The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are exemplary only for the purpose of explaining the present application and are not to be construed as limiting the present application. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present application.
In the description of the present application, it is to be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the term "connected" is to be interpreted broadly, e.g. as a fixed connection, a detachable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meaning of the above terms in the present application can be understood in a specific case by those of ordinary skill in the art.
Referring to fig. 1 to 9, a lifting driving apparatus and a lifting system according to an embodiment of the present application will be described. It should be understood that the following description is only exemplary of the present application and is not intended to limit the present application in any way.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 7, an embodiment of the present application provides a lifting drive device, where the lifting drive device 1 includes: a lifting frame 11 and a driving control assembly 12.
The crane 11 comprises a frame body 111 and a first guide wheel assembly 112, the first guide wheel assembly 112 is arranged on the frame body 111, and the frame body 111 is used for being connected with the lift car 2. The first guide wheel assembly 112 is configured to cooperate with the guide body 3 to guide the frame body 111 to move along the guide body 3.
The driving control assembly 12 is disposed on the frame body 111, the driving control assembly 12 includes a driving component 122, the driving component 122 includes a rotary driving component 1221 and a driving gear 1222, an output shaft of the rotary driving component 1221 is connected to the driving gear 1222, and the driving gear 1222 is configured to be meshed with the rack 32 of the guiding body 3.
Thus, when the rotary driving member 1221 drives the driving gear 1222 to rotate, the frame body 111 can be driven to move along the guide body 3 by the driving gear 1222 based on the meshing arrangement of the driving gear 1222 and the rack 32.
In practical applications, the guiding body 3 is generally vertically disposed, the guiding body 3 includes a guide rail bracket 31 and a rack 32, the guide rail bracket 31 and the rack 32 are connected and extend along the same direction, and the guiding body 3 can be disposed on a signal tower or a bridge tower, or the guiding body 3 can be disposed on the surface of a smoke tube. In the case that the guide body 3 is disposed on a signal tower or a bridge tower, the guide rail bracket 31 may be a part of the signal tower or the bridge tower.
Meanwhile, in order to guide the frame body 111 to stably move along the extending direction of the guide body 3, in this embodiment, the frame body 111 of the crane 11 may be disposed at one side of the guide body 3, and the first guide wheel assembly 112 includes a plurality of roller groups 1121, the plurality of roller groups 1121 are respectively disposed on the frame body 111, and each roller group 1121 is in rolling contact with the guide rail frame 31 on the guide body 3.
Thus, the roller groups 1121 are respectively matched with the guide rail frame 31 on the guide body 3, so that the guide frame body 111 can be guided to move along the extending direction of the guide body 3, and the lifting frame 11 can be prevented from being separated from the guide body 3.
Since the drive control assembly 12 and the car 2 are integrated into the crane 11 at the same time, the structural strength of the frame body 111 needs to be ensured. For example, the frame body 111 may be made of a steel structure.
Further, in order to stably and reliably drive the frame body 111 to move along the guide body 3, the driving assembly 122 of the present embodiment may employ a reduction motor as the rotary driving member 1221, so that an output end of the reduction motor and the driving gear 1222 may be coaxially connected.
In some embodiments, to facilitate control of the crane 11 to hover at any position relative to the guide body 3, the drive assembly 122 of the present embodiment may further comprise an electromagnetic brake.
In the process that the lifting frame 11 normally lifts and moves relative to the guide body 3, when the lifting frame 11 needs to be controlled to stop running, the electromagnetic brake can be subjected to power-off control, so that the electromagnetic brake is connected with the output shaft of the rotary driving piece 1221, and the driving gear 1222 can be prevented from rolling relative to the rack 32 based on the brake braking of the electromagnetic brake on the output shaft of the rotary driving piece 1221, so that the lifting frame 11 is ensured to be suspended on the guide body 3.
When it is required to ensure that the crane 11 normally ascends and descends relative to the guide body 3, the electromagnetic brake may be controlled to be energized to separate the electromagnetic brake from the output shaft of the rotary drive 1221, so as to release the brake of the electromagnetic brake on the output shaft of the rotary drive 1221.
In some embodiments, in order to ensure the stability of the elevating operation of the crane 11 and reduce the noise and friction generated when the driving gear 1222 is engaged with the rack 32, the driving gear 1222 of this embodiment may be a zero backlash roller, the rack 32 may be a zero backlash rack, and the zero backlash roller may be engaged with the zero backlash rack.
As can be seen from the above, in the embodiment of the present application, by integrating the driving control assembly 12 and the car 2 on the crane 11, the crane 11 can be stably driven to move up and down along the guide body 3 under the guidance of the first guide wheel assembly 112 of the crane 11 based on the meshing arrangement of the driving gear 1222 and the rack 32 of the guide body 3, so that not only is the compactness of the overall structure of the lifting driving device 1 ensured and the modular design realized, but also the crane 11 bears the loads on the driving control assembly 12 and the car 2, the stability of the overall structure of the lifting driving device 1 is ensured, a driving device with high power can be configured for the lifting driving device 1, and the carrying capacity of the lifting driving device 1 is improved.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-4, the drive control assembly 12 of the present embodiment further includes a mounting plate 121; the mounting plate 121 is movably connected with the frame body 111, and at least part of the driving assembly 122 is arranged on the mounting plate 121.
The mounting plate 121 is provided with a first abutting portion 1211; the frame body 111 is provided with a second abutting portion 1111, and the first abutting portion 1211 and the second abutting portion 1111 abut against each other in the extending direction of the guide body 3.
Specifically, the mounting plate 121 of the present embodiment may be made of a steel plate having a high structural strength, and the mounting plate 121 and the frame body 111 may be detachably connected to each other, and ensure that the mounting plate 121 has a certain movement margin with respect to the frame body 111.
Meanwhile, the driving assembly 122 includes a rotary driving member 1221 and a driving gear 1222, the rotary driving member 1221 is mounted on a side of the mounting plate 121 facing away from the guide body 3, and an output shaft of the rotary driving member 1221 passes through a first opening of the mounting plate 121 and is connected to the driving gear 1222.
In the prior art, the mounting plate 121 is usually fixedly connected to the frame body 111 through locking members such as locking pins and bolts, and the driving gear 1222 is driven to rotate by the rotary driving member 1221 so that when the crane 11 is lifted relative to the guide body 3, the load on the crane 11 is completely borne by the locking members between the mounting plate 121 and the crane 11, which results in the locking members being easily damaged and thus causing safety accidents.
On the contrary, this application is through setting up first butt portion 1211 on mounting panel 121, set up second butt portion 1111 on support body 111 to set up mounting panel 121 and support body 111 swing joint, then based on the butt that first butt portion 1211 and second butt portion 1111 formed along the extending direction of guide body 3, the realization is undertaken by mounting panel 121 and is born the load on the crane 11, thereby forms effectual protection to the retaining member between mounting panel 121 and the crane 11, has ensured the security that crane 11 goes up and down to move.
In some embodiments, the second abutting portion 1111 and the first abutting portion 1211 may be disposed opposite to each other in the height direction of the frame body 111.
Here, in the present embodiment, the position of the first abutting portion 1211 provided on the mounting plate 121 and the position of the second abutting portion 1111 provided on the frame body 111 are not particularly limited, and it is sufficient to ensure that the second abutting portion 1111 and the first abutting portion 1211 are provided in an up-down opposite manner.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, in the present embodiment, a first abutting portion 1211 is disposed at a top end of the mounting plate 121, a second abutting portion 1111 is disposed at a top end of the frame body 111, and both the first abutting portion 1211 and the second abutting portion 1111 have a bar shape.
Thus, when the rotary driving member 1221 drives the driving gear 1222 to roll relative to the rack 32, the rotary driving member 1221 applies a driving force to the mounting plate 121 in a reverse direction, so that the mounting plate 121 lifts the frame body 111 to ascend or descend against the gravity of the rotary driving member 1221, and the crane 11 is lifted relative to the guide body 3.
Of course, in this embodiment, a first abutting plate may be disposed at the bottom end of the mounting plate 121, and a second abutting plate may be disposed on the frame body 111, where the first abutting plate and the second abutting plate are in contact and disposed vertically opposite to each other. So, based on the butt of first butt joint board and second butt joint board, accessible support body 111 bears the gravity of drive control assembly 12, also can form effectual protection to the retaining member between mounting panel 121 and crane 11 to a certain extent.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, in order to achieve the movable connection between the mounting plate 121 and the frame body 111, in this embodiment, the mounting plate 121 is provided with a plurality of first through holes 101, the frame body 111 is provided with a plurality of second through holes 102, and the plurality of first through holes 101 and the plurality of second through holes 102 are arranged in a one-to-one manner.
In this embodiment, a plurality of mounting ears may be disposed on the frame body 111, and one second through hole 102 is configured on each mounting ear, so that a plurality of second through holes 102 are formed on the frame body 111.
Meanwhile, the mounting plate 121 and the frame body 111 are connected by a fastening member 103 inserted through the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102, and at least one of the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 has a diameter larger than the maximum outer diameter of the fastening member 103.
In this way, after the mounting plates 121 are placed on the mounting ears of the frame body 111 and the first through holes 101 on the mounting plates 121 and the second through holes 102 on the frame body 111 are ensured to be arranged in a one-to-one opposite manner, the mounting plates 121 and the frame body 111 can be connected through the fasteners 103. Since the aperture of at least one of the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 is larger than the maximum outer diameter of the fastening member 103, the mounting plate 121 moves relative to the frame body 111 under the action of gravity or other external force, thereby achieving the movable connection of the mounting plate 121 and the frame body 111.
Here, the fastening member 103 of the present embodiment may be a lock bolt, and the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 have the same hole diameter, but the hole diameters of the first through hole 101 and the second through hole 102 are both larger than the diameter of the screw of the lock bolt.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the drive control assembly 12 of the present application further includes a fall arrest component 123, the fall arrest component 123 being disposed on the mounting plate 121 in the embodiments described above.
It can be understood that during the normal lifting operation of the crane 11 along the guide body 3, or when the electromagnetic brake fails to brake the contracting brake of the rotating drive 1221, the anti-falling assembly 123 can limit the crane 11 on the guide body 3 under the condition that the crane 11 stalls and falls down, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the crane 11.
As shown in fig. 4 and 9, the fall prevention assembly 123 of the embodiment of the present application includes a speed limiter 1231 and a fall prevention gear 1232, the speed limiter 1231 is mounted on a side of the mounting plate 121 away from the guide body 3, and an output shaft of the speed limiter 1231 passes through a second opening on the mounting plate 121 and is connected to the fall prevention gear 1232.
The anti-falling gear 1232 is used for being meshed with the rack 32, and the speed limiter 1231 is used for limiting the anti-falling gear 1232 to roll relative to the rack 32 when the lifting frame 11 stalls and descends so as to lock the lifting frame 11.
The governor 1231 may be a fall arrest speed limiting device as is known in the art. For example, the speed governor 1231 includes a centrifugal speed limiting mechanism, a braking mechanism, a loading mechanism, a speed limiting switch, and the like. The braking mechanism and the loading mechanism are respectively connected with a centrifugal speed limiting mechanism, and the centrifugal speed limiting mechanism is coaxially connected with the anti-falling gear 1232 through a transmission shaft.
In the lifting operation process of the lifting frame 11, the anti-falling gear 1232 drives the centrifugal speed limiting mechanism to rotate, so that the centrifugal speed limiting mechanism can detect the operation speed of the lifting frame 11. When the lifting frame 11 stalls and descends, namely the centrifugal speed limiting mechanism detects that the running speed of the lifting frame 11 is greater than a preset value, a centrifugal block in the centrifugal speed limiting mechanism is opened, and the braking mechanism is driven to rotate to generate braking force. In the braking process, the braking mechanism is acted by the loading mechanism, so that the braking force is gradually increased until the anti-falling gear 1232 stops rotating.
In some examples, the fall arrest gear 1232 can be a zero backlash roller and the rack 32 can be a zero backlash rack that engages the zero backlash roller.
Because the anti-falling assembly 123 adopts the zero back clearance roller wheel to brake by relying on the zero back clearance rack of the guide body 3, based on the structural characteristics of the zero back clearance roller wheel, the stability of the anti-falling assembly 123 in braking of the lifting frame 11 can be ensured, larger impact is prevented from being generated in locking and braking, and the safety of the lifting operation of the lifting frame 11 is favorably ensured.
