Obviously, the terminal can also be set to send the private call setup request information directly through the reserved public channel second time slot. The embodiment of the present invention only explains the idea that in actual use, a time slot is reserved for a terminal to transmit call establishment request information, and the terminal preferentially transmits the call establishment request information through a public channel idle time slot, and does not strictly limit the division method of the public channel time slot and the time slot occupied by the terminal.
The terminal applying the private call establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention stores the idle private channel information and the hang-up duration information which are set by the user and used for establishing the call. The private channel is an idle channel different from the public channel where the terminal is located, and can be used for establishing a separate call between terminals. The private channel information is not limited to being set by the user, but may be determined by the terminal by scanning a free channel. When the terminal stores the private channel information configured by the user and used for establishing the call, the user can configure the private channel information stored by the terminal. Specifically, the user may configure the same private channel information or different private channel information for different terminals. When a user configures different private channel information for different terminals, each terminal stores one or more different private channel information, and when the terminal needs to establish a call, the terminal directly selects a private channel randomly from the private channels stored in the terminal for establishing the call.
When a user configures the same private channel information for different terminals, the same plurality of private channel information are stored in each terminal. When a terminal needs to establish a private call, because the available private channels of each terminal are the same, a situation that other terminals already occupy a part of the private channels may occur, so that before the terminal sends a private call establishment request, it needs to first detect which private channels are idle private channels, send idle private channel information to the other side, and both sides establish a private call in the idle private channels.

6. A call setup method is applied to a second terminal, and the second terminal stores hang-up duration information, and the method comprises the following steps:
responding to an operation performed by the first terminal to determine information for establishing a private channel for the call;
establishing a call with the first terminal through the private channel;
when the sending of the call information to the first terminal is finished or the receiving of the call information sent by the first terminal is finished, timing is started;
and if the call information sent by the first terminal is not received and the call information is not sent to the first terminal again during the time length of the timing time reaches the hang-up time length, jumping to a common channel.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the operation performed by the first terminal in response to determining the information for establishing the private channel for the call comprises:
receiving call establishment request information which is sent by a first terminal through a public channel and contains information of a private channel;
and sending information representing the acceptance of the call establishment request to the first terminal.
8. The method of claim 6, wherein the operation performed by the first terminal in response to determining the information for establishing the private channel for the call comprises:
receiving call establishment request information sent by a first terminal through a common channel;
and sending information containing private channel information and representing the acceptance of the call establishment request to the first terminal.
9. A call set-up device, for use with a first terminal, the device comprising:
a first memory and a first processor;
the first memory is connected with the first processor and used for storing programs and data generated in program operation;
the first processor is used for operating the program in the first memory and realizing the following functions:
storing the suspension duration information; when a call needs to be established with a second terminal in the public channel, determining information of a private channel for establishing the call; wherein the private channel is a free channel different from the public channel; establishing a call with the second terminal through the private channel; when the sending of the call information to the second terminal is finished or the receiving of the call information sent by the second terminal is finished, timing is started; and if the call information sent by the second terminal is not received and the call information is not sent to the second terminal again during the time length of the timing time reaches the hang-up time length, jumping to the common channel.
10. The apparatus according to claim 9, wherein the first processor, when establishing the call with the second terminal through the private channel, is specifically configured to:
skipping from the public channel to the private channel; sending a call establishment request to the second terminal through the private channel; and receiving information which is sent by the second terminal and is used for representing the acceptance of the call establishment request, and establishing a private call with the second terminal.
11. A call set-up device, for use with a second terminal, the device comprising:
a second memory and a second processor;
the second memory is connected with the second processor and used for storing programs and data generated in program operation;
the second processor is used for operating the program in the second memory and realizing the following functions:
storing the suspension duration information; responding to an operation performed by the first terminal to determine information for establishing a private channel for the call; establishing a call with the first terminal through the private channel; when the sending of the call information to the first terminal is finished or the receiving of the call information sent by the first terminal is finished, timing is started; and if the call information sent by the first terminal is not received and the call information is not sent to the first terminal again during the time length of the timing time reaches the hang-up time length, jumping to a common channel.
