The technology is applied to the purification and regeneration of the transformer oil, the purification effect of the transformer oil can be greatly improved, the transformer oil can be recycled, and the safety risk is reduced.
The electrostatic oil purification technology can remove particle impurities below 0.01 mu m in oil liquid, and has incomparable advantages in indexes such as reduction of the acid value of oil products, dielectric loss and the like. At present, most of electrostatic essential oil devices at home and abroad need to adopt a columnar structure for an impurity dust collector for insulation and adsorption, and need to be filled between a positive plate and a negative plate, because a columnar medium is in an electrostatic field, an electric field around the column can be distorted, namely a non-uniform electric field is formed around the columnar medium, and just under the action of the non-uniform electric field, pollutants with dielectric constants larger than that of oil rapidly swim to the direction of the strong electric field when moving to the vicinity of the columnar body along with oil flow, and are adsorbed and precipitated on the surface of the columnar medium. Due to the filling structure, the processing speed is low in the actual use process, the content of moisture and conductive particles in oil is limited, and the short circuit phenomenon of oil purification equipment is easy to occur.
