Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of floor construction, in particular to a method for combining and curing joints of elastic floors.
Background
At present, the known method for joining the joints of the resilient floor is to open the groove after the resilient floor is installed, and weld a polyvinyl chloride weld line to the open groove. Because the currently used polyvinyl chloride welding line has no anti-fouling property, the joint of the elastic floor which is combined and solidified by the polyvinyl chloride welding line is easy to be fouled in the future use. In addition, as the color difference or the gloss difference exists between the polyvinyl chloride welding line and the elastic floor after the polyvinyl chloride welding line is cured, the combination method cannot completely eliminate the joint in vision, the joint is easy to be stained, and the visual effect is poor. Most of the current domestic welding wires use non-environment-friendly plasticizers, and the quality levels of the products are different. Meanwhile, the market lacks skilled and experienced welders, so that the welding strength is insufficient, and overheating causes the aging or the damage of the polyurethane coating on the surface of the elastic floor.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a method for combining and curing a joint of an elastic floor, which has the advantages of solving the problems of visibility and easy stain of the joint of the elastic floor and simplifying construction procedures on the basis of ensuring the combination strength of the joint.
The above object of the present invention is achieved by the following technical solutions:
after the groove is arranged on the elastic floor, the gap combination of the elastic floor is carried out without using a polyvinyl chloride welding line, a liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive which is the same as the polyurethane of the surface coating of the elastic floor is selected and filled into the groove, and then the liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive is irradiated by using an ultraviolet lamp with a specific wavelength to be solidified.
The liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive used in the present invention is mainly composed of the following components: light-cured resin (polyurethane acrylate, epoxy acrylate and the like), photoinitiator (diphenyl- (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) oxyphosphorus, hydroxycyclohexyl phenyl ketone, phenyl bis (2,4,6-trimethylbenzoyl) phosphine oxide and the like), auxiliary agent (antifoaming agent, wetting agent, leveling agent and the like), filler (matte powder, nylon powder, wax and the like), light-cured monomer (hexanediol diacrylate, isodecanol acrylate and the like).
The polyurethane adhesive comprises the following components in percentage by mass: the light-cured resin accounts for 10-50%; the ratio of the photoinitiator is 1-10%; the proportion of the auxiliary agent is 0.1-10%; the filling accounts for 10-50%; the light-cured monomer accounts for 10-50%.
The wavelength of the ultraviolet lamp with specific wavelength used in the invention is 365nm or 395nm.
In conclusion, the beneficial technical effects of the invention are as follows:
the polyurethane adhesive is used for combining the joints of the cured elastic floor without water permeability, so that the elastic floor is not affected with damp and fouling. And because the used polyurethane adhesive is consistent with the polyurethane material of the elastic floor surface coating, the floor joint has no color difference or different gloss from the elastic floor, thereby realizing the beautiful effect. In addition, because the polyurethane adhesive is only filled after the installation of the slot on the elastic floor for joint combination, no additional welding line is needed, thereby simplifying the installation construction process. For the elastic floor containing deep printing and embossment, after the elastic floor is bonded by using a conventional polyvinyl chloride welding line, the surface of the elastic floor cannot be flattened by using a scraper knife, but the method for bonding by using a polyurethane adhesive has no problem. Compared with the conventional polyvinyl chloride welding wire, the polyurethane adhesive is used for combining the cured elastic floor joint, so that the anti-skid function is realized, and the overall safety of the floor is improved. Meanwhile, laboratory data show that the joint strength of the elastic floor after the polyurethane adhesive is combined and cured is not lower than 400N/50mm and is higher than 250N/50mm specified by national standards.

Detailed Description
A method of resilient floor seam bond curing, comprising:
step one, installing and grooving the elastic floor, wherein the grooving depth is 1.5mm (see figure two 1), the grooving does not open the floor, and part of the floor is reserved at the bottom of the grooving (see figure two 2).
And step two, selecting a liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive which is homogeneous to the polyurethane on the surface of the elastic floor, and filling the liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive into the groove.
And step three, scraping the liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive filled in the slot by using a scraper.
And step four, irradiating the liquid or paste polyurethane adhesive by using an ultraviolet lamp to cure the polyurethane adhesive.
The embodiments of the present invention are preferred embodiments of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited by these embodiments, so: all equivalent changes made according to the structure, shape and principle of the invention are covered by the protection scope of the invention.
