基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线
技术领域
本发明涉及基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线,属于雷达通信技术领域。
背景技术
随着电子工业、雷达技术的发展,各种高精度、智能化的新型雷达和先进探测器相继问世。现代战争中作战飞机和坦克等武器装备系统受到越来越严重的威胁,军事隐蔽变得日益困难。雷达隐身技术是现代军事上隐蔽自己以免敌人发现的关键技术,能够最大程度地降低敌方探测系统发现的概率,是国防科研中的重要课题。当雷达发射的电磁波遇到目标时,它将被散射,其后散射功率即雷达回波功率将回到雷达处并被雷达天线接收,雷达从而判定目标的存在并确定目标的位置。衡量目标电磁散射特性强弱的物理量就是雷达散射截面。武器装备系统的隐身性能,主要决定于他们的雷达散射截面的大小,因而以各种方法缩减雷达散射截面,这就是研究雷达隐身技术的主要目标。
天线是现代武器装备、雷达探测系统中的重要组成部分,并且往往要求天线具有高增益的特点。其中,反射阵天线由喇叭馈源和反射阵列组成,具有高增益、无需复杂馈电网络的优点,具有巨大的研究价值。其工作机理是:具有移相功能的反射阵列将来自馈源的球面波转化为平面波向外辐射出去,即可实现具有高增益的辐射性能。但是高增益反射阵天线的较大的辐射口径也导致了其在某些频率范围内较大的雷达散射截面,这严重制约了反射阵天线在军事领域的应用。因此,提出一种具有低雷达散射截面特性的反射阵天线,具有很大的意义。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷,提供基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线,在保证天线良好的辐射性能的前提下,减少天线辐射频带以外的雷达散射截面,以满足雷达隐身技术的应用要求。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线,包括天线馈源和三维频率选择结构反射阵列,所述天线馈源朝向三维频率选择结构反射阵列,所述天线馈源位于三维频率选择结构反射阵列的移相焦点,所述天线馈源用于发射球面电磁波,所述三维频率选择结构反射阵列用于接收球面电磁波并反射为平面波。
进一步地,所述三维频率选择结构反射阵列包括阵列排布的反射单元;
所述反射单元包括介质基板,以及设置于介质基板具备移相功能的移相槽和用于吸收电磁波能量的吸波槽,所述移相槽和吸波槽串联;
所述移相槽和吸波槽的槽线方向朝向天线馈源的电磁波发射端所在面;
所述移相槽和吸波槽在电磁波的入射端开路,在终端短路;
所述吸波槽包括级联的宽度不等的第一槽和第二槽,所述第一槽和第二槽之间设置有电阻,所有电阻均位于同一平面内。

本发明所达到的有益效果:
本发明提供的一种基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线,在具备三维频率选择结构的同时设置具有吸波和移相功能的反射单元,在保证高增益辐射的前提下实现了天线辐射频带外的低雷达散射截面的特性;
同时,本发明在吸波槽中设置电阻,使得基于三维频率选择结构的反射单元具有宽带吸波的优点,在天线辐射频带的低频端和高频端均实现了低雷达散射截面的特性,相对于同等面积的金属平板,在1.2GHz至8.9GHz的宽频带范围内(相对带宽152%),实现了8.85dB的雷达散射截面缩减;
以及,本发明提出的三维频率选择结构的反射单元结构简单性能优秀,便于加工和实现。

具体实施方式
下面基于附图对本发明作进一步描述。以下实施例仅用于更加清楚地说明本发明的技术方案,而不能以此来限制本发明的保护范围。
本发明提供基于三维频率选择结构的低雷达散射截面反射阵天线,在具备三维频率选择结构的同时设置具有吸波和移相功能的反射单元3,在保证高增益辐射的前提下实现了天线辐射频带外的低雷达散射截面的特性;同时,本发明在吸波槽4中设置电阻6,使得基于三维频率选择结构的反射单元3具有宽带吸波的优点,在天线辐射频带的低频端和高频端均实现了低雷达散射截面的特性,相对于同等面积的金属平板,在1.2GHz至8.9GHz的宽频带范围内(相对带宽152%),实现了8.85dB的雷达散射截面缩减;以及,本发明提出的三维频率选择结构的反射单元3结构简单性能优秀,便于加工和实现。
如图1至图4所示,包括天线馈源1和三维频率选择结构反射阵列2,天线馈源1用于发射或接收球面电磁波,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2用于接收球面电磁波并反射为平面波,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2采用基于平面槽线的三维频率选择结构,由M×N个结构相同、参数不同的反射单元3周期排布构成。反射单元3由刻蚀在介质基板一侧的若干平面槽线结构构成,这些槽线沿着z轴方向刻蚀。将该反射单元3沿y轴周期延拓,再沿x轴以一定间隔周期堆叠,则可形成所述的三维频率选择结构反射阵列2。每一个反射单元3由具有移相功能的移相槽5和具有吸收电磁波能量功能的吸波槽4串联组成。本实施例中,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2一共由46×66个反射单元3按周期排列构成,天线馈源1放置在三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的正前方,位于三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的移相焦点,其相位中心与三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的反射阵面的距离为405mm。
如图2至图4所示,反射单元3中的移相槽5是一段宽度保持一定的均匀槽线,移相槽5在电磁波入射端开路,在终端短路。每一个反射单元3的移相槽5宽度相同,但是每个反射单元3的移相槽5长度不等,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2通过改变每一个移相槽5的长度来实现反射相位的调节;天线馈源1到达每个反射单元3的距离不相等,因此电磁波到达的相位也不一致。为了使三维频率选择结构反射阵列2受天线馈源1照射后二次辐射/散射的能量具有高增益的特点,每个反射单元3的反射相位通过如下公式确定:

如图2至图4所示,反射单元3中的吸波槽4是由两段宽度不等的槽线级联而成,在电磁波入射端开路,在终端短路。靠近入射端的槽线为第一槽4-1,靠近终端的槽线为第二槽4-2。在第一槽4-1和第二槽4-2的连接处,加载了上下对称的连接盘9,用于在吸波槽4中间位置焊接电阻6,所有电阻6均位于同一平面内,该平面为反射阵面。吸波槽4通过电阻6将入射电磁波的能量损耗为热能,从而降低反射阵天线的雷达散射截面。吸波槽4与移相槽5间隔一定的距离,并且与y方向相邻单元的移相槽5距离相等,吸波槽4与移相槽5之间的距离基于槽间中心线或最接近的槽边之间的距离计算均可。吸波槽4在z方向具有两段不同的宽度,具有阶梯阻抗的特性,可以实现最佳的吸波效果;在具体设计时,电阻6的阻值为360欧姆,采用0402封装,长度为1mm,宽度为0.5mm。
如图2至图4所示,移相槽5和吸波槽4均蚀刻在介质基板的一侧,本发明中的介质基板包括介质基体7和覆铜层8,所述介质基体7选用RO4003C,相对介电常数为3.55,损耗角正切为0.0027,采用厚度为0.035mm的覆铜层8。本实例中的物理参数分别为: px = 6.813mm,py = 10 mm,pz = 50.25 mm,h = 0.813 mm,t = 0.035 mm,

反射单元3周期的大小根据槽线的特征阻抗来确定。改变反射单元3的周期与槽线的相对大小,将主要改变移相槽5的特性阻抗从而影响其工作带宽,以及吸波槽4的特性阻抗从而影响吸波功能。
天线馈源1放置在三维频率选择结构反射阵列2中心的正前方,并且辐射方向图的E面为YOZ面。天线馈源1被放置在三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的移相焦点,使得天线馈源1辐射出的球面电磁波经反射后变为均匀平面波。因此,天线馈源1与三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的距离由三维频率选择结构反射阵列2上各个移相槽5的长度分布唯一确定。若天线馈源1位置发生偏移,将会造成反射阵天线的增益下降或波束偏移。
本发明工作原理:
当反射阵天线在天线辐射频带内并工作在辐射状态时,天线馈源1发射球面电磁波并照射到三维频率选择结构反射阵列2上,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2通过移相槽5将电磁场波反射为平面波,从而实现高增益的辐射效果;
当反射阵天线被平面波照射时,在天线辐射频带内,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2将能量汇聚到天线馈源1上,并由天线馈源1的端口负载吸收。在天线辐射频带外,三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的反射阵面中加载的电阻6将吸收入射平面波的电磁波能量。因此,当反射阵天线被平面波照射时,反射阵天线的后向散射功率被天线馈源1端口负载或三维频率选择结构反射阵列2中的电阻6吸收,从而实现了低雷达散射截面的特性。
本发明的反射单元3中加载的损耗元件对辐射工作频带内的反射系数影响小。同时,在调节反射单元3的反射相位时,对反射单元3的辐射工作频带反射系数和天线辐射频带外吸波特性都影响小。因此能够在保证反射阵天线的辐射效率的同时,使反射阵天线具有低雷达散射截面的特性。
图5给出了在天线辐射的中心频率5.4GHz反射单元3中移相槽5长度与反射相位的关系图。图中横坐标为移相槽5的长度,单位为毫米(mm),图中纵坐标为相位,单位为度(deg)。从图中可以看出,反射单元3的反射相位可由移相槽5的长度唯一确定。
图6给出了反射阵天线增益随频率的变化曲线。图中的横坐标为频率,单位为GHz。图中纵坐标为增益,单位是dB。如图6所示,反射阵天线在天线辐射中心频率5.4GHz实现了25.8dB的高增益特性,增益降低3dB的范围为4.8GHz-5.9GHz,绝对带宽为1.1GHz,相对带宽约为20%。实现了较好的高增益辐射效果。
图7给出了反射阵天线在辐射中心频率的E面和H面归一化远场方向图,图中的横坐标为角度,单位为度deg。图中纵坐标为增益,单位是dB。由图中可以看出,此高增益反射阵天线实现了较窄的波束,且在其他角度的波瓣电平都比较低,最高的副瓣电平仅约为-13dB。
图8显示了实施例的雷达散射截面的测试结果,所示的雷达散射截面缩减值为与同等大小的金属平板对比后的归一化值。图中的横坐标为频率,单位为GHz。图中纵坐标为雷达散射截面,单位是dB。在天线辐射频带内,由于三维频率选择结构反射阵列2的移相特性,入射平面波照射到三维频率选择结构反射阵列2时,能量将会聚焦到天线馈源1,并最终由天线馈源1的匹配端口吸收。因此,由图可看出,无论反射单元3是否加载电阻6,反射阵天线辐射频带内的雷达散射截面都比较低。
在天线辐射频带外,没有在反射单元3上加载电阻6的反射阵天线的雷达散射截面与金属平板大致相等,因此雷达散射截面缩减值为0dB左右。加载了电阻6后,平面波的入射能量将被电阻6吸收,从而实现较低的雷达散射截面。从图8可以看出,与金属平板相比,本实施例能够在1.2GHz至8.9GHz的范围内(绝对带宽7.7GHz,相对带宽152%),实现8.85dB的雷达散射截面缩减。
综合以上的实验结果可以看出,本发明提出的天线实现了较好的高增益辐射效果,并且在较宽的频带内实现了较好的低RCS特性。除此之外,此低雷达散射截面反射阵天线制作简便,性能优,在雷达隐身应用领域具有较好的应用前景。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和变形,这些改进和变形也应视为本发明的保护范围。
