In the invention, one side of the outer wall of the top of the fixed seat 1 is connected with a supporting seat 10 through a bolt, the outer wall of the supporting seat 10 is provided with a plurality of through holes 31, and the positions of the through holes 31 correspond to the positions of the loop bars 12.

In the invention, a plurality of grooves 39 are formed in the outer wall of the twisting roller 35, the grooves 39 are wavy, when cotton spinning yarns contact the twisting mechanism 33 through the through hole 31, the third motor 36 is started at the moment, the third motor 36 drives the rotating shaft 34 to rotate, so that the twisting roller 35 is driven to rotate through the rotating shaft 34, the twisting treatment is performed on the single cotton spinning yarn, the doubling and twisting efficiency of the cotton spinning yarn is accelerated by improving the fit among a plurality of cotton spinning yarns, meanwhile, the strength of the single cotton spinning yarn can be improved by twisting the single cotton spinning yarn, and the cotton spinning yarn is prevented from being broken when being doubled due to poor strength of the cotton spinning yarn, so that the doubling and twisting of the cotton spinning yarn is influenced.
