Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of antifouling paint, and particularly relates to a natural self-cleaning antifouling paint and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The natural self-cleaning antifouling paint can be used on the surface of a substrate, and can play roles in antifouling and easy cleaning depending on the hydrophobic and hydrophilic physical properties of the paint.
The electric power equipment and devices operating outdoors are easy to accumulate dirt on the surface under the action of an electric field or under natural conditions, which not only affects the beauty and efficiency of the electric power equipment, but also leads to increased conductance, reduced insulating property, easy occurrence of phenomena such as electric leakage, pollution flashover, flashover and the like when meeting the conditions of fog, dew, fine rain and the like. The current common method for preventing pollution flashover is to spray an anti-pollution flashover coating on the surface of the electric power equipment. The antifouling coating with high hardness and high self-cleaning performance is used on the surface of the electric power and electrical equipment, so that the surface pollution can be reduced, the external insulation creepage specific distance of the electrical equipment is reduced, the moisture is effectively prevented from being condensed, and the accident is prevented. Common self-cleaning coatings include organosilicon materials, fluorine-containing materials, silicon-nitrogen resins, and the like. However, the adhesion of the perfluoroalkane resin to a base material is weak, the base material is generally required to be treated or the surface of the base material is pre-coated, the construction difficulty and the construction cost are greatly increased, and the perfluoroalkane resin is generally poor in solubility and can be used only by heating and melting. After being hybridized with other organic polymers, the problems of solubility and normal-temperature curing are solved, but the introduction of components with stronger polarity, such as polyurethane, isocyanate resin and the like, can greatly influence the low surface energy characteristic and the aging resistance of the material. In addition, the perfluoroalkane polymer material with fluorocarbon as the main structure is difficult to degrade, and unreacted micromolecule release substances can pollute the environment and have potential harm to human bodies, organisms and the like.
