Specific embodiments of the present disclosure have been shown by way of example in the drawings and will be described in more detail below. These drawings and written description are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosed concepts in any way, but rather to illustrate the concepts of the disclosure to those skilled in the art by reference to specific embodiments.
Detailed Description
It should be understood by those skilled in the art that these embodiments are only for explaining the technical principle of the present invention, and are not intended to limit the scope of the present invention. And can be adjusted as needed by those skilled in the art to suit particular applications.
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present invention clearer, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are some, but not all, embodiments of the present invention. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
Before describing the embodiments of the present invention, the technical background of the embodiments of the present invention will be described first:
washing machines have been gradually popularized in daily life of people, the ratio between water amount and laundry amount is always the most important problem in the process of washing clothes by the washing machine, and when the water amount is too much, the water resource waste is caused by washing clothes; when the clothes are too much, the friction force of the excessive clothes on the inner wall of the washing machine can be overcome for the normal operation of the motor of the washing machine due to the too small water amount, and the current is increased.
However, when the current of the motor is increased, the motor generates heat, so that the washing machine enters a thermal protection mode, and the washing machine may stop working until the temperature of the motor is reduced to continue the washing operation, which makes the washing efficiency too low.
In addition, when the laundry in the washing machine is excessive, a situation where the laundry is worn during the washing process occurs, so that the user experience is poor.
In view of the above problems, the inventive concept of the present invention is as follows: when the clothes of the washing machine are too much, in order to avoid the current increase caused by overcoming the friction force by the motor, water can be added into the washing machine to reduce the friction force, or the rotating speed of the motor can be reduced to directly reduce the friction force, so that the condition that the motor generates heat due to the current increase can be avoided.
For example, the control method of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention can be applied to an application scenario diagram shown in fig. 1. Fig. 1 is a schematic view of an application scenario of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention, for solving the above technical problem. As shown in fig. 1, the application scenario may include: a washing machine 11 and a user 12.
The execution subject of the present invention may be an electronic device having the control method of the washing machine provided in the embodiment of the present invention, and may also be the washing machine 11.
In one possible implementation, when user 12 puts laundry to be washed into the washing tub of washing machine 11, water is injected into the washing tub in response to a water injection-related operation of user 12 or according to the weight of the laundry. After the water injection, the washing tub is driven by the motor to perform the washing operation, the washing machine 11 performs the weighing operation according to the water carried by the washing tub, and determines that the water quantity in the washing tub is not matched with the weight of the clothes, which may result in excessive clothes (may cause clothes abrasion), and the motor of the washing machine 11 may increase current for maintaining a set rotating speed, so that the motor enters a thermal protection mode.
The following describes the technical solution of the present invention and how to solve the above technical problems with specific examples. The following several specific embodiments may be combined with each other, and details of the same or similar concepts or processes may not be repeated in some embodiments. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart illustrating a first embodiment of a control method for a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 2, the method may include the steps of:
and 21, acquiring a first current value of the motor of the washing machine in the washing process.
In this embodiment, the main body of the washing machine will be described as an example.
In this step, the washing machine may measure a current value, i.e., a first current value, of a motor driving the washing tub through components such as a current sensor during washing the laundry.
Before this step, the user puts the laundry into the washing tub, and at this time, water is injected into the washing machine in the following two ways:
in the 1 st type, the weight of the laundry in the washing machine is acquired, and the amount of water corresponding to the fuzzy water level is injected into the washing tub according to the weight of the laundry.
Alternatively, a fuzzy controller may be designed to stabilize the water level near the water level corresponding to the weight of the laundry by adjusting the valve of the washing machine, which does not require the user to determine the amount of water to be filled.
And 2, responding to the water filling operation of the user, and filling water into the washing tub in an amount corresponding to the water filling operation.
Alternatively, the user selects a water amount to be filled, for example, 24L, 36L, etc., at a control panel of the washing machine according to the amount of laundry put in, and then the washing machine fills a corresponding water amount into the washing tub in response to the water filling operation.
Further, the washing tub is controlled to wash for a preset time period, after which the current value of the motor is constant.
Optionally, after the water injection is finished, the motor of the washing machine is not started, the current value of the motor is 0, the motor needs to be controlled to drive the washing tub to wash for a certain time, which may be 1-3min, so that the washing machine enters a normal operation state, the obtained current value of the motor tends to be constant, and the accuracy of the measured current value is higher when the measured current value is applied to subsequent steps.
And step 22, when the first current value is greater than a preset threshold value, judging whether the current water level of the washing barrel in the washing machine is lower than the highest water level borne by the washing barrel.
Wherein the preset threshold is determined according to the weight of the laundry and the power of the motor.
In this step, according to the different weights of the clothes and the different sizes of each washing machine, the power of the motor is different, and an experimental method can be used to determine the maximum threshold value of the current of the motor under the condition of water and clothes, for example, the maximum threshold value of the current (preset threshold value) is ta under the load of M kg, when the current of the motor exceeds ta, the motor will generate heat, and thus overheat protection will be achieved.
Alternatively, the reason why the above problems occur may be: the injected water amount is too small, the clothes are too much, the friction force with the washing barrel is increased, and the current of the motor is increased.
At the moment, when the first current value is larger than the preset threshold value, the current water level in the washing barrel is obtained at the moment, and whether the current water level exceeds the highest bearable water level of the washing barrel or not is judged.
After this step, when the current water level is lower than the highest water level carried by the washing tub, step 23 is performed; when the current water level is higher than or equal to the highest water level, step 24 is performed.
And step 23, if the current water level is lower than the highest water level, injecting water amount corresponding to the preset water level into the washing barrel.
Wherein the sum of the preset water level and the current water level is lower than or equal to the highest water level.
In this step, the current is increased due to the fact that the water amount is too small, a certain amount of water is injected into the washing tub, but after the water amount is injected, the total water amount cannot be higher than the highest water level of the washing tub, at this time, due to the fact that the water amount in the washing tub is increased, the friction between the clothes and the inner wall of the washing tub is reduced, the work of the motor for overcoming the friction is reduced, and the current of the corresponding motor is reduced.
After the step, acquiring a second current value of the motor after the preset water level is filled, and judging whether the second current value is greater than a preset threshold value.
Further, in order to reduce the possibility that the motor enters the thermal protection mode to a greater extent, it is further determined whether the current value of the current motor, that is, the second current value, is greater than the preset threshold value.
Optionally, if the second current value is less than or equal to the preset threshold, it indicates that the current of the motor is in a state incapable of causing thermal protection of the motor, and the remaining washing program of the washing machine may be continuously executed.
Optionally, if the second current value is greater than the preset threshold, the rotation speed of the motor is reduced to the target rotation speed. And the current value corresponding to the target rotating speed is lower than a preset threshold value.
Specifically, after the water amount is increased, the current of the motor is still above the preset threshold, and at this time, the current of the motor can be reduced by adjusting the rotating speed of the motor, so that the current of the motor is lower than the preset threshold.
And 24, if the current water level is higher than or equal to the highest water level, reducing the rotating speed of the motor to the target rotating speed.
In this step, if the current water level is higher than or equal to the highest water level, the current value of the motor may not be reduced by the water filling operation, and at this time, the intensity of the water flow may be adjusted to reduce the wear of the laundry and prevent the motor from entering the thermal protection mode.
Optionally, the rotation speed of the motor is reduced to the target rotation speed by reducing the rotation speed of the motor.
According to the control method of the washing machine provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first current value of the motor of the washing machine in the washing process is obtained, when the first current value is greater than the preset threshold value, whether the current water level of the washing barrel in the washing machine is lower than the highest water level borne by the washing barrel or not is judged, the preset threshold value is determined according to the weight of clothes and the power of the motor, then if the current water level is lower than the highest water level, water corresponding to the preset water level is injected into the washing barrel, the sum of the preset water level and the current water level is lower than or equal to the highest water level, if the current water level is higher than or equal to the highest water level, the rotating speed of the motor is reduced to the target rotating speed, and the current value corresponding to the target rotating speed is lower than the preset threshold value. According to the technical scheme, the current of the motor is reduced from the aspects of adjusting the water quantity of the washing barrel and the rotating speed of the motor, and the conditions that the washing efficiency is low and the clothes are washed to be abraded due to thermal protection when the clothes are too much are avoided.
On the basis of the above embodiments, fig. 3 is a flowchart illustrating a second embodiment of a control method of a washing machine according to an embodiment of the present invention. To fully illustrate the embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 3, the method may include the following steps:
step 1, starting a washing machine;
step 2, judging whether water injection operation related to the fuzzy water level is responded, if so, executing step 4; if not, executing the step 3;
and if so, executing water injection operation related to the fuzzy water level.
Step 3, responding to water injection operation set by a user;
step 4, washing for a preset time after water injection is completed;
step 5, obtaining the current value of the current motor;
step 6, judging whether the current value is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, executing step 11; if not, executing the step 7;
step 7, judging whether the current water level is the highest water level, if so, executing step 8; if not, executing the step 9;
step 8, reducing the rotating speed of the motor, and executing step 11;
step 9, increasing the amount of injected water;
step 10, judging whether the adjusted current value is larger than a preset threshold value, if so, executing step 8; if not, executing the step 11;
wherein the current value after adjustment is the current value of the motor after the rotating speed of the motor is reduced or the injected water amount is increased
Step 11, continuing the rest washing processes;
and step 12, turning off the washing machine.
According to the control method of the washing machine, provided by the embodiment of the invention, the current value of the motor is acquired after responding to the water injection operation of a user or performing the water injection operation according to the fuzzy water level and washing for a preset time, and is compared with the preset threshold value, when the current water level is greater than the preset threshold value, whether the current water level is the highest water level is judged, and whether the rotating speed of the motor needs to be reduced or the injected water amount needs to be increased is correspondingly adjusted, so that the washing strength is reduced, the friction force between the clothes and the washing barrel is reduced, and the situations that the washing efficiency is reduced and the clothes are abraded due to overheat protection of the motor when the clothes are too much in the prior art are avoided.
