The second supporting assembly and the first supporting assembly are arranged in parallel on the upper surface of the clamp bottom plate 31, the second supporting assembly includes a second fixed supporting plate 34 and a second movable supporting mechanism 35, the second fixed supporting plate 34 is fixedly arranged on the sliding table of the first linear guide 37, the second movable supporting mechanism 35 includes a second movable plate 351 and a second supporting cylinder 352, the cylinder body of the second supporting cylinder 352 is fixedly arranged on one side of the second fixed supporting plate 34 far away from the first supporting assembly, the piston rod of the second supporting cylinder 352 is fixedly connected with the second movable plate 351, at least one guide rail, preferably two guide rails, is vertically and fixedly arranged on one side of the second fixed supporting plate 34 far away from the first supporting assembly, the second supporting cylinder 352 can push the second movable plate 351 to do telescopic movement on the guide rails along the vertical direction, when the second movable plate 351 is pushed by the second supporting cylinder 352 to move to the uppermost side, the second movable plate 351 is higher than the second fixed supporting plate 34, and the height difference is the thickness of the PCB circuit board.
The pressing mechanism 38 is arranged between the first supporting assembly and the second supporting assembly, the pressing mechanism 38 comprises a pressing fixing plate 381 and a pressing air cylinder 382, the pressing fixing plate 381 is detachably and fixedly connected with the clamp bottom plate 31, the position of the pressing fixing plate 381 can be adjusted along the first linear guide rail 37, the cylinder body of the pressing air cylinder 382 is fixedly connected with the pressing fixing plate 381, the piston rod of the pressing air cylinder 382 is fixedly connected with the second supporting assembly, and the pressing mechanism 38 is used for driving the second supporting assembly to slide on the first linear guide rail 37.
When the tape is required to be attached to the PCB, the position of the pressing fixing plate 381 on the bottom plate 31 of the fixture is adjusted so that the distance between the first supporting component and the second supporting component is slightly larger than the dimension of the PCB in the clamping direction, the first movable plate 331 is pushed by the first supporting cylinder 332 to be higher than the first fixed supporting plate 32 by the height difference of the thickness of the PCB circuit, the PCB circuit is placed on the first fixed supporting plate 32 and the second fixed supporting plate 34, the second movable plate 351 is pushed by the second supporting cylinder 352 to be higher than the second fixed supporting plate 34 by the height difference of the thickness of the PCB circuit, then the pressing cylinder 382 works to drive the second supporting component to move towards the first supporting component, the PCB circuit is clamped by the first movable plate 331 and the second movable plate 351, and the first movable plate 331, the second movable plate 351 and the PCB circuit are at the same height.
Because the position of compressing tightly fixed plate 381 can be adjusted along the direction of first linear guide rail 37, the slip table fixed connection of second supporting component and first linear guide rail 37, the position can be moved on first linear guide rail 37 to the second supporting component, and the user can adjust the distance between first supporting component and the second supporting component according to the needs of PCB circuit board size, consequently can use with the rubberizing area of the PCB circuit board of equidimension not.
In an embodiment, the PCB tape attaching jig 3 further includes an adjusting mechanism 36, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the adjusting mechanism 36 includes an adjusting block 361 and an adjusting cylinder 362, a cylinder body of the adjusting cylinder 362 is fixedly connected to one end of the outer side of the first fixed supporting plate 32, a piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 362 is fixedly connected to the adjusting block 361, and the adjusting cylinder 362 is used for driving the adjusting block 361 to move in a telescopic manner towards the first supporting assembly.
The adjusting mechanism 36 is used for adjusting the PCB, before the PCB is placed, the adjusting cylinder 362 pushes the adjusting block 361 to extend outwards, after the PCB is placed on the PCB tape attaching clamp 3, the adjusting cylinder 362 contracts, and the adjusting block 361 retracts inwards and pushes the PCB to a preset position, so as to ensure the accuracy of the position of attaching the tape.
Preferably, the adjusting mechanism 36 further includes an adjusting guide rail (not shown) and a guide block 363, the adjusting guide rail is disposed on the cylinder body of the adjusting cylinder 362 or the first fixed supporting plate 32, the guide block 363 is slidably assembled on the adjusting guide rail, and the piston rod of the adjusting cylinder 362 is fixedly connected to the adjusting block 361 through the guide block 363. The adjusting guide rail has a guiding effect on the guide block 363, and the guide block 363 and the adjusting block 361 are prevented from shaking in the movement process of the adjusting cylinder 362, so that the positioning accuracy is influenced.
In an embodiment, a first fixing plate supporting block 321 is fixedly disposed on an upper end surface of the first fixing supporting plate 32, a second fixing plate supporting block 341 is fixedly disposed on an upper end surface of the second fixing supporting plate 34, and the first fixing plate supporting block 321 and the second fixing plate supporting block 341 are made of a flexible material, preferably, TPU, TPE and silicone material, and the flexible material has a protection effect on the PCB.
Preferably, the upper end surface of the first movable plate 331 is fixedly provided with a first movable plate support block 3311, the upper end surface of the second movable plate 351 is fixedly provided with a second movable plate support block 3511, the first movable plate support block 3311 and the second movable plate support block 3511 are made of flexible materials, the flexible materials are preferably TPU, TPE and silica gel materials, and the flexible materials have a protection effect on the PCB.
In an embodiment, referring to fig. 6, the circuit board taking mechanism 2 is configured to take a PCB from a material waiting station and place the PCB on the PCB tape attaching clamp 3, the circuit board taking mechanism 2 is fixedly disposed at an upper end of a first support 26, the circuit board taking mechanism 2 includes a second linear module 21, a fixing support 22, a circuit board taking cylinder 23, a suction cup fixing support 24 and a first suction cup 25, one end of the first linear module 4 is provided with the first support 26, the second linear module 21 is fixedly disposed at an upper end of the first support 26, the second linear module 21 is horizontally disposed and vertically disposed with the first linear module 4, the fixing support 22 is fixedly disposed on a sliding table of the second linear module 21, a cylinder body of the circuit board taking cylinder 23 is fixedly disposed on the fixing support 22, a piston rod of the circuit board taking cylinder 23 is vertically downward and fixedly connected with the suction cup fixing support 24, the circuit board taking cylinder 23 can push the suction cup fixing support 24 to move downward in a telescopic manner, at least one first suction cup 25 is disposed below the suction cup fixing support 24, the first suction cup 25 is configured to absorb and transport the PCB, and the first suction cup 25 may be a vacuum suction cup or another suction cup.
The sucker fixing frame 24 comprises various structures, preferably, the sucker fixing frame 24 comprises a first fixing block and at least one second fixing block, the first fixing block is fixedly connected with a piston rod of the circuit board taking cylinder 23, the second fixing block is perpendicular to the first fixing block and is arranged at intervals, at least one first sucker 25 is arranged on each second fixing block, the second fixing blocks are preferably two and are arranged at two ends of the first fixing block, two first suckers 25 are arranged on each second fixing block, and the two first suckers 25 are arranged at two ends of the second fixing block.
The second linear module 21 drives the circuit board taking mechanism 2 to move right above the material waiting station, the circuit board taking cylinder 23 extends downwards, the sucker fixing frame 24 moves downwards, the first sucker 25 is in contact with the PCB, the vacuumizing device extracts air in the first sucker 25, the first sucker 25 adsorbs the PCB, the circuit board taking cylinder 23 retracts upwards, the second linear module 21 drives the circuit board taking mechanism 2 to move right above the PCB laminating adhesive tape clamp 3, the circuit board taking cylinder 23 extends downwards, the PCB is placed on the first fixed supporting plate 32 and the second fixed supporting plate 34, the vacuumizing device inputs air into the vacuum sucker 25, the adsorption force is relieved, and the circuit board taking cylinder 23 retracts upwards and resets.
Through setting up circuit board mechanism 2, realize automatic circuit board of getting, improved degree of automation.
In an embodiment, as shown in fig. 7, the circuit board taking mechanism 2 further includes a material waiting mechanism 1, the material waiting mechanism 1 is disposed on one side of the first linear module 4, the material waiting mechanism 1 includes a material waiting fixing plate 11, a material waiting placing plate 12, a material waiting guide rod fixing plate 13, a material waiting guide rod 16, a material waiting screw 15, and a material waiting driving motor 14, the material waiting fixing plate 11 is fixedly connected to the supporting platform 9, the material waiting placing plate 12 is disposed above the material waiting fixing plate 11 for placing a PCB to be taken, the material waiting guide rod fixing plate 13 is disposed below the material waiting fixing plate 11, at least one material waiting guide rod 16 is disposed, one end of the material waiting guide rod 16 is fixedly connected to the material waiting placing plate 12, the material waiting guide rod 16 passes through a guide hole in the material waiting fixing plate 11 to be fixedly connected to the material waiting guide rod fixing plate 13, the material waiting guide rod 16 can slide up and down in a guide hole in the material waiting fixing plate 11, one end of the material waiting screw 15 is screwed to the material waiting fixing plate 11 and passes through the material waiting fixing plate 11 to be placed to be abutted to the material waiting guide rod fixing plate 12, the other end of the material waiting guide rod 15 passes through a guide hole in the guide rod 13, the belt driving screw 15 can slide up and down, the belt driving motor can also pass through the belt driving motor 14, and drive the belt driving screw 15, and drive the belt driving motor can rotate the waiting screw 15, and drive the waiting screw 14, and drive motor can be used for driving motor to drive the waiting to rotate.
Preferably, two reference plates are vertically arranged on the material waiting fixing plate 11, the two reference plates are perpendicular to each other, the two reference plates are used for positioning the placed PCB, and after two adjacent edges of the PCB are respectively abutted to the two reference plates, the PCB is placed at a preset position. Further, the tape sticking device still includes tape sticking mechanism 5, tape sticking mechanism 5 includes second support 92, tape sticking straight line module 51 and tape sticking machine, second support 92 sets up perpendicularly on stationary plane 91, tape sticking straight line module 51 sets up the top at second support 92, tape sticking straight line module 51 is located first straight line module 4's top and with second straight line module 21 parallel arrangement, the tape sticking machine is fixed to be set up on the slip table of tape sticking straight line module 51, tape sticking machine is used for the tape sticking to PCB circuit board.
The tape attaching mechanism 5 is not known in the art and will not be described in detail.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 8 to 11, the taping device includes a taping straight module 61 and a PCB board taping jig.
The edge covering device comprises an edge covering linear module and a PCB (printed circuit board) edge covering clamp, the edge covering linear module is fixedly arranged at the top of the second support far away from one side of the first support, the second support 92 is provided with two support columns and is positioned at two sides of the first linear module 4, and the PCB edge covering clamp is fixedly arranged on a sliding table of the edge covering linear module;
the PCB edge covering fixture is fixedly arranged on a sliding table of the edge covering linear module 61 through an edge covering fixing frame 62, the PCB edge covering fixture comprises an edge covering assembly 6 and a pressing plate mechanism 7, and the pressing plate mechanism 7 comprises a left pressing plate mechanism 72 and a right pressing plate mechanism 71.
The edge covering assembly 6 comprises an edge covering fixing frame 62, an edge covering movable frame 63, a first edge covering cylinder 64 and an edge covering mechanism 65, the edge covering movable frame 63 comprises an upper fixing plate 631 and a lower fixing plate 632, the edge covering mechanism 65 is arranged below the edge covering fixing frame 62, a piston rod of the first edge covering cylinder 64 is fixedly connected to the edge covering fixing frame 62, a cylinder body of the first edge covering cylinder 64 is fixedly connected to the upper fixing plate 631, a guide bar is arranged on the upper fixing plate 631, the guide bar vertically penetrates through a guide hole in the edge covering fixing frame 62 and is fixedly connected with the lower fixing plate 632, the edge covering mechanism 65 is fixedly connected with the lower fixing plate 632, the piston rod of the first edge covering cylinder 64 can stretch out and draw back to push the upper fixing plate 631 and the lower fixing plate 632 to move up and down, and the lower fixing plate 632 drives the edge covering mechanism 65 to move up and down.
Of course, the cylinder body of the first hemming cylinder 64 may be fixedly connected to the upper surface of the hemming fixture 62, the piston rod of the first hemming cylinder 64 may pass through the through hole of the hemming fixture 62 to be fixedly connected to the hemming mechanism 65 or fixedly connected to the hemming movable frame 63, and the hemming movable frame 63 may be a fixed plate.
Referring to fig. 12 to 18, hemming mechanism 65 includes a left hemming mechanism 651 and a right hemming mechanism 652.
The left edge covering mechanism 651 comprises:

Right hemming mechanism 652 includes:

The number of the edge covering movable frames 63 can be two, namely a right edge covering movable frame and a left edge covering movable frame, the number of the first edge covering cylinders 64 can be two, one of the two edge covering mechanisms controls a right edge covering mechanism 652 on the right edge covering movable frame independently, the right edge covering mechanism 652 is matched with the right pressing plate mechanism 71 for use, the other one of the two edge covering mechanisms controls a left edge covering mechanism 651 on the left edge covering movable frame independently, the left edge covering mechanism 651 is matched with the left pressing plate mechanism 72 for use, and therefore the arrangement improves the working flexibility of the left edge covering mechanism and the right edge covering mechanism.
The operation of hemming will be described in detail below by taking right hemming mechanism 652 and right platen mechanism 71 as examples.
When the position of a golden finger of a PCB circuit board needs to be covered, the PCB with the adhesive tape adhered to the upper surface of the golden finger is placed on a right lower pressing block 712 of a right pressing plate mechanism 71, one side with the golden finger faces a right covering assembly 6, a first right covering air cylinder drives a right covering mechanism 652 to move downwards, after a right upper pressing plate 6523 in the right covering mechanism 652 is abutted to the upper surface of the PCB and presses the PCB, the golden finger and the adhesive tape on the golden finger are all arranged outside the right upper pressing plate and the right lower pressing block 712, a third right covering air cylinder 6525 drives the right pressing adhesive tape mechanism to approach towards the direction of the right upper pressing plate 6523, after the outermost edge of the right pressing adhesive tape wheel 6527 is overlapped with the side of the PCB, the third right covering air cylinder 6525 stops moving, a second right covering air cylinder 6522 drives the right covering air cylinder 652 to move downwards, the adhesive tape adhered to the golden finger to be turned downwards along the edge, when the outermost edge of the right pressing adhesive tape wheel 6527 is slightly higher than the lower surface of the PCB or equal to the lower surface of the PCB, the second right covering air cylinder 6522 stops moving downwards, the third adhesive tape mechanism 652 turns over the adhesive tape downwards, the adhesive tape is turned towards the lower surface of the right pressing adhesive tape 6523, and the golden finger is continuously turned to adhere the lower surface of the golden finger, and the golden finger is protected by the right upper pressing adhesive tape pressing plate 6523, and the golden finger is all the golden finger is adhered to the right pressing mechanism. According to the invention, the edge pressing position of the edge of the PCB is not required to be used for fixing and edge covering, the middle position of the PCB is fixed by the upper right pressing plate block 6523 and the lower right pressing block 712, the edge position of the PCB is exposed, the interference with a pressing block in the edge covering process is avoided, and the edge covering of any position of the edge of the PCB is realized through the cooperation of the three right edge covering cylinders and the right pressing plate mechanism 71.
In an embodiment, the golden finger edge covering device for the PCB circuit board further comprises a first linear module 4 and a PCB circuit board adhesive tape clamp 3, wherein the first linear module 4 is fixedly arranged on the fixing surface 91 and is located at an intermediate position between the right pressing plate mechanism 71 and the left pressing plate mechanism 72, and the PCB circuit board adhesive tape clamp 3 is fixedly arranged on a sliding table of the first linear module 4. The bottom of the right upper pressure plate block 6523 or the bottom of the left upper pressure plate block 6513 is provided with a plurality of pressure plate columns 6529 and a plurality of second suction cups 6528, the pressure plate columns 6529 and the second suction cups 6528 may be arranged at intervals, the second suction cups 6528 may be arranged at both ends of the right upper pressure plate block 6523, the pressure plate columns 6529 are arranged in the middle of the second suction cups 6528, the pressure plate columns 6529 may be arranged at both ends of the right upper pressure plate block 6523, and the second suction cups 6528 are arranged in the middle of the pressure plate columns 6529.
When the PCB pasted with the adhesive tape is conveyed to a preset position by the PCB pasting adhesive tape clamp 3, the edge covering linear module 61 drives the right edge covering mechanism 652 to move to the upper side of the PCB, the first edge covering cylinder 64 and the second right edge covering cylinder 6522 both extend downwards, the second suction cup 6528 adsorbs the corresponding position of the PCB, the first edge covering cylinder 64 and the second right edge covering cylinder 6522 are linked to place the PCB on the right lower pressing block 712 of the right pressing plate mechanism 71, and meanwhile, the upper right pressing plate 6523 and the right lower pressing block 712 tightly press the PCB to prevent the position of the PCB from moving during edge covering.
Preferably, if be equipped with right lower briquetting 7121 on the right lower briquetting 712, be equipped with left lower briquetting 7221 on the left lower briquetting 722, right lower briquetting 7121 and left lower briquetting 7221 are made for flexible material, if do not have right lower briquetting 7121 and left lower briquetting 7221, go up the briquetting and make by flexible material with the at least opposite face of lower briquetting, go up the briquetting and can all have flexible material to make with lower briquetting, flexible material can be TPU, TPE or silica gel, flexible material has the guard action to the PCB circuit board.
Preferably, the pinch roller is made of a flexible material. The flexible material may be TPU, TPE or silicone. The flexible material has the protective effect to the PCB circuit board when the rubber belt pressing wheel rolls.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 14, a distance adjusting mechanism 654 is disposed on the left edge-covering mechanism 651, the left edge-covering mechanism 651 is fixedly connected to the lower fixing plate 632 through the distance adjusting mechanism 654, the distance adjusting mechanism 654 includes an adjusting guide 6541 and an adjusting plate 6542, the adjusting guide 6541 is fixedly disposed below the lower fixing plate 632, the adjusting plate 6542 is fixedly connected to a sliding table of the adjusting guide 6541, the distance between two sets of PCB edge-covering jigs is adjusted by adjusting the position of the adjusting plate 6542 on the lower fixing plate 632, when the distance adjustment is completed, the adjusting plate 6542 is fixed to prevent the adjusting plate 6542 from moving, and when the adjusting plate 6542 needs to be adjusted again, the adjusting plate 6542 is loosened to adjust again.
The distance between the two sets of PCB circuit board edge covering clamps is adjusted, so that the PCB circuit board edge covering device is suitable for PCB circuit boards with different sizes, and the working range of the PCB circuit board golden finger edge covering device is expanded.
Distance adjustment mechanism 654 may also be provided on right taping mechanism 652 in a similar configuration.
