The invention provides a member management system and a method based on a member middling station, wherein the system comprises the following steps: the system comprises a data capturing module, a data classifying module, a data analyzing module and a member management module; the data capturing module is used for acquiring corresponding historical service data according to a plurality of preset channel information, wherein the preset channel information at least comprises private domain channel information and public domain channel information; the data classification module is used for classifying the historical business data based on member information to obtain multidimensional business data, and the dimensionality of the multidimensional business data at least comprises member preference, activity condition, data source channel, member contact and consumption value; the data analysis module is used for adding a user label to each member based on the multidimensional service data, and the user label at least comprises a user life cycle, a behavior attribute, a personal attribute and a member grade; and the member management module is used for generating marketing activities based on the user tags and sending the information of the marketing activities to the members corresponding to the user tags through the plurality of preset channel information. According to the invention, the multi-dimensional service data is obtained by classifying the historical data of the members, the user tags are added to each member through the multi-dimensional service data, and the marketing activities are generated and pushed based on the user tags, so that personalized member service is provided for each user, member information of multiple channels is uniformly managed, the data management cost is greatly reduced, and the user experience is greatly improved.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, the descriptions of the respective embodiments have respective emphasis, and reference may be made to relevant descriptions of other embodiments for parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment.
As will be appreciated by one skilled in the art, embodiments of the present invention may be provided as a method, system, or computer program product. Accordingly, the present invention may take the form of an entirely hardware embodiment, an entirely software embodiment or an embodiment combining software and hardware aspects. Furthermore, the present invention may take the form of a computer program product embodied on one or more computer-usable storage media (including, but not limited to, disk storage, CD-ROM, optical storage, and the like) having computer-usable program code embodied therein.
The present invention is described with reference to flowchart illustrations and/or block diagrams of methods, apparatus (systems), and computer program products according to embodiments of the invention. These computer program instructions may also be loaded onto a computer or other programmable data processing apparatus to cause a series of operational steps to be performed on the computer or other programmable apparatus to produce a computer implemented process such that the instructions which execute on the computer or other programmable apparatus provide steps for implementing the functions specified in the flowchart flow or flows and/or block diagram block or blocks.
While preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described, additional variations and modifications in those embodiments may occur to those skilled in the art once they learn of the basic inventive concepts. Therefore, it is intended that the appended claims be interpreted as including preferred embodiments and all such alterations and modifications as fall within the scope of the invention.
It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications may be made in the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention. Thus, if such modifications and variations of the present invention fall within the scope of the claims of the present invention and their equivalents, the present invention is also intended to include such modifications and variations.

Claims (10)

1. A member management system based on member middleboxes, the system comprising: the system comprises a data capturing module, a data classifying module, a data analyzing module and a member management module;
the data capturing module is used for acquiring corresponding historical service data according to a plurality of preset channel information, wherein the preset channel information at least comprises private domain channel information and public domain channel information;
the data classification module is used for classifying the historical business data based on member information to obtain multidimensional business data, and the dimensionality of the multidimensional business data at least comprises member preference, activity condition, data source channels, member contact points and consumption value;
the data analysis module is used for adding a user label to each member based on the multidimensional service data, wherein the user label at least comprises a user life cycle, a behavior attribute, a personal attribute and a member grade;
and the member management module is used for generating marketing activities based on the user tags and sending the information of the marketing activities to the members corresponding to the user tags through the plurality of preset channel information.
2. The member middlebox-based member management system of claim 1, further comprising: a channel information configuration module;
the channel information configuration module is used for providing a parameter configuration page of at least one data acquisition channel for a user, so that the data capture module acquires service data through parameters in the parameter configuration page.
3. The member membership management system based on member middling stations as claimed in claim 1, wherein said system further comprises: a membership point module;
and the member point integrating module is used for performing point integration conversion on the points of each member according to a preset channel point rule based on the plurality of preset channel information.
4. The member middlebox-based member management system of claim 1, further comprising: a scene construction module;
and the scene construction module is used for providing reminding service for the members according to the commodity use rules set by the members.
5. The member middlebox-based member management system of claim 1, further comprising: a member return visit module;
the member return visit module is used for returning visits to the member according to the commodity use frequency of the member, and the return visit content at least comprises use experience and use willingness.
6. The member middlebox-based member management system of claim 1, further comprising: a message processing module;
the message processing module is used for integrating a plurality of preset message channels and sending the marketing activities to each member through the integrated message channels, and the plurality of preset message channels at least comprise a telephone platform, a short message platform, a public number platform, enterprise and micro information, enterprise and micro group information and enterprise and micro friend information.
7. The member management system of claim 1, wherein the member management module is further configured to set an event trigger mechanism for passively pushing the marketing message to the member corresponding to the user tag.
8. A member management method based on member middlings is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring corresponding historical service data through a plurality of preset channel information, wherein the preset channel information at least comprises private domain channel information and public domain channel information;
classifying the historical service data based on member information to obtain multidimensional service data, wherein the dimensionality of the multidimensional service data at least comprises member preference, activity condition, data source channel, member contact and consumption value;
adding a user label for each member based on the multidimensional service data, wherein the user label at least comprises a user life cycle, a behavior attribute, a personal attribute and a member grade;
and generating a marketing activity based on the user tags, and sending the information of the marketing activity to the members corresponding to the user tags through the plurality of preset channel information.
9. An electronic device comprising a memory, a processor for implementing the steps of the member middlebox based member management method of claim 8 when executing a computer management class program stored in the memory.
10. A computer-readable storage medium, having stored thereon a computer management-like program which, when executed by a processor, performs the steps of the member middlebox-based member management method of claim 8.
