Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario for push-to-talk establishment according to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1, a terminal device is provided with an upper layer application, where the upper layer application is an app for implementing a push-to-talk service, and the terminal device further includes hardware and a modem provided with bottom layer software, where the bottom layer software can feel that a push-to-talk button is pressed first, the modem can be used to send a group establishment request to a server, and the server is used to manage a talk right grant message.
Among these, the push-to-talk setup method is typically: after the user presses the push-to-talk button, the bottom layer software firstly receives the message of the session establishment request, and informs the upper layer Application through the middleware and the Application Processor AP (Application Processor) to wake up the upper layer Application and inform the upper layer Application that the push-to-talk button is pressed down, so that the upper layer Application constructs a group establishment request after waking up, sends the group establishment request to the server through the Application Processor AP, the middleware and the modem in sequence, receives the talk right granting message returned by the server and starts to establish a session task. However, when the upper layer application is in the dormant state, if the above method is further adopted to establish the session task, since the time for waking up the upper layer application is long, a group establishment request needs to be sent to the server after waking up the upper layer application, which may result in a long time for initiating the group call. Therefore, a fast push-to-talk approach is adopted to solve the above problems.
The so-called fast push-to-talk method is that a group establishment request is not sent to a server by an upper layer application after being awakened, but the group establishment request is directly sent to the server by a bottom layer software and a modem, the upper layer application directly receives an awakening message sent by the bottom layer software and converts the awakening message from a dormant state into an awakening state, and receives a returned talk right granting message, so that the establishment of a session can be completed.
However, the fast push-to-talk method cannot ensure that the upper layer application receives the wake-up message first, that is, the message that the push-to-talk button is pressed is not received, but the right-to-talk grant message returned by the server is received first, the upper layer application discards the right-to-talk grant message, after the right-to-talk grant message is discarded, if the message that the push-to-talk button is pressed is received, the upper layer application is in a request state, that is, the upper layer application waits for the right-to-talk grant message all the time, but the right-to-talk grant message is actually received, the session establishment of the current time fails, and the subsequent session service cannot be performed, and in the actual application, a major accident may be caused due to the fact that the communication cannot be performed in time.
Based on the above technical problem, when the upper layer application receives the talk right grant message first and then receives the wakeup message, that is, when the upper layer application receives the push-to-talk button pressed message for a long time and the server transmits the talk right grant message to the upper layer application for a short time, the above problem occurs. However, the essential reason is that the wake-up message is sent by the bottom layer software, the right-to-speak granting message is sent by the server or the modem, and the sender of the two messages is different, and the order of receiving the two messages by the upper layer application cannot be guaranteed in an asynchronous processing mode.
Based on the above problem, in the embodiments of the present application, after receiving a session establishment request message input by a user, a modem is controlled by underlying software to send a group establishment request to a server, and a fast push-to-talk button command generated by the modem is transmitted by the underlying software, where the time for sending the fast push-to-talk button command by the modem is earlier than the time for sending the received talk right grant message. The modem is controlled to generate a rapid push-to-talk button instruction, and the instruction and the talk right granting message are transmitted to the upper layer application according to the time sequence, and because the two messages are sent by the modem, the upper layer application can be ensured to receive the rapid push-to-talk button instruction firstly and then receive the talk right granting message, thereby solving the problem of disorder of the talk right granting message and the wake-up message received by the upper layer application, and further ensuring the stability and reliability of the service in the rapid push-to-talk establishment method.
The technical solution of the present application will be described in detail below with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a push-to-talk establishment method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where an execution subject of the embodiment of the present invention is a terminal device, for example, a mobile terminal. As shown in fig. 2, the method includes:
s201, after acquiring a session establishment request message input by a user, if an upper layer application is in a dormant state, sending a group establishment request to a server through the modem.
In this embodiment, a push-to-talk button is provided on the terminal device, and when the user presses the push-to-talk button, the hardware provided with the underlying software can feel that the user presses the push-to-talk button, that is, the session establishment request message input by the user is acquired.
The upper layer application is in a dormant state, which means that when a user does not use the upper layer application for a long time, the upper layer application is in a dormant state in order to prolong the endurance time of the battery. When the upper layer application is in a dormant state, the upper layer application needs to be awakened first when a session is established.
When the upper layer application is in the dormant state, the group establishment request can be directly sent through the modem without sending the group establishment request to the server through the upper layer application.
S202, transmitting a rapid push-to-talk button instruction generated by the modem to an upper layer application, wherein the rapid push-to-talk button instruction is used for informing the upper layer application that a session establishment request message input by a user is obtained.
In this embodiment, after the modem sends the group establishment request to the server, a fast push-to-talk button command may be generated, where the command is an AT command, and since the modem receives the group establishment request message, it may be determined that the session establishment request message input by the user has been received AT this time, so that a fast push-to-talk button command may be constructed, where the command is used to notify the upper application that the session establishment request message input by the user has been obtained, that is, to notify the upper application that the push-to-talk button is pressed.
After the rapid push-to-talk button instruction is generated, the rapid push-to-talk button instruction can be transmitted to an upper layer application through hardware provided with bottom layer software.
S203, transmitting a speaking right granting message received by the modem from the server to an upper layer application, wherein the speaking right granting message is used for establishing a session.
In this embodiment, after the modem sends a group establishment request to the server, the server processes the group establishment request to determine whether a condition for releasing the talk right grant message is satisfied, for example, no one in the current cluster initiates a voice service. Therefore, the modem can receive the speaking right granting message returned by the server and transmit the speaking right granting message to the upper application through the hardware provided with the bottom software. Wherein the modem sends the push-to-talk button command earlier than the floor grant message, and the upper application receives the push-to-talk button command earlier than the floor grant message. Therefore, the upper layer application can be ensured to be in the awakening state firstly and then receive the speaking right granting message, and the upper layer application can be ensured to complete the establishment of the conversation smoothly.
According to the embodiment of the application, after a session establishment request message input by a user is received, a modem is controlled by bottom software to send a group establishment request to a server, and a quick push-to-talk button command generated by the modem is transmitted by the bottom software, wherein the time for sending the quick push-to-talk button command by the modem is earlier than the time for sending the received talk right grant message. The modem is controlled to generate a rapid push-to-talk button instruction, and the instruction and the talk right granting message are transmitted to the upper layer application according to the time sequence.
Optionally, sending a group establishment request to a server through the modem includes:
after acquiring a session establishment request input by a user, generating a group establishment request; sending the group establishment request to the modem to cause the modem to send the group establishment request to the server.
In this embodiment, the group establishment request is generated by the underlying software, wherein the underlying software may receive resource information related to media setting, application for audio focus, and the like sent by the upper application in advance, and generate the group establishment request according to the resource information.
After generating the group establishment request, the group establishment request may be sent to the modem, which may receive the group establishment request and send the group establishment request to the server.
By the method, when the upper layer application is in a dormant state, the group establishment request is directly sent through the bottom layer software and the modem without being generated by the upper layer application, so that the time delay of session establishment is reduced.
Optionally, sending the group establishment request to the modem includes:
and controlling the voltage of the GPIO port to jump so that the modem confirms that the group establishment request is received when detecting that the voltage of the GPIO port changes.
In this embodiment, when the underlying software sends the group establishment message to the modem, the underlying software may transmit the group establishment request through the GPIO port, and specifically, the underlying software may control the voltage of the GPIO port to jump, for example, when the group establishment request is not sent, the voltage of the port is at a high level 1, and when the voltage of the port jumps to 0, it indicates that the group establishment request is being transmitted. And for the modem, when the voltage jump is detected, the group establishment request is received.
Optionally, the method further includes:
and sending a wake-up message to the upper application when the modem sends a group establishment request to the server, wherein the wake-up message is used for waking up the upper application.
In this embodiment, when sending the group establishment request to the modem, the hardware provided with the bottom layer software further sends a wakeup message to the upper layer application, where the wakeup message is used to wake up the upper layer application on one hand and to notify the upper layer application that the push-to-talk button is pressed on the other hand, and therefore, the hardware provided with the bottom layer software further needs to send a wakeup message to the upper layer application, where the wakeup message is a PTT key code.
Optionally, the method further includes: and carrying out duplicate removal processing on the received rapid push-to-talk button command and the wake-up message through an upper layer application.
In this embodiment, since the hardware with the bottom layer software sends a wake-up message to the upper layer application, the wake-up message is a PTT key, and the wake-up message is also used to notify the upper layer application that the push-to-talk button is pressed; the modem generates a fast push-to-talk button command that also notifies the upper layer application that the push-to-talk button has been pressed. Therefore, when the user presses the push-to-talk button once, the upper application receives the wake-up message sent by the hardware provided with the bottom software and the rapid push-to-talk button command sent by the modem, so that the upper application needs to perform de-duplication processing on the two messages, otherwise, the upper application considers that the user presses the push-to-talk button twice, waits for the two-time talk right granting message, and actually receives the one-time talk right granting message.
Through the re-processing, the awakening message or the push-to-talk button command can be discarded, so that the problem that the right-to-talk granting message cannot be fed back to the received quick push-to-talk button command and the awakening message is solved.
Optionally, the performing, by the upper layer application, deduplication processing on the received fast push-to-talk button instruction and the wake-up message includes:
if the upper layer application receives the awakening message within the preset time after receiving the rapid push-to-talk button instruction, discarding the awakening message; or,
and if the upper layer application receives the rapid push-to-talk key instruction within the preset time of receiving the awakening message, discarding the rapid push-to-talk key instruction.
In this embodiment, the push-to-talk button can be pressed only once within a preset time, so that the time when the upper layer application receives any one of the fast push-to-talk button command and the wake-up message is taken as a reference time, and within the preset time after the reference time, if another message is received again, the later received message is discarded. The preset time may be set according to actual conditions, for example, set to 1 second.
Specifically, if the upper layer application receives the wake-up message within 1 second of receiving the command of the fast push-to-talk button, the wake-up message is discarded; and if the upper layer application receives the rapid push-to-talk key instruction within 1 second of receiving the awakening message, discarding the rapid push-to-talk key instruction.
The method can ensure that the upper layer application feels that the push-to-talk button is pressed in the shortest time and does not process the message that the push-to-talk button is pressed twice.
Optionally, the method further includes: the upper layer application applies for an RTP/RTCP port in advance and distributes the RTP/RTCP port to a modem, so that data transmission is carried out between the modem and the server through the RTP/RTCP port.
In this embodiment, in order to enable the terminal device to support the push-to-talk method, an RTP/RTCP port needs to be allocated to the modem in advance, where the RTP Protocol is a Real-time Transport Protocol (Real-time Transport Protocol) which is a network Transport Protocol and specifies a standard packet format for transmitting audio and video over the internet. The other is RTCP Protocol, which is a Real-time Transport Control Protocol (Real-time Transport Control Protocol) for transmitting Control packets. By assigning the port to the modem, the server transmits a floor grant message to the modem via the port when returning the floor grant message.
By assigning RTP/RTCP ports to the modem, smooth transmission of data between the modem and the server can be ensured.
Fig. 3 is a timing diagram of a push-to-talk setup method according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 3, when the upper layer application is in a dormant state, if the user presses the push-to-talk button, the underlying software first senses the button pressing action. The bottom layer software sends a wake-up message PTT key to the upper layer application on one hand, the wake-up message PTT key is used for waking up the upper layer application and informing the upper layer application that a push-to-talk key is pressed down, on the one hand, a group establishment request is generated and sent to the modem, the modem sends the group establishment request to the server on the one hand after receiving the group establishment request, on the other hand, a quick push-to-talk key instruction is generated, in the process of waking up the upper layer application, the quick push-to-talk key instruction is sent to the bottom layer software and then sent to the upper layer application, the upper layer application carries out voluntary application after receiving the quick push-to-talk key instruction, the state of the device is set to be in a request requesting state, and the return talk right granting message is waited to be received. The modem receives the speaking right granting message returned by the server and sends the speaking right granting message to the upper application through the bottom layer software, and the upper application enters a main speaking state after receiving the speaking right granting message and starts the recording of data. When the upper layer application receives the wakeup message PTT key, the wakeup message is discarded without any processing because the fast push-to-talk key command is received 1 second before. The upper layer application receives the quick push-to-talk button command sent by the modem first and then receives the talk right granting message sent later.
Wherein, the numbers in fig. 3 represent the time sequence, and some sequences can be adjusted according to the actual situation, for example: the time for sending the wake-up message and the group establishment request by the bottom layer software can be sent simultaneously, or can be used for sending the wake-up message or the group establishment message earlier and immediately sending another message. The time of sending the group setup message and the time of sending the push-to-talk button command by the modem can be adjusted as required, but it is necessary to ensure that the time of sending the push-to-talk button command is earlier than the time of receiving the talk right grant message.
The method can solve the problem of time difference between the wake-up message and the talk right granting message, namely, after the time difference of the talk right granting message is received, the wake-up message is received, the time difference is usually 50ms, after a rapid push-to-talk button command is added, the upper layer application can be ensured to feel that the push-to-talk button is pressed down firstly, then the talk right granting message is received, the time delay of the whole group calling time process is not increased, and the stable and reliable realization of the group calling service can be ensured.
For a modem, a push-to-talk setup method includes:
receiving a group establishment request sent by bottom software, and sending the group establishment request to a server; the group establishment request is generated after the bottom layer software acquires a session establishment request message input by a user when the upper layer application is in a dormant state;
generating and transmitting a rapid push-to-talk button instruction to an upper application through bottom software, wherein the rapid push-to-talk button instruction is used for informing the upper application that a session establishment request message input by a user is obtained;
and receiving a speaking right granting message returned by the server, and transmitting the received speaking right granting message to the upper layer application through bottom layer software, wherein the speaking right granting message is used for establishing a session.
The implementation process of the above method is similar to the implementation principle and technical effect of the push-to-talk establishment method in the embodiments described in fig. 2 and fig. 3, and is not described herein again.
Fig. 4 is a schematic structural diagram of a push-to-talk setup apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 4, the apparatus 40 includes:
a sending module 401, configured to send a group establishment request to a server through the modem if an upper layer application is in a dormant state after acquiring a session establishment request input by a user;

the transmission module 402 is further configured to transmit, to an upper layer application, a talk right grant message received by the modem from the server, where the talk right grant message is used to establish a session.
Optionally, when the sending module 401 sends the group establishment request to the server through the modem, the sending module is specifically configured to:
after acquiring a session establishment request input by a user, generating a group establishment request;
sending the group establishment request to the modem to cause the modem to send the group establishment request to the server.

and when the modem sends a group establishment request to a server, sending a wake-up message to an upper application, wherein the wake-up message is used for waking up the upper application.
Optionally, the device performs deduplication processing on the received push-to-talk button command and the wake-up message through an upper layer application.
Optionally, when the device performs deduplication processing on the received fast push-to-talk button instruction and the wake-up message through an upper layer application, the device is specifically configured to:
if the upper layer application receives the awakening message within the preset time after receiving the rapid push-to-talk button instruction, discarding the awakening message; or,
