present embodiment, it is possible to upload data of a plurality of mobile terminals to the same server or download data in the same server to a plurality of mobile terminals using the same wireless transmission terminal.
The wireless transmission terminal is bound with the target server, after the mobile terminal acquires the second identity information of the wireless transmission terminal, the second identity information is sent to the target server, and the identity information of the wireless transmission terminal bound with the target server is stored in the target server in advance, so that the target server can verify the acquired second identity information based on the stored identity information, and if the second identity information is consistent with the stored identity information, the verification is passed, and data transmission is further performed with the mobile terminal.
And 304, performing data transmission on the target data based on the data transmission mode.
In some embodiments, after the determined target data is transmitted based on the data transmission mode, the data transmission is realized. The mobile terminal and the wireless transmission terminal can be used for carrying out incoming communication, namely, data transmission can be realized through an internal program in the mobile terminal, complex operation is not needed, and the data transmission process is simplified.
Specifically, the data transmission mode includes data uploading or data downloading, and the data transmission of the target data based on the data transmission mode includes:
when the transmission mode is data uploading, the target data is uploaded to a target server which establishes communication with the mobile terminal; and when the transmission mode is data downloading, acquiring the target data sent by the target server.
In some embodiments, after the target data is determined, the target data can be transmitted to a corresponding terminal based on a data transmission mode, so as to realize data transmission.
In an optional real-time mode, after the data of the mobile terminal is uploaded to the target server, the uploaded data can be deleted after the successful data uploading is detected, and therefore the occupation of the local space of the mobile terminal is reduced.
According to the data transmission method, the complex steps that the mobile terminal can complete data downloading and uploading only through multiple steps are omitted. By transmitting the instruction data in the near field communication tag, instead of the cumbersome steps of manual operation by the user, it is possible to facilitate data transmission with respect to a population who is not familiar with storing data to the server using the terminal (for example, a young child or an elderly person). In addition, the wireless transmission terminal is small in size and convenient to carry, so that the wireless transmission terminal can be carried when a user wants to transmit data.
