Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a bone-attaching sealing strip 13 is arranged at the fixed connection position of the front surface of the back plate 11 and the fixed eave 121; the back plate 11 is detachably and fixedly connected with the ampoule bin 12 through a bone-sticking sealing strip 13; the bone-sticking sealing strip 13 can keep the air tightness of the sealing box 1, if the ampoule taken out of the sealing box 1 cannot be used up at one time, the ampoule can be put back into the sealing box 1 for storage, and the back plate 11 and the ampoule bin 12 can still be sealed and stuck through the bone-sticking sealing strip 13;
the width and the cross-sectional structure of the bone sealing strip 13 should be adapted to the size of the sealing box 1, if the size of the sealing box 1 is large, the width of the bone sealing strip should be increased, and the cross-sectional complexity is increased, so as to ensure the firmness of the attachment of the back plate 11 and the ampoule bin 12.
Referring to fig. 5, the front surface of ampoule chamber 12 is further provided with an indicator tube 122; the indicator pipe 122 is a transparent closed pipeline which is vertically arranged, the inner diameter of the indicator pipe 122 is 0.5-0.8mm, and the wall thickness is 0.1mm; too large or too small a volume of the indicator tube 122 may result in too much filling amount of the oxygen indicator to cause waste or too little oxygen indicator to cause color to be difficult to see, and the wall thickness of the indicator tube 122 may also have a certain effect on observing the color of the oxygen indicator; on the rectangular round ampoule bin 12, the shape of the indicator tube 122 is a long strip, and for some ampoule bins 12 with special shapes, the shape of the indicator tube 122 can be correspondingly designed, for example, the curvature change of the surface of the ampoule bin 12 is complex, the indicator tube 122 can be designed to be round and placed in a relatively flat area, even if the indicator tube 122 is arranged on the back plate 11, the design of the indicator tube 122 needs to facilitate the observation of the color of the oxygen indicator;
an oxygen indicator is injected into the indicator tube 122; when the sealing box 1 is opened to take out the ampoule, the oxygen indicator is simultaneously contacted with oxygen, the color begins to change, the time for taking out the ampoule can be deduced according to the change of the color of the oxygen indicator, and then whether the medicine in the ampoule is overdue or not can be judged; the oxygen indicator can reflect whether the sealing box 1 is completely closed; the shelf life of different drugs exposed to oxygen varies, and the oxygen indicator is selected and configured to be specific to the drug, and the time span of color change is about the same as the shelf life of the drug.
Referring to fig. 5, the indicator tube 122 is made of polyvinyl chloride on the outside and is a waterproof and breathable film made of ePTFE expanded polytetrafluoroethylene on the inside; the polyvinyl chloride material on the outer side of the indicator tube 122 is transparent, nontoxic and oxygen-insulating, so that the color change of the oxygen indicator can be observed conveniently, the oxygen indicator can be prevented from contacting oxygen outside the sealing box 1, and other transparent, nontoxic and oxygen-insulating materials can be used as the material of the indicator tube 122; the indicator tube 122 is bonded with the ampoule bin 12 through oxygen-isolating glue; a color comparison card 124 is arranged on the side edge of the indicator tube 122, and for different types of oxygen indicators, the color provided by the color comparison card 124 needs to be adjusted correspondingly; by comparing the color of the oxygen indicator with the color comparison card, the medicine taking time and the quality guarantee condition can be more conveniently and accurately inferred.
Referring to fig. 8-10, the rear side of the sealing box 1 is also provided with a hoop 2; the hoop 2 is fixedly connected with the rear surface of the back plate 11; the hoop 2 is an elastic curled strip; when the sealing box 1 is in a general storage state, the hoop 2 is in a curling state, and the plurality of sealing boxes 1 form a polygonal cylinder under the constraint of the hoop 2; when the sealing boxes 1 are taken, the hoop rings 2 can be straightened and kept in a straightened state, the sealing boxes 1 on the outermost side can be taken conveniently, after the taking is finished, the hoop rings 2 can be folded lightly to restore the hoop rings 2 to a bent state, and the sealing boxes 1 enclose a column body, so that the occupied space is reduced, and the storage and the transportation are convenient; the back surface of the back plate 11 is provided with a buckle 112; the sealing box 1 positioned at the outermost ring is detachably and fixedly connected with the hoop 2 through a buckle 112; the used ampoule and the corresponding sealing box 1 can be detached from the hoop 2, and the whole volume is reduced.
Referring to fig. 3, the front surface of the back plate 11 is further provided with an antioxidant coating 113; when the ampoule in the bottle is not used up, the ampoule is put back into the sealing box 1, and the sealing box 1 is filled with oxygen because the ampoule is opened, and the anti-oxidation coating can consume the oxygen in the sealing box 1 at the moment, so that the oxygen is prevented from oxidizing the medicine; the antioxidant coating 113 is made of tea polyphenol which is low in price and is a natural extraction material, so that toxicity is avoided; besides tea polyphenols, other antioxidants can be used as the material of the antioxidant coating, such as natural antioxidant phytic acid, synthetic antioxidants BHA, BHT, PG, etc.
Referring to fig. 7, a plurality of spindle-shaped tearing-assistant openings are formed in the crease 111 along the axial direction; notches are arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the crease 111; the adjacent back boards 11 can be torn along the crease 111, and the notches and the tearing-assistant openings enable the crease 111 to have high tensile strength and be easy to cut, so that the back boards 11 can be prevented from being torn when the back boards 11 are torn off, and the air tightness of the sealing box 1 is reduced; the upper end of the fixed eave 121 is provided with an easy-to-tear label 123; the back plate 11 and the ampoule bin 12 can be more conveniently detached by lifting and pulling the easy-tear label 123; the surface of the easy-to-tear label 123 is provided with an anti-slip strip; the cleats increase the friction when pulling the peel off label 123.
When the ampoule storage box is used, the hoop 2 is firstly straightened, the ampoule bin 12 located on the outermost side is detached from the back plate 11 by lifting the easy-tear label 123, an ampoule in the sealing box 1 is taken out for use, when the sealing box 1 is opened, oxygen enters the ampoule bin 12, the oxygen indicator contacts with the waterproof breathable film, the color of the oxygen indicator changes along with time and can be observed through the transparent indicator tube 122, the length of time that the ampoule has been taken out can be deduced by comparing the colorimetric cards, and then the quality guarantee condition of the medicine in the ampoule is judged.
If the medicine in the ampoule is not used up once and is not overdue, the ampoule can be placed back into the sealed box 1 again, the edge of the fixing brim 121 and the edge of the back plate 11 are kneaded, the bone-attached sealing strip 13 is clamped in a sealing mode again, oxygen is filled in the sealed box 1 at the moment, the oxygen in the sealed box 1 can be consumed by the antioxidant coating 113, the medicine in the ampoule is prevented from being oxidized by the oxygen and deteriorating, and meanwhile, the color change of the oxygen indicator is stopped due to the fact that the inside of the sealed box 1 is restored to the oxygen-free environment.
When the medicine in the ampoule is completely used up or overdue, the ampoule and the corresponding sealing box 1 can be taken down from the hoop 2 and discarded, the hoop 2 is folded slightly to restore the curling state, and the hoop 2 drives the remaining sealing boxes 1 to enclose into a cylinder, so that the occupied area is reduced, and the storage and the transportation are convenient.
