Abstract

本发明公开了一种多功能中药养生枕及其制备方法，该药枕包括枕芯和枕套，其中枕芯中填充有荞麦壳、决明子、竹叶、罗布麻叶、茉莉花、沙棘叶、蔓荆子、大青叶、薄荷、艾叶、荷叶、桑叶、侧柏叶、蒲公英、砭石、柴胡、透骨草、石菖蒲、辛夷花、玫瑰花、白芷、甘草、远志、夏菇草、晚蚕砂、地骨皮、薰衣草、合欢花、夜高藤、陈皮、酸枣仁、川草乌、片姜黄、百合花、灯芯草、肉桂、粉丹皮、丁香、龙胆草。所制得的药枕具有改善严重失眠，神经衰弱，压力大，高血压，颈椎，脑梗，打鼾，疏通经络，清热凉血，降压的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健器械制造技术领域，更具体的说是涉及一种多功能中药养生枕及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对养生保健的重视，市场上的养生保健产品也层出不穷。枕头在睡眠中是不可缺少的卧具，适宜的枕头有利于全身放松，保护颈部和大脑，促进和改善睡眠，还有防病治病的效果，其中不少人喜欢枕药枕。在我国，药枕用于保健和治病有悠久的历史，古代医学中有“闻气治病”、“闻香除病”之说，明代李时珍在《本草纲目》中也曾记载了绿豆枕、黑豆枕、桃枝枕等多种药枕的例子，药枕的保健原理是利用药物的直接吸收(通过呼吸道和皮肤腺进入人体)对病人脏腑经络气血的良性刺激，以激发经气、疏通经络、调理气血，从而达到养生保健、防病治病的目的，比如治疗神经衰弱、气血两虚、高血压、脑血管动脉硬化、冠心病、关节疼痛等病症，避免传统采用中西医结合的方法所造成的副作用大、疗效差、治愈率低等缺陷。现有药枕中原料选用不合理、配伍不当、疗效较差、治愈周期较长，而且可医治的病种也比较单一。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明提供了一种多功能中药养生枕及其制备方法，所得药枕具有改善严重失眠，神经衰弱，压力大，高血压，颈椎，脑梗，打鼾，疏通经络，清热凉血，降压的作用。
为了实现上述目的，本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种多功能中药养生枕，包括枕套和枕芯，所述枕芯的填充物中包括主料和配料，按重量份数计，所述主料包括：决明子200份、竹叶200份、罗布麻叶200份、茉莉花200份、沙棘叶200份、蔓荆子200份、大青叶200 份、薄荷150份、艾叶150份、荷叶100份、桑叶100份、侧柏叶100份、蒲公英100份、砭石100份、柴胡60份、透骨草50份、石菖蒲50份、辛夷花35份、玫瑰花50份、白芷50份、甘草50份、远志50份、夏菇草50份、晚蚕砂50份、地骨皮50份、薰衣草50份、合欢花50份、夜高藤30份、陈皮30份、酸枣仁30份、川草乌30份、片姜黄30份、百合花30份、灯芯草 30份、肉桂25份、粉丹皮20份、丁香20份、龙胆草15份。
所述配料包括荞麦壳1000份。
优选的，所述枕芯的规格为长50cm，宽25cm，高7cm。
优选的，所述枕芯中间对称设置有两个边长为6cm的菱形耳孔。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供上述的一种多功能中药养生枕的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)称取上述的主料和配料，备用；
(2)采用面麻布料，结合刺绣工艺，按上述枕芯的规格制作枕芯以及与枕芯相匹配的枕套；
(3)将主料成分用水清洗，然后50℃下烘干并放至除尘机中除尘，然后与荞麦壳混合均匀填充至枕芯中，然后将枕芯套入枕套内即得所述多功能中药养生枕。
各成分效果如下：
1.荞麦壳功效：性寒，有清热清凉的作用；
2.决明子功效：入肝经，清泻肝火，治疗眼赤痛；
3.透骨草功效：舒筋活血，解毒目痛；
4.荷叶功效：清心火，平肝火；
5.桑叶功效：能清肺热，去肝经，平降肝阳明目；
6.夜高藤功效：养血安神，祛风通络，治疗失眠多梦；
7.石昌蒲功效：祛痰开窍，安神定志；
8.薄荷功效：薄荷味散以清热，凉血，驱表邪，抗疲劳；
9.竹叶功效：竹叶性寒，清热泻火，除烦上温；
10.艾叶功效：祛湿散寒，平喘镇咳，温经止血；
11.侧柏叶功效：凉血止血，须发早白，散肿毒；
12.辛夷花功效：散风寒，通鼻窍；
13.罗布麻叶功效：平肝阳，清热利尿；
14.玫瑰花功效：治疗肝气郁结；
15.白芷功效：解表散热寒，祛风止痛，宣通鼻窍，清肝排脓；
16.粉丹皮功效：清热活血，活血散瘀；
17.夏枯草功效：散淤结，苦寒能泄热；
18.蒲公英功效：清热解毒，消痛散结；
19.龙胆草功效：清热燥湿，泻肝胆火；
20.甘草功效：解毒清热，祛痰止咳，治疗心悸；
21.陈皮功效：理气，燥湿化痰；
22.远志功效：宁心安神，祛痰开窍，解毒清肝；
23.茉莉花功效：头晕头痛，目赤，疮毒；
24.蔓荆子功效：补气养阴，润肺；
25.酸枣仁功效：养心补肝，安心凝神；
26.晚蚕砂功效：祛风除湿，活血通经；
27.砭石功效：含有49种微量元素；
28.地骨皮功效：清肺降火，凉血；
29.川草乌功效：活血形气，祛风止痛；
30.片姜黄功效：清毒血瘀，各种炎症；
31.薰衣草功效：镇静催眠，解痉镇痛，抗菌消炎；
32.柴胡功效：解表退热，疏肝解郁；
33.沙棘叶功效：调节血脂，延迟衰老；
34.百合花功效：清心安神；
35.大青叶功效：清热解毒，凉血止血，消肿；
36.合欢花功效：解郁，安神，促进睡眠，虚烦不安，健忘，失眠，忧郁，烦躁者；
37.丁香功效：抗菌消炎；
38.灯心草功效：清心降火；
39.肉桂功效：温经通脉，散寒止痛。
经由上述的技术方案可知，与现有技术相比，本发明具有如下有益效果：
本发明是根据人体耳朵有91个小穴，39个大穴，依照39个穴位配比39 道中药给予每个穴位用药，同时枕头的形状根据耳朵的形状，设计耳孔，围绕耳孔有10道重要的药剂用布袋装置放在耳孔一圈，其它中药散装在枕头里。枕头内胆全部采用中药装置，充分体验药力作用，360度无死角给患者使用，达到药效作用。本发明是一款多功能的药枕，区别于同类产品，多效作用，镇静安眠，清热凉血，解毒安神，醒脑明目等，安全无任何副作用。西药长期服用对人体有太大伤害和依赖。

实施例1
一种多功能中药养生枕的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)采用面麻布料，结合刺绣工艺，制作枕芯以及与枕芯相匹配的枕套；
其中，枕芯的规格为长50cm，宽25cm，高7cm，且枕芯中间对称开两个边长为6cm的菱形耳孔。
(3)将决明子200g、竹叶200g、罗布麻叶200g、茉莉花200g、沙棘叶 200g、蔓荆子200g、大青叶200g、薄荷150g、艾叶150g、荷叶100g、桑叶 100g、侧柏叶100g、蒲公英100g、砭石100g、柴胡60g、透骨草50g、石菖蒲50g、辛夷花35g、玫瑰花50g、白芷50g、甘草50g、远志50g、夏菇草50g、晚蚕砂50g、地骨皮50g、薰衣草50g、合欢花50g、夜高藤30g、陈皮30g、酸枣仁30g、川草乌30g、片姜黄30g、百合花30g、灯芯草30g、肉桂25g、粉丹皮20g、丁香20g、龙胆草15g分别用水清洗，然后50℃下烘干并放至除尘机中除尘，然后与荞麦壳1000g混合均匀填充至枕芯中，然后将枕芯套入枕套内即得所述多功能中药养生枕。
具体案例
经过2年的临床实验，用户患者达到百余人，男的占数55％，女的45％，其中男性使用者18—70岁之间，女性用户30—75岁之间；
案例一：王某某，男，70岁。用了半月以后，睡眠质量由轻度睡眠，达到深度睡眠，睡眠质量得到很好改善，早上起床精气神变好。
案例二:神经衰弱的牛某某，女，50岁。使用一周后睡眠改善，一觉到天亮，中途没有醒来，早上起来身体有精神。

1.一种多功能中药养生枕，包括枕套和枕芯，其特征在于，所述枕芯的填充物中包括主料和配料，按重量份数计，所述主料包括：决明子200份、竹叶200份、罗布麻叶200份、茉莉花200份、沙棘叶200份、蔓荆子200份、大青叶200份、薄荷150份、艾叶150份、荷叶100份、桑叶100份、侧柏叶100份、蒲公英100份、砭石100份、柴胡60份、透骨草50份、石菖蒲50份、辛夷花35份、玫瑰花50份、白芷50份、甘草50份、远志50份、夏菇草50份、晚蚕砂50份、地骨皮50份、薰衣草50份、合欢花50份、夜高藤30份、陈皮30份、酸枣仁30份、川草乌30份、片姜黄30份、百合花30份、灯芯草30份、肉桂25份、粉丹皮20份、丁香20份、龙胆草15份。
所述配料包括荞麦壳1000份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能中药养生枕，其特征在于，所述枕芯的规格为长50cm，宽25cm，高7cm。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种多功能中药养生枕，其特征在于，所述枕芯中间对称设置有两个边长为6cm的菱形耳孔。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种多功能中药养生枕的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)称取权利要求3所述的主料和配料，备用；
(2)采用面麻布料，通过平缝机按权利要求3所述枕芯的规格制作枕芯以及与枕芯相匹配的枕套；
(3)将主料各成分用水清洗，然后50℃下烘干并放至除尘机中除尘，然后与荞麦壳混合均匀填充至枕芯中，然后将枕芯套入枕套内即得所述多功能中药养生枕。
