Abstract
A simple pre-setting die for aramid fiber paper honeycombs with special-shaped curved surfaces and a manufacturing method thereof. The simple pre-setting die comprises a die body, wherein the die body is formed by compounding multiple layers of high-temperature-resistant prepregs, and a plurality of positioning holes for positioning aramid paper honeycombs are formed in the periphery of the die body. The manufacturing method adopts the ready-made composite material product forming die and is formed by compounding multiple layers of high-temperature resistant prepregs. The invention has the advantages of simple structure, simple and convenient manufacture and light structure, reduces the manufacturing cost by more than 80 percent compared with a steel die, has convenient pre-setting treatment operation, and has the technical effect of good curved surface laminating effect of the treated aramid paper honeycomb and a composite material product.
Description
Technical Field

Background
In the prior art, sandwich materials for composite sandwich structural articles are typically structurally reinforced with an aramid paper honeycomb core. The sandwich structure of the composite material is mostly of a special-shaped curved surface structure, and the aramid paper honeycomb is mostly of a flat plate structure. Before composite processing, the aramid paper honeycomb of the flat plate structure needs to be subjected to pre-setting treatment so as to be tightly attached to the curved surface of a composite material product, and firm bonding and delamination of the aramid paper honeycomb and the curved surfaces of the inner skin and the outer skin are ensured in the forming process. The traditional pre-setting die for pre-setting the aramid fiber paper honeycomb flat plate structure is a steel die structure, so that the manufacturing cost is high, and the manufacturing period is long. The simple pre-shaping die for the special-shaped curved surface aramid paper honeycomb used in the composite material sandwich structure and the matched processing method are needed in production, the manufacture is simple and convenient, and the production cost is low.

The invention aims to provide a simple presetting mold for aramid paper honeycombs with special-shaped curved surfaces.
The invention adopts the following technical scheme that: the mould body, the mould body is formed by the compound of multilayer high temperature resistant preimpregnation material, and the periphery of mould body is equipped with a plurality of locating holes that are used for fixing a position aramid fiber paper honeycomb.

The invention aims to solve another problem of providing a manufacturing method of the simple pre-forming die for the aramid paper honeycomb with the special-shaped curved surface.
A manufacturing method of a simple pre-setting die for aramid paper honeycombs with special-shaped curved surfaces comprises the following steps:
a. preparing materials: preparing epoxy resin glass fiber prepreg with proper size;
b. pretreatment of a mold: coating a release agent on the prepared composite material product forming female die;
c. molding: laying prepreg in a forming concave mould of a composite material product, overlapping the prepreg in multiple layers, laying the prepreg layer by layer, forming a shear edge at an uneven part, and staggering the openings of each layer to remove bubbles between layers;
d. and (3) curing: placing demoulding cloth on the surface, vacuumizing and solidifying to a vacuum degree of more than or equal to 0.092 Mpa; the curing process is carried out in two stages: stage 1: temperature: 80 +/-5 ℃, heat preservation time: 1h, stage 2: temperature: 150 +/-5 ℃, heat preservation time: 4 h;
e. demolding: demolding to obtain a blank of the simple pre-shaping mold for the aramid fiber paper honeycomb;
f. repairing pliers: and (5) removing burrs on the blank obtained in the step (5), polishing to remove the surface release agent, and drilling a plurality of positioning holes along the periphery to obtain the product.
The invention has the following advantages: 1. simple structure adopts multilayer high temperature resistant preimpregnation material composite construction, has replaced traditional steel mould structure. 2. It is simple and convenient to manufacture. The composite material can be manufactured by compounding multiple layers of high-temperature resistant prepregs by using a ready-made composite material product forming die. 3. The manufacturing cost is low. According to measurement and calculation, compared with a steel mould, the pre-forming mould of the multilayer high-temperature-resistant prepreg composite structure has the advantage that the manufacturing cost is reduced by more than 80%. 4. The aramid fiber paper honeycomb pre-shaping device is light and handy in structure, convenient to pre-shape aramid fiber paper honeycomb, and good in curved surface laminating effect of the treated aramid fiber paper honeycomb and a composite material product.

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the die body according to one embodiment of the present invention is formed by compounding multiple layers of high temperature resistant prepregs, and a plurality of positioning holes 4 for positioning the aramid paper honeycomb are formed around the die body.
The principle is as follows: the method comprises the steps of utilizing a ready-made composite material product forming die (as shown in figure 1, a product forming concave die 1 is adopted in the embodiment) to compound by using a plurality of layers of high-temperature resistant prepregs, so as to prepare the special-shaped curved surface aramid paper honeycomb simple pre-forming die 2.
