Technical Field

Background
The modern composite material has the characteristics of good processability, light weight, high strength and the like, and is widely applied to the fields of aviation, aerospace, automobiles, sports goods and the like. The composite material part needs to ensure that the mounting surface and the inner and outer surfaces have higher quality so as to meet the requirements of assembly and use. For special-shaped composite material parts, such as mineral water bottle shapes, demoulding can not be carried out by adopting a common mould during manufacturing. The prior general method adopts a method of matching a soluble core mould with a metal female mould or a vacuum barrel bag to solve the demoulding problem. The former has the disadvantages that the soluble core mold powder is easy to permeate into the blank to influence the internal quality of the composite material, and the temperature use is limited. The latter has the disadvantages that the vacuum drum bag is easy to generate the pressurizing effect of bridging interference products in the pressurizing process, the internal quality of the products is influenced, and the problems of wrinkles, resin enrichment and the like of the internal profile of the products are caused.
Chinese patent No. CN101342787B discloses a method for forming a composite material special-shaped pipe, which uses a core mold made of polyethylene material with low softening temperature, and the forming method limits the temperature required for forming the composite material special-shaped pipe, and the temperature limitation requirement of the core mold also easily causes uncontrollable size of the composite material special-shaped pipe and affects the product quality.
In production, a manufacturing method of a non-drawable composite material special-shaped part is urgently needed to be developed, and the problem that the quality of a composite material special-shaped pipe fitting product is difficult to guarantee by the existing processing technology is solved.

a method of manufacturing a non-drawable composite profile element, comprising the steps of:
step 1, core mould preparation: manufacturing a resin sand mould by adopting a metal support piece according to the size of an inner cavity of the composite material special-shaped piece, and coating a layer of demoulding cloth on the surface of a mould body of the resin sand mould;
step 2, prepreg paving: laying a composite material prepreg on the surface of the core mould according to the designed layers;
step 3, curing: laying a porous isolating membrane and a vacuum bag membrane, vacuumizing, heating and curing at the curing temperature of 200 ℃;
step 4, demolding: the core mould is broken into small blocks by adopting an impact or knocking method and then taken out.
The invention has the following advantages:
1. the size precision of the product is good, and the quality of the inner surface and the outer surface of the product is stable and excellent. The demolding cloth has good toughness, is not easy to break when the core mold is removed, can be completely taken down from the inner surface of a composite material workpiece, reduces the incidence rate of the defects that the inner molded surface of the product generates wrinkles and resin-rich residues, and effectively ensures the inner surface quality of the product.
2. Simple process and wide application range. The special-shaped die-drawing die is suitable for the requirements of special-shaped workpieces of various sizes and sizes which cannot be die-drawn composite materials, and can meet the requirements of various composite materials on curing temperature to the maximum extent. The resin sand core mold is reinforced by the metal support piece, so that the resin sand core mold has good rigidity and strength, the selected resin sand and the demolding cloth can resist the temperature exceeding 250 ℃, and the temperature application range is wide.

step 4, demolding: firstly, the metal supporting piece 2 is pulled out, the rubber hammer is used for knocking the outer surface of the composite material special-shaped piece 1, the resin sand core mold body 3 is taken out after being crushed into small pieces, and then the demolding cloth 4 is taken out.
The invention is not limited to the specific steps of the processing method, and equivalent changes of other similar methods fall into the protection scope of the invention.

step 3, curing: paving a porous isolating membrane and a vacuum bag membrane, vacuumizing, heating and curing, wherein the curing temperature is 200 ℃;
step 4, demolding: the core mould is broken into small blocks by adopting an impact or knocking method and then taken out.
