本发明公开了核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,包括探测器,安装架,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。所述探测器的数据线和电源线均穿过镀锌管连接至控制箱中,镀锌钢管固定在侧墙体上,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。本发明的有益效果在于:通过平面式探测将连廊各个面围绕保护,实现对连廊全范围的有效防护,满足标准要求,同时通过可调角度的安装架调节探测器的探测角度,可根据需求划分探测范围,减少噪扰报警,以提高周界入侵探测系统的探测有效性、保证系统可靠、稳定要求,设备安装简单,方便维护,造价低。

技术领域
本发明属于一种探测装置,具体涉及核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统。
背景技术
最新的核安全导则《核设施实物保护》(HAD501/022018)中关于入侵报警系统的要求:保护区和要害区内跨越周界且无人值守的通道、出入口,以及屏障下方人员可通行(通径大于50cm)的水渠、涵洞或管沟,都应安装入侵探测装置,以保证保护区和要害区内跨越周界有非法侵入时,及时、可靠、全范围的发现异常情况,现有大多核电保护区周界入侵探测设备多采用单线式探测手段,对于核电保护重点区域周界非法入侵做不到全面监测,且一旦入侵探测装置安装完成后,无法调节其角度、方位,导致核电保护区周界盲点固定,若非法入侵者掌握了固定盲点位置,规避掉核电保护区周界盲点后,核电保护区周界入侵报警系统就形同虚设。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,通过平面式探测将连廊各个面围绕保护,实现对连廊全范围的有效防护,满足标准要求,同时通过可调角度的安装架调节探测器的探测角度,可根据需求划分探测范围。
本发明的技术方案如下:核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,包括探测器,安装架,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。
所述探测器的数据线和电源线均穿过镀锌管连接至控制箱中,,镀锌钢管固定在侧墙体上,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。
所述的探测器为光能探测器SLD6000。
所述的安装架包括固定板,固定板的一端安装有调节耳板,调节耳板和安装调节板铰接,固定板上开设有限位槽,限位槽长度方向上开设有多个限位卡槽,连杆一端铰接在一个限位卡槽内,连杆另一端铰接在安装调节板上,固定板的侧壁上设置有多个固定耳板,通过固定耳板与侧墙体固定连接。
所述的固定板上开有上通孔和下通孔。
所述的固定板和安装调节板的角度调节范围为0°至90°。
所述的将探测器安装在安装架的安装调节板上。
所述的连杆在不同的限位卡槽中,实现固定板和安装调节板的不同角度的调节。
本发明的有益效果在于:通过平面式探测将连廊各个面围绕保护,实现对连廊全范围的有效防护,满足标准要求,同时通过可调角度的安装架调节探测器的探测角度,可根据需求划分探测范围,减少噪扰报警,以提高周界入侵探测系统的探测有效性、保证系统可靠、稳定要求,设备安装简单,方便维护,造价低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及具体实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统包括探测器1,安装架6,多个探测器1通过安装架6安装在侧墙体5上。
如图2所示,探测器1通过探测器数据线2与探测器电源线3连接,探测器电源线3和数据线穿过镀锌钢管4连接至控制箱中,镀锌钢管4固定在侧墙体5上,探测器1通过安装架6安装在侧墙体5上。所述的探测器1为光能探测器SLD6000。如图1所示,探测器1可安装在侧墙体的中间,侧墙体的顶部或上墙体的顶部等位置。
如图3和4所示,安装架6包括固定板61,固定板61的一端安装有调节耳板62,调节耳板62和安装调节板63铰接,实现固定板61和安装调节板63的角度可调,固定板61上开设有限位槽65,限位槽65长度方向上开设有多个限位卡槽66,连杆64一端铰接在一个限位卡槽66内,连杆64另一端铰接在安装调节板63上,连杆64在不同的限位卡槽66中,实现固定板61和安装调节板63的不同角度的调节,固定板61的侧壁上设置有多个固定耳板69,通过固定耳板69与侧墙固定连接;当探测器没有可依附的侧墙时,可通过立杆安装探测器,固定板61上还开有上通孔67和下通孔68,通过抱箍穿过上通孔67和下通孔68,实现上下两个抱箍将安装架安装在立杆上。
固定板61和安装调节板63的角度调节范围为0°至90°。
在安装探测器的侧墙上安装角度范围可调的安装架,将探测器安装在安装架的安装调节板63上。
连廊为立方体结构的连廊,沿连廊的六个平面安装探测器,同时安装视频复核摄像机。具体方案如下:在立方体结构的连廊六个平面上支设安装架,在安装架上设置光能探测器SLD6000,上下两面水平安装,左右两面垂直安装,前后两面垂直安装,在立方体结构的连廊的六面形成平面式探测区域,当发生非法入侵时,联动视频监控摄像机进行实时复核;同时,沿连廊通道四周安装栅栏,以起到物防延时的作用。
核电保护区连廊周界入侵报警系统包括在核电保护区连廊周侧平面上安装多个可平面式探测信号的探测器,将核电保护区连廊全方位围绕,同时在核电保护区连廊内壁上安装视频复核摄像机,将核电保护区连廊内视频数据实时上传至监控室,视频复核摄像机和多个探测器(1)的信号均与PLC模块连接,PLC模块通过有线通信模块或无线通信模块将视频复核摄像机和多个探测器(1)采集的信号传输至监控室的控制计算机上,控制计算机上连接有报警器和显示器,当有非法入侵进入核电保护区连廊内时,报警器声光报警提示工作人员,同时显示器显示当前核电保护区连廊内视频图像画面,直观可靠。
在安装探测器的侧墙上安装镀锌钢管,探测器采用光能探测器SLD6000,光能探测器SLD6000的数据线和电源线均穿过镀锌钢管连接至控制箱的PLC模块中。

1.核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,其特征在于:包括探测器,安装架,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,其特征在于:所述探测器的数据线和电源线均穿过镀锌管连接至控制箱中,镀锌钢管固定在侧墙体上,探测器通过安装架安装在侧墙体上。
3.如权利要求1所述的核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,其特征在于:所述的探测器为光能探测器SLD6000。
4.如权利要求1所述的核电厂保护区连廊周界入侵报警探测系统,其特征在于:所述的安装架包括固定板,固定板的一端安装有调节耳板,调节耳板和安装调节板铰接,固定板上开设有限位槽,限位槽长度方向上开设有多个限位卡槽,连杆一端铰接在一个限位卡槽内,连杆另一端铰接在安装调节板上,固定板的侧壁上设置有多个固定耳板,通过固定耳板与侧墙体固定连接。
