技术领域
本发明涉及化妆品领域,特别是涉及一种棒状化妆品。
背景技术
本部分提供了与本申请相关的背景信息,这些信息并不必然构成现有技术。
保持皮肤的湿度、维持保护皮肤免受各种刺激的阻隔功能是护肤用化妆品的基本。目前市场上化妆品包材大多数为塑料瓶子、玻璃瓶子、罐子、喷雾瓶、眼影盘、气垫、软管等,这些包材多数体积大、重量沉,且携带不方便。另外,也有收纳于携带用的小型喷雾容器的化妆品,但为了避免喷雾的堵塞、粘度上升所导致的利用分配器的抽取障碍,而限制油分、特别是固体油分的配合量,作为其结果,该化妆品补水保湿效果的持续性受限。
而棒状类化妆品体积小、重量轻,使用、携带均比较方便,满足使用者随时随地上妆、补妆的需求。但现有的棒状类化妆品存在如下技术问题:
1.现在市面上大多数抗衰、美白、保湿等功效成分或提取物都是水溶性活性物,在全油配方中无法添加,而现有棒状化妆品主要为蜡基+油脂的全油体系,因此棒状化妆品的肤感较油腻,水溶性活性物无法添加,现有棒状化妆品无法同时兼具美妆效果和护肤效果;
2.棒状化妆品(不使用手指而)直接涂抹于皮肤,因此,要求涂抹时的平滑的延展和适当的硬度。硬度过低时,涂抹时会产生溃散这样的不良情况,硬度过高时,会产生延展差而难以涂抹这样的问题。另外,需要还具备组成和形状不随时间经过而变化的稳定性;
3.迄今为止尚未知为油包水型乳化棒状化妆品、具有喷雾化妆品那样的对皮肤的补水保湿的功能、且能够用于补妆的化妆品。
发明内容
为了解決上述课题,本发明人等反复进行了深入研究,结果发现:通过形成配合流动油分、能够使该油分凝胶化的固态油分、进而具有遮瑕效果的粉体和保湿剂、且配合比通常的棒状化妆品大量的水的油包水型乳化物,由此可以得到进行涂抹而能够同时对皮肤进行美妆和护肤的棒状化妆品,从而完成了本发明。
即,本发明提供一种兼具美妆效果和护肤效果的棒状化妆品,其含有:
(A)10-40wt%的可流动的液态油脂;
(B)10-50wt%的水相组分;
(C)能够使前述液态油脂凝胶化的固态油脂;
(D)粉体;和
(E)表面活性剂。
其中,水相包括去离子水和具有保湿效果的多元醇。
通过冷却凝固得到的棒状化妆品具有优异的稳定性,在常温储存过程中其组成和形状不随时间经过而变化。
出于提升棒状化妆品的使用体验的观点,在一实施例中,棒状化妆品还含有芳香剂。
发明的效果
1.本发明的化妆品的特征之一在于,为棒状的油包水型乳化化妆品且水的含量多。特别是,通过形成棒状,可以直接涂抹于皮肤,因此,乳化状态因涂抹时的摩擦而破坏,内相的水溢出,从而可以赋予非常娇嫩感、感觉良好的清爽感和冰凉感。另外,由于配合液态油脂,因此,不会赋予油膜感(油腻感)。进而,通过配合固态油脂,棒状化妆品的形状稳定性优异。
2.本发明的化妆品为携带性优异的棒状且具有上述那样的特性,因此也适于在外出地等简便地修补脱妆的补妆用。
3.本发明的化妆品采用的表面活性剂为油包水型乳化剂,使得水相组分可以稳定的分散在油相组分中。通过油相组分(包括液态油脂和固态油脂)、粉体和水相组分的合理配比,令棒状化妆品的肤感清爽、涂抹顺滑,同时棒状化妆品能维持耐热耐寒稳定性。
4.本发明的化妆品通过在水相组分中加入保湿剂、抗氧化剂、清凉剂等具有有益效果的水溶性成分,以及在油相组分中加入滋润清爽油脂,赋予了棒状化妆品护肤效果,施用该棒状化妆品能在皮肤表面形成能够保湿锁水和抵御外界侵害的清爽薄膜,实现修护皮肤屏障的同时带来舒适清凉的使用感。
5.本发明的化妆品通过在水相组分中加入具有抗衰老、舒缓、美白等有益效果的水溶性成分,赋予了棒状化妆品除了保湿之外的护肤效果。
6.本发明的化妆品含有的粉体赋予了棒状化妆品美妆效果,粉体的柔焦效果好,能够很好的修饰毛孔,可以在提亮美白的同时,使妆效更加通透自然。
7.本发明的化妆品为棒状化妆品,使用、携带方便,可直接涂抹于脸部,再用化妆棉轻轻按压涂抹均匀,无需使用手指蘸取。相比于乳液状的化妆品,本发明的棒状化妆品能够大大减少化妆棉的吸附量。

以下,对本发明的棒状化妆品进行详细说明。
需要说明的是,本发明所记载的配合量或含量只要没有特别说明均是指wt%,并且均是基于化妆品的总质量。
本发明的化妆品含有(A)可流动的液态油脂。
本说明书中的“可流动的液态油脂”是在常温(约25℃)下具有流动性的液态的油脂。通过配合可流动的液态油脂,可以调整棒状化妆品的硬度。并且液态油脂能够溶解施于皮肤上的彩妆,因此,发挥局部的彩妆去除(清洁)功能,变为适于简便的补妆的方式。
可流动的液态油脂可以为非挥发性流动油脂与挥发性流动油脂的组合。
所述“挥发性流动油脂”包含挥发性(常压下的沸点为260℃以下的低沸点)的烃油和硅油、以及低粘度(10cs以下)的直链状或支链状的硅油的油分。作为挥发性烃油,优选低沸点的异构烷烃系烃油,作为具体例,可以举出:异十二烷、异十六烷等。挥发性或低粘度的硅油中包含:硅原子数4~6的环状二甲基聚硅氧烷、硅原子数2~5的链状二甲基聚硅氧烷。作为具体例,可以举出:六甲基环三硅氧烷、八甲基环四硅氧烷、十甲基环五硅氧烷、和十二甲基环六硅氧烷等环状硅油、二苯基硅氧基苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷(10cs、6cs、5cs、2cs、或1.5cs)等。
所述“非挥发性流动油脂”是指常压下的沸点高于260℃的油性成分的烃油或硅油、或粘度超过10cs的硅油中的1种或2种以上。作为非挥发性流动油脂的具体例,可以举出:亚麻籽油、山茶油、澳洲坚果油、玉米油、橄榄油、鳄梨油、山茶花油、蓖麻油、红花油、杏仁油、肉桂油、葡萄油、杏仁油、菜籽油、芝麻油、葵花籽油、小麦胚芽油、米胚芽油、米糠油、棉籽油、大豆油、花生油、茶籽油、月见草油、蛋黄油、肝油、三甘油、三辛酸甘油酯、三异棕榈酸甘油酯等液态油脂;辛酸鲸蜡酯等辛酸酯、三-2-乙基己酸甘油酯、季戊四醇四(2-乙基己酸)酯等异辛酸酯、月桂酸己酯等月桂酸酯、肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、肉豆蔻酸辛基十二烷酯等肉豆蔻酸酯、棕榈酸辛酯等棕榈酸酯、硬脂酸异鲸蜡酯等硬脂酸酯、异硬脂酸异丙酯等异硬脂酸酯、异棕榈酸辛酯等异棕榈酸酯、油酸异癸酯等油酸酯、己二酸二异丙酯等己二酸二酯、癸二酸二乙酯等癸二酸二酯、苹果酸二异硬脂酯等酯油;液体石蜡、角鲨烷等液态烃油;进而,作为硅油,可以举出:聚二甲基硅氧烷、甲基苯基聚硅氧烷、甲基氢聚硅氧烷等链状硅氧烷、氨基改性硅氧烷、羧基改性硅氧烷、烷基改性硅氧烷、铵盐改性硅氧烷、氟改性硅氧烷等。
出于提升棒状化妆品在皮肤上涂抹均匀性和在皮肤表面成膜的延展性的观点,液态油脂包括辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯、异十二烷、聚羟基硬脂酸和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯中的至少一种。
出于挥发性或低粘度的液态油脂能赋予棒状化妆品清爽和不粘腻肤感的观点,液态油脂包括异壬酸异壬酯、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷和聚二甲基硅氧烷(10cs、6cs、5cs、2cs、或1.5cs)中的至少一种。
出于降低粘度和辅助粉体均匀分散的观点,液态油脂包括聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和/或聚羟基硬脂酸。
本发明的化妆品中的(A)液态油脂的配合量为10-40wt%:配合量小于10wt%时,引起黏腻、眩光、粉底的起皮;超过40wt%而配合时,平滑的延展丧失,进而容易产生棒的缺损、溃散,另外,涂抹时的娇嫩感丧失,有黏腻。
本发明的化妆品为在内相含有(B)水相组分的油包水型乳化化妆品。
对于现有的油包水型乳化化妆品,水相组分的配合量越多,延展变得越厚重,因此,现有的油包水型乳化化妆品中优选水相组分的配合量设为25wt%以下。然而,本发明的棒状化妆品中,相反地,水相组分的配合量越少,油相组分(包括液态油脂和固态油脂)所导致的覆膜感、油腻感、黏腻越体现,有本发明所特有的湿润感、娇嫩感和清爽感丧失的倾向。因此,本发明的棒状化妆品中,水相组分的配合量至少为10wt%以上;出于提升棒状化妆品的稳定性的观点,水相组分的配合量的上限值设为50wt%以下。水相组分的配合量小于10wt%时,难以得到充分的保湿效果,有容易产生棒的变瘦的情况;超过50wt%而配合时,有黏腻、娇嫩感丧失的情况。
出于赋予棒状化妆品保湿效果的观点,水相组分包括去离子水、螯合剂、稳定剂、清凉剂和保湿剂。通过配合保湿剂,可以提高应用后的皮肤的保湿力。保湿剂还有利于抑制配合的水相组分中的水分的蒸发所导致的棒的“变瘦”。优选的,螯合剂为EDTA二钠,稳定剂为氯化钠、硫酸镁中的至少一种。
作为保湿剂的具体例,可以举出:丙二醇、一缩二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、1,4-丁二醇、二甘醇、三甘醇、聚乙二醇等二醇类;甘油、双甘油、聚甘油等甘油类;山梨糖醇、甘露糖醇、麦芽糖醇、木糖醇、赤藓醇等糖醇类;果糖、葡萄糖、半乳糖、麦芽糖、乳糖、海藻糖等糖类。
基于棒状化妆品的其它组分,保湿剂包括泛醇、甘油、1,3丁二醇、1,2戊二醇、尿囊素、赤藓醇、海藻糖、甜菜碱中的至少一种。
出于提升棒状化妆品的耐寒稳定性的观点,保湿剂包括甘油、1,2戊二醇和赤藓醇中的至少一种。
出于赋予棒状化妆品在涂抹过程提供清凉舒适感的观点,清凉剂包括薄荷醇乳酸酯。
还可根据实际需求,在不损害的棒状化妆品的有益效果情况下向水相组分中添加具有美白、抗衰、保湿、舒缓等有益效果的组分,例如麦角硫因、虾青素、视黄醇、纤连蛋白、甘油葡萄苷、透明质酸钠、各类植物提取物等。
本发明的化妆品含有的水相组分具有大量的水,因此,涂抹时乳化在皮肤上破坏,内相的水溢出,从而可以赋予非常娇嫩且清爽的触感(或冰凉感)。
本发明的化妆品为含有(C)固态油脂的棒状的化妆品,固态油脂能够使上述(A)可流动的液态油脂凝胶化。
本发明中,“能够使可流动的液态油脂凝胶化的固态油脂”是指,将化妆品中配合的液态油脂和固态油脂混合而形成均匀的油凝胶,包含该油凝胶的乳化物的硬度为50-150。所述“硬度”是使用流变仪等公知的测定装置在下述的条件下进行测定时的下述式所示的硬度(γ),硬度(γ)的单位为N/cm2。
γ=(G×L)/(l×a)
式中,G为测定应力(N),L为样品的厚度(mm),l为压缩距离(mm),a为针的截面积(cm2)。
作为满足前述条件的固态油脂,可以举出:聚乙烯、地蜡、合成蜡、微晶蜡、蜂蜡等蜡类或固体烃、或它们的混合物。其中合成蜡大多数熔点较高,乳化时操作不方便,容易凝固,且料体较稠,灌装出来容易有皱褶纹路,涂抹感也比较干、硬;微晶蜡成型效果差,膏体较软,不易涂抹,且黏腻、厚重。因此基于液态油脂的组分,优选的,固态油脂采用聚乙烯、地蜡和蜂蜡的组合,使得棒状化妆品成型效果好、熔点合适、硬度适中、肤感轻薄、不粘腻,并且该组合能使得制备棒状化妆品的料体稠度适中并且料体灌装后外观光滑一致。
本发明的化妆品中的(C)固态油脂的配合量只要为能够使上述液态油脂凝胶化为前述规定的硬度的量即可。优选为10-20wt%,配合量小于10wt%时,有硬度过低而不会保持棒的形状的情况,超过20wt%而配合时,有硬度过高、延展差难以涂抹于皮肤的情况。
本发明的化妆品还含有(D)粉体,作为粉末成分的具体例,可以举出:滑石、高岭土、云母、二氧化硅、沸石等无机粉末;聚酰胺树脂粉末(尼龙粉末)、聚乙烯粉末、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯粉末、聚苯乙烯粉末、苯乙烯与丙烯酸的共聚物树脂粉末、纤维素粉末等有机粉末;二氧化钛、氧化锌等无机白色颜料;氧化铁(印度红)等无机红色系颜料;氧化铁黄、黄土等无机黄色系颜料;氧化铁黑、炭黑等黑色系颜料;氧化铬、氢氧化铬、钛酸钴等无机绿色系颜料;群青、普鲁士蓝等无机蓝色系颜料;氧化钛包覆的云母、着色氧化钛包覆的云母、氯氧化铋、鱼鳞箔等珠光颜料;铝粉、铜粉等金属粉末颜料;红色201号、红色202号、红色204号、红色205号、红色220号、红色226号、红色228号、红色405号、橙色203号、橙色204号、黄色205号、黄色401号、和蓝色404号等有机颜料;红色3号、红色104号、红色106号、红色227号、红色230号、红色401号、红色505号、橙色205号、黄色4号、黄色5号、黄色202号、黄色203号、绿色3号和蓝色1号等锆、钡或铝螯合物等有机颜料;叶绿素、β-胡萝卜素等天然色素。
基于油相组分(包括液态油脂和固态油脂)和水相组分的组合,出于粉体在棒状化妆品中稳定均匀分散的观点,同时期望粉体同时具有如下有益效果:
(1)赋予棒状化妆品有吸引力的外观;
(2)赋予棒状化妆品美妆效果,具体包括遮瑕美化效果和赋予皮肤的凹凸修正效果;
(3)抑制油相组分中的挥发性油分经时地蒸发而导致的棒变细的“变瘦”从而实现优异的形状稳定性;
以及(4)制造工序中成型为棒形状时,通过配合粉体,进行缓慢冷却直至固化时,有效抑制乳化颗粒增大。
因此作为满足前述条件的粉体,包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲硅氧烷交联聚合物、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、二氧化钛、三甲基硅氧基硅酸酯、CI77891、CI77491、CI77492、CI77499、硅石、云母、氧化锡、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种。
出于不同粒径的球形粉体的搭配具有很好的填充、隐匿毛孔、提亮均匀肤色、涂抹更顺滑服帖和妆感通透高级的有益效果的观点,优选的,粉体包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲硅氧烷交联聚合物、硅石、三甲基硅氧基硅酸酯和纳米二氧化钛。
本发明的化妆品中的(D)粉体的配合量通常为5-25wt%,配合量小于5wt%时,有产生乳化稳定性的降低、棒的变瘦、补妆时的凹凸修正效果的降低以及不会充分显色的情况,超过25wt%而配合时,有涂抹时的保湿效果、娇嫩感丧失的情况。
本发明的化妆品还含有(E)表面活性剂。
基于油相组分(包括液态油脂和固态油脂)、粉体和水相组分的组合,表面活性剂包括PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、月桂基PEG-9聚二甲基硅氧乙基聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯中的至少一种。
出于乳化效果更好,乳化颗粒更加均匀细腻的观点,优选的,表面活性剂包括PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷的组合。该组合能很好的包裹水相组分,尤其是水相组分含量为40wt%以上时仍然可以实现很好的包裹。
本发明的化妆品中的(E)表面活性剂的配合量为1-5wt%,配合量小于1wt%时,乳化稳定性降低,可能出现漂色、包裹不完全等情况;超过5wt%而配合时,有黏腻、娇嫩感丧失的情况。
本发明的棒状化妆品在上述必须成分(A)-(E)的基础上,在不有损发明的效果的范围内可以含有棒状化妆品中能够配合的其他任意成分。作为任意成分,例如可以举出:芳香剂、增稠剂、神经酰胺类、维生素类、紫外线吸收剂、螯合剂、杀菌剂、防腐剂、植物提取液、氨基酸、各种药剂、乙醇等低级醇类等。
本发明的化妆品可以按照棒状化妆品一直以来使用的方法来制造。简而言之,将油性成分和水性成分分别根据需要边进行加热边进行混合,在油相中使水相乳化,接着得到乳化物,将所得乳化物填充至容器并缓慢冷却,从而可以制造。
本发明的化妆品具有作为棒状化妆品的充分的硬度。具体而言,其硬度优选为50-150。本发明的棒状化妆品与现有品相比,内相中含有大量的水,是无需取至手上进行涂抹的棒形状,因此,直接涂抹于皮肤时乳化破坏而大量的水溢出,可以提供非常娇嫩的触感。另一方面,由于配合有适当量的油性成分、具有凹凸修正效果的粉体,因此,也适合于已施有彩妆的皮肤的补妆。
作为具体的补妆,可以举出如下的方法。
(1)根据需要,将多余的皮脂和/或汗用吸油纸或面纸按压(或擦去)。
(2)在担心脱妆的部分直接涂抹本发明的棒状化妆品。
(3)根据需要,通过用面纸按压等来使其渗透。
(4)在经渗透的部分重叠粉末状粉底或粉末。
[实施例]
下述实施例中所用的所有原料均为常用化妆品原料,均可购于常规化妆品原料生产销售公司。
实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品和对比例提供的棒状化妆品的具体组分参数见表1。
其中,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品通过以下制备方法制得:
步骤S1、取配方量的A相原料搅拌混合后,经三辊研磨机研磨均匀得到色浆;
步骤S2、取配方量的B相原料投入乳化锅,加热至85-95℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
步骤S3、乳化锅降温至85-90℃,取配方量的C相原料及研磨后的色浆,投入乳化锅,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤S4、取配方量的D相原料投入乳化锅后,搅拌均匀;
步骤S5、取配方量的E相原料,加热到85-90℃,后抽入乳化锅中,均质15-30min,然后恒温在85-90℃并且低速搅拌10-30min,抽真空,降温冷却;
步骤S6、降温至80-85℃,加入F相原料,并补1-5wt%的水分,均质3-5min,搅拌均匀;
步骤S7、将乳化锅中的料体填充至棒状容器后缓慢冷却。

其中,对比例提供的棒状化妆品通过以下制备方法制得:
步骤S1、取配方量的A相原料搅拌混合后,经三辊研磨机研磨均匀得到色浆;
步骤S2、取配方量的B相原料投入搅拌锅,加热至85-95℃,搅拌溶解均匀;
步骤S3、乳搅拌锅降温至85-90℃,取配方量的C相原料及研磨后的色浆,投入搅拌锅,搅拌分散均匀;
步骤S4、降温至60-65℃,加入F相原料,搅拌均匀;
步骤S5、将乳化锅中的料体填充至棒状容器后缓慢冷却。
[理化测试]
对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品和对比例提供的棒状化妆品做理化测试,具体测试及测试结果如表2所示。在外观上,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品偏白粉、雾面,对比例提供的棒状化妆品则是偏黄、光滑亮面;在针入度上也有差异,对比例提供的棒状化妆品硬度最高,实施例1提供的棒状化妆品硬度最低。

[平滑度测试]
对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品、对比例提供的棒状化妆品和市售全油型棒状化妆品做平滑度测试。
测试方法:选择20名女性志愿测试者,年龄20-45岁,分别在脸上涂抹对比例提供的棒状化妆品、市售全油型棒状化妆品和实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品,采用VISIA面部图像分析仪测试,综合取得平滑度数据,数据值越高表示皮肤平滑度越差。
测试结果如表3所示,相对于对比例提供的棒状化妆品、市售全油型棒状化妆品,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品使用后更服帖,使皮肤具更好平滑性,并且遮毛孔效果更好。

[肤色测试]
对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品、对比例提供的棒状化妆品和市售全油型棒状化妆品做肤色测试。
测试方法:选择20名女性志愿测试者,年龄20-45岁,分别在脸上涂抹对比例提供的棒状化妆品、市售全油型棒状化妆品和实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品,采用A-ONE Smart皮肤检测仪检测,综合取得肤色测试数据,数据值越高表示皮肤越亮白。
测试结果如表4所示,相对于对比例提供的棒状化妆品、市售全油型棒状化妆品,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品在使用后使得皮肤具更好的提亮、增白效果,妆效持续时间更长。

[补水测试]
对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品、对比例提供的棒状化妆品和市售全油型棒状化妆品做补水测试。
测试方法:选择20名女性志愿测试者,年龄20-45岁,分别在脸上涂抹实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品、对比例提供的棒状化妆品和市售全油型棒状化妆品,用MPA580弹性测试仪测定使用前后皮肤弹性,是无负压时皮肤的回弹量和有负压时的最大拉伸量之比,比值约接近于1,说明皮补水越好;测定使用前后皮肤水合度,水合度小于50为皮肤较干燥,50-60为干燥,大于60为水分充足。
测试结果如表5所示,相对于对比例提供的棒状化妆品、市售全油型棒状化妆品,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品在使用后有明显的补水保湿效果,具有保湿护肤功效。实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品通过添加甘油、1,2戊二醇、赤藓糖醇等水溶性保湿剂,为皮肤补充水分,达到护肤养肤目的。
需要说明的是,本发明提供的棒状化妆品不仅限于保湿功效,其他美白、舒缓、抗衰、保湿功效成分同样可以替换掉本发明中的保湿剂或者水分,以达到美白或舒缓等其他护肤功效。

[消费者试用评价]
对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品和对比例提供的棒状化妆品做消费者试用评价。
测试方法:选择30名女性志愿测试者,年龄20-45岁,对实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品和对比例提供的棒状化妆品进行产品试用评价。使用问卷方式进行统计,并针对涂抹清爽感、滋润感、顺滑感、清凉感、遮毛孔效果、提亮效果、整体妆效7个维度制得如图1所示的雷达表。
如图1所示,实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品在上述的7个维度均优于对比例提供的棒状化妆品,实施例3提供的棒状化妆品的各个维度综合评价结果最优。
以下,示出本发明的化妆品的非限定性的实施例4-8。实施例4-8提供的棒状化妆品也具有与前述实施例1-3提供的棒状化妆品同样优异的特性。
实施例4:遮瑕棒。
实施例5:腮红棒。
实施例6:高光棒。
实施例7:修容棒。
实施例8:润唇膏。
实施例4-8提供的棒状化妆品的具体组分参数见表6。

以上所述实施例的各技术特征可以进行任意的组合,为使描述简洁,未对上述实施例中的各个技术特征所有可能的组合都进行描述,然而,只要这些技术特征的组合不存在矛盾,都应当认为是本说明书记载的范围。
以上所述实施例仅表达了本发明的几种实施方式,其描述较为具体和详细,但并不能因此而理解为对发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些都属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。
Claims (10)
1.一种棒状化妆品,其特征在于,基于所述棒状化妆品的总质量,所述棒状化妆品含有:
(A)10-40wt%的可流动的液态油脂;
(B)10-50wt%的水相组分;
(C)能够使所述液态油脂凝胶化的固态油脂;
(D)粉体;和
(E)表面活性剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,基于所述棒状化妆品的总质量,所述棒状化妆品含有:
(A)10-40wt%的所述液态油脂;
(B)10-50wt%的所述水相组分;
(C)10-20wt%的所述固态油脂;
(D)5-25wt%的所述粉体;和
(E)1-5wt%的所述表面活性剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述液态油脂包括辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、异壬酸异壬酯、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、甘油三(乙基己酸)酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、氢化聚异丁烯、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯、异十二烷、聚羟基硬脂酸和二异硬脂醇苹果酸酯中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求3所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述液态油脂包括异壬酸异壬酯、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-2三异硬脂酸酯和聚羟基硬脂酸。
5.根据权利要求2所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述水相组分包括去离子水、螯合剂、稳定剂、清凉剂和保湿剂。
6.根据权利要求5所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述螯合剂为EDTA二钠,所述稳定剂为氯化钠、硫酸镁中的至少一种,所述保湿剂包括泛醇、甘油、1,3丁二醇、1,2戊二醇、尿囊素、赤藓醇、海藻糖、甜菜碱中的至少一种,所述清凉剂包括薄荷醇乳酸酯。
7.根据权利要求6所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述保湿剂包括甘油、1,2戊二醇和赤藓醇。
8.根据权利要求2所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述固态油脂包括聚乙烯、地蜡和蜂蜡。
9.根据权利要求2所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述粉体包括聚二甲基硅氧烷/乙烯基聚二甲硅氧烷交联聚合物、甲基丙烯酸甲酯交联聚合物、二氧化钛、三甲基硅氧基硅酸酯、CI77891、CI77491、CI77492、CI77499、硅石、云母、氧化锡、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯中的至少一种。
10.根据权利要求2所述的棒状化妆品,其特征在于,所述表面活性剂包括PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷和鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷。
