Detailed Description
Hereinafter, embodiments will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are not intended to limit the invention of the claims, and combinations of features described in the embodiments are not necessarily essential to the invention. Two or more of the plurality of features described in the embodiments may be arbitrarily combined. The same or similar components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description thereof is omitted.
Fig. 1 is a perspective view showing an external appearance of a cooker 100 in an embodiment, and fig. 2 is an exploded perspective view of the cooker 100. The cooker 100 can be a heating cooker such as an electric pressure cooker, a rice cooker, or the like. The cooker 100 includes: a main body part A for controlling the heating of the inner pot C according to a predetermined heating program; and a lid section B which is detachable from the upper section of the body section A.
The main body part A can include an accommodating part 10 for accommodating the inner pot C, a main body housing L, and a man-machine interface 13. The receiving portion 10 is also called an outer pot, and is formed of metal or the like for transferring heat to the inner pot C. A heating unit (heater), not shown, for heating the inner pot C through the receiving unit 10 is disposed below the receiving unit 10. The heating section may include an induction heating coil for inductively heating the inner pot C accommodated in the accommodating section 10. The main body a may further include a control unit for controlling the heating unit. The housing portion 10 is preferably fixed to the main body case L. The human-computer interaction interface 13 can comprise: an operation unit such as a button or a knob for performing setting relating to cooking; and a display unit for displaying the setting content and the clock. The human-computer interface 13 may further include a notification unit that notifies cooking guidance, setting contents, warnings, and the like by voice.
The cap portion B can include a cap housing K (outer cap), an inner cap 22, a handle 23, and a pressure switching valve 24. The inner lid 22 is a lid that covers the opening of the inner pot C housed in the housing section 10. The inner lid 22 is preferably fixed to the lid housing K, and may be configured to be detachable. The handle 23 is a portion to be gripped by a user for opening and closing the lid B. The pressure switching valve 24 is a valve for switching the pressure mode in the inner pot C during cooking. A gasket P for sealing between the inner lid 22 and (the opening peripheral edge portion of) the inner pot C is detachably attached to the inner lid 22. The structure for mounting of the gasket P is discussed later. In the present embodiment, the main body case L and the lid case K have a cylindrical shape and a disk shape in a plan view, but the present invention is not limited thereto. For example, the body case L and the cover case K may have a quadrangular prism shape.
The cooker 100 includes a locking mechanism D for locking the inner lid 22 and the housing portion 10 so as to close the lid portion B with respect to the body portion a. The locking mechanism D causes the lid portion B (inner lid 22) and the body portion a (receiving portion 10) to relatively rotate in a direction parallel to the overlapping surface thereof in a state where the lid portion B and the body portion a overlap each other, and locks the inner lid 22 and the receiving portion 10 in a state where the space between the inner lid 22 and the inner pot C is sealed by the gasket P. A specific example of the structure of the locking mechanism D is described below.
The receiving portion 10 of the main body portion A has a flange 12 protruding outward from the outer periphery of the upper opening through which the inner pot C is inserted and removed. The housing portion 10 is held by the main body case L in a state where the flange 12 is suspended from the upper end 11 of the main body case L. On the other hand, a hook 25 (engaging portion) that engages with the flange 12 is formed on the outer periphery of the inner cover 22. Notches 12a serving as passage portions for the hooks 25 are formed at the flange 12 at regular angular intervals. The hooks 25 are formed at angular intervals corresponding to the notches 12a. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the cover B as viewed from below. Here, the inner lid 22 is joined to the lower surface of the lid housing K in advance. From fig. 3, it can be seen that hooks 25 protruding inward from the inner periphery of the inner lid 22 are formed at equal angular intervals. The locking mechanism D may include the flange 12 and the notch 12a formed in the housing portion 10 and the hook 25 formed in the inner lid 22.
To close the lid portion B with respect to the body portion a, first, the lid portion B (inner lid 22) is placed on the body portion a (receiving portion 10) at a predetermined position where the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a from the top down. Thereby, the lid portion B (inner lid 22) and the body portion a (housing portion 10) are overlapped. Note that the main body a and the lid B may be marked with respective symbols so that a predetermined position at which the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a in the vertical direction is visible to the user. In this state, the user operates the handle 23 to rotate the lid B by a predetermined angle (for example, 15 °) in a direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the main body a (hereinafter, also referred to as a circumferential direction). Then, the flange 12 is fitted into the hook 25, and the closing operation of the body a and the lid B is completed. Fig. 1 shows a state in which the lid B is thus closed. Further, a stopper for restricting rotation by a predetermined angle or more may be provided so that rotation can be completed at a position where the flange 12 and the hook 25 are reliably engaged.
As described above, the liner P for sealing between the inner lid 22 and (the opening peripheral edge portion of) the inner pot C is detachably attached to the inner lid 22. A structure for mounting the pad P is explained with reference to fig. 3 and 4. Fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the lid B as viewed from below, and the inner lid 22 is joined to the lower surface of the lid housing K. The gasket P is an annular cap gasket that follows the inner peripheral shape of the inner cap 22. The material of the gasket P may be silicone rubber, fluorine rubber, chloroprene rubber, or the like. The pad holder H for holding the pad P includes a metal ring member 31 having a shape adapted to the shape of the pad P, and the ring member 31 is provided with, for example, 3 portions with the engaging members 30. The pad holder H is concentrically engaged with the lower surface of the inner lid 22 by the engaging member 30. Fig. 4 shows a state where the gasket holder H is joined to the inner lid 22 with the joining member 30.
A groove 32 is formed in the inner peripheral portion of the pad P. The gasket P is attached to the inner lid 22 by fitting the ring member 31 of the gasket holder H into the groove 32 of the gasket P over the entire circumference. The closing operation of the lid B can be performed in a state where the inner pot C is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10 and the packing P is attached to the inner lid 22.
The user can easily perform the mounting and dismounting of the pad P. The user can remove the pad P and clean the pad P alone. When cooking, the user attaches the liner P to the inner lid 22 and accommodates the inner pot C in the accommodating portion 10. Here, when the user directly starts cooking without mounting the packing P to the inner lid 22, the inner lid 22 and the inner pot C are not in a sealed state, and thus the inside of the inner pot C cannot be pressurized, and thus the cooking cannot be normally performed. Even if cooking is started directly, the steam or moisture of the cooking material boiled in the inner pot C may overflow from between the inner pot C and the inner lid 22. In this case, there is also a possibility that the overflowing moisture enters the inside of the main body to cause malfunction of the cooker 100. In addition, if the user forgets to store the inner pot C in the storage part 10, the user cannot cook the food at all. If cooking is started directly, electric power is supplied to the heating unit without the inner pot C, and a so-called dry-burning state is achieved, so that the cooker 100 may malfunction.
From the above, it is necessary to reliably prevent the cooking from being started directly after forgetting to attach the packing P to the inner lid 22 or to store the inner pot C in the storage section 10.
Therefore, the cooker 100 in the present embodiment includes the blocking mechanism E that blocks the engagement between the inner lid 22 and the receiving portion 10 by the engaging mechanism D by restricting the rotation of the lid portion B for closing the lid portion B (inner lid 22) when the inner pot C is not received in the receiving portion 10 or when the packing P is not attached to the inner lid 22 (state 1). The prevention mechanism E will be described with reference to fig. 4 to 6.
Fig. 5 shows an enlarged view of the upper end 11 of the main body housing L from which the flange 12 of the housing portion 10 is suspended. As shown in fig. 5, a lock hole 52 having a downwardly recessed shape is formed in the upper end portion 11 of the main body housing L. The lock hole 52 is defined by a peripheral wall 52a extending in a direction intersecting the circumferential direction of the main body housing L. The locking hole 52 may be a step, a groove, or a recess defined by the peripheral wall 52 a.
Fig. 4 shows the lid B in which the gasket holder H is engaged with the inner lid 22. Here, however, the pad P is removed. In fig. 4, a lock pin hole 60 is formed in the lower end portion of the cover case K (the portion overlapping the upper end portion 11 of the main body case L when the cover B is closed). The blocking mechanism E can include a locking pin 61 that can be passed through the locking pin hole 60 and moved. The preventing mechanism E has a driving mechanism F that moves the lock pin 61. In at least one state (state 1) of a state where the inner pot C is not accommodated in the accommodating portion 10 and a state where the packing P is not attached to the inner lid 22, the driving mechanism F moves the lock pin 61 so that the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 engages with the lock hole 52, thereby restricting the rotational operation of the lid portion B. In addition, in a state (state 2) in which the inner pot C is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10 and the packing P is attached to the inner lid 22, the drive mechanism F moves the lock pin 61 so that the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 is disengaged from the lock hole 52, thereby releasing the restriction of the rotational operation of the lid portion B. Details of the drive mechanism F are discussed subsequently with reference to fig. 6.
In the state where the packing P is removed as shown in fig. 4, the lock pin 61 protrudes from the lower end portion of the cover case K by the driving mechanism F. In this state, in order to close the cover portion B with respect to the body portion a, when the cover portion B is placed on the body portion a at a predetermined position where the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a from the top down, the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 enters the lock hole 52 formed in the upper end portion 11 of the body housing L. Therefore, even if the user attempts to rotate the lid portion B in a direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the main body portion a, the locking pin 61 abuts against the peripheral wall 52a of the locking hole 52, and therefore the lid portion B cannot be rotated.
On the other hand, when the gasket P is attached to the inner lid 22 by the gasket holder H and the inner pot C is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10, the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 is moved so as to be disengaged from the lock hole 52 by the driving mechanism F, and the lock pin 61 passes through the lock pin hole 60 and is sunk into the lid housing K. This releases the restriction of the rotation of the lid B in the direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the body a, thereby enabling the closing operation of the lid B.
Fig. 6 shows a detailed configuration example of the driving mechanism F. In fig. 6, a lock pin 61 is disposed in the cover case K and is movable through a lock pin hole 60 formed in a lower end portion of the cover case K. As shown in fig. 4, a pin hole 40 is formed in a portion of the inner lid 22 that can overlap with the gasket P attached to the inner lid 22 in a plan view. The driving mechanism F may further include an abutment pin 62, and the abutment pin 62 may be movable through the pin hole 40 to abut against the packing P attached to the inner lid 22. In the state where the pad P is not attached as in fig. 4, the abutment pin 62 protrudes from the pin hole 40.
As shown in fig. 6, the driving mechanism F further includes a coupling member 63 that couples the abutment pin 62 and the lock pin 61. The connecting member 63 allows the contact pin 62 to be interlocked with the lock pin 61. The drive mechanism F further includes a coil spring S as an urging member for urging the lock pin 61 in a direction in which the lock pin 61 protrudes from the lock pin hole 60. A rod 66 is provided on an upper portion of the inner wall 64 of the cover case K, the rod 66 is inserted through a clearance fit hole (not shown) formed in the coupling member 63 and connected to a lower surface of a top plate of the cover case K, and the coil spring S is disposed so as to surround the rod 66. The lever 66 functions as a guide member that guides the movement of the coupling member 63 in the direction parallel to the axis of the lock pin 61. Further, a restricting member 67 for restricting the movement of the lock pin 61 in the lateral direction may be provided inside the cover case K.
Fig. 6 (a) shows the following state: in a state (state 2) where the inner pot C is accommodated in the accommodating portion 10 and the packing P is attached to the inner lid 22, the lid portion B is placed on the body portion a at a predetermined position where the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a from the top down in order to close the lid portion B with respect to the body portion a. In this case, the liner P pushed up by the inner pot C abuts against the abutment pin 62, and pushes up the abutment pin 62 against the biasing force of the coil spring S. The lock pin 61 is interlocked with the abutment pin 62 via the coupling member 63, and the distal end portion of the lock pin 61 is disengaged from the lock hole 52. This is a state in which the restriction of the rotation of the lid B in the direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the main body a is released, and the closing operation of the lid B can be performed.
Fig. 6 (b) shows the following state: in a state where the liner P is attached to the inner lid 22 but the inner pot C is not accommodated in the accommodating portion 10, the lid portion B is placed on the body portion a at a predetermined position where the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a from the top to the bottom in order to close the lid portion B with respect to the body portion a. In this case, since there is no inner pot C, the gasket P cannot push up the abutment pin 62, and the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 is held in engagement with the lock hole 52 by the biasing force of the coil spring S. This is a state in which the rotation of the lid portion B in the direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the main body portion a is restricted, and the closing operation of the lid portion B is prevented. As described above, when the packing P is attached to the inner lid 22, the contact pin 62 contacts the packing P, but the lock pin 61 does not move so that the distal end portion of the lock pin 61 is disengaged from the lock hole 52 against the biasing force of the coil spring S as long as the inner pot C is not accommodated in the accommodating portion 10.
Fig. 6 (c) shows the following state: in a state where the gasket P is not attached to the inner lid 22, the lid portion B is placed on the body portion a at a predetermined position where the hook 25 can pass through the notch 12a from the top down in order to close the lid portion B with respect to the body portion a. In this case, since the packing P is not attached to the inner lid 22, the inner pot C does not touch the contact pin 62 even if the inner pot C is accommodated in the accommodation portion 10. Therefore, the contact pin 62 is not pushed up, and the tip end portion of the lock pin 61 is held in engagement with the lock hole 52 by the biasing force of the coil spring S. Therefore, this state is a state in which the rotation of the lid portion B in the direction parallel to the overlapping surface with the main body portion a is restricted, and the closing operation of the lid portion B is prevented.
According to the embodiment described above, it is possible to reliably prevent cooking from being started without attaching detachable components (the liner P and the inner pot C).
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications and changes can be made within the scope of the present invention.
