Abstract
The invention discloses a preparation process of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material, which comprises the following specific preparation process flows: preparing a coating, mixing and foaming sodium alginate and purified water according to a mass ratio of 1; adding the thermal transfer dye into the first material according to the mass ratio of the first material to the thermal transfer dye of 21.8, and fully stirring to obtain a coating, wherein the coating is a second material; printing by a printing plate, namely uniformly pouring a second material on the upper side of a 200-mesh silk screen plate, and lightly scraping the second material once from top to bottom by using a scraper plate to uniformly retain the pigment on the silk screen plate; the invention is suitable for textile materials, 100 percent high-density polyethylene non-woven materials can be manufactured by the process of the invention, the materials have unique texture and can be applied to the field of textiles, and in the preparation process, the characteristics of the materials can not be damaged.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of spinning, and particularly relates to a preparation process of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material.
Background
The 100% high density polyethylene non-woven material is prepared by dissolving high polymer in a certain solvent to prepare spinning solution, then spraying out from a spinneret orifice, and leading the high polymer to be solidified into fiber again due to the rapid volatilization of the solvent, wherein the fiber is adsorbed on a net forming curtain to directly form a fiber net;
the preparation process of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material is incomplete in the prior art, so that the non-woven material is mainly printed by digital printing, is not rich enough, has general and unstable texture effect, and can damage the material characteristics in the production and preparation processes.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a preparation process of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a preparation process of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material comprises the following specific preparation process flows:
(S1) preparation of a coating
Mixing and foaming sodium alginate and purified water according to the mass ratio of 1;
adding the thermal transfer dye into the first material according to the mass ratio of the first material to the thermal transfer dye being 21.8, and fully stirring to obtain a coating for screen printing of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material, wherein the coating is a second material;
(S2) printing plate printing
Uniformly pouring the second material on the upper side of a 200-mesh silk screen plate, keeping the distance between the silk screen plate and the second material more than 5cm (preventing the printing effect from being damaged due to sticking), and lightly scraping once from top to bottom by using a scraper plate to uniformly retain the pigment on the silk screen plate;
(S3) Hot Press Molding
Paving the printed second material on a hot press, and carrying out repeated hot pressing for multiple times to obtain a rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material with uniform texture;
(S4) removing impurities
And (4) placing the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material rough material prepared in the step (S3) into a container, soaking for 10 minutes by using clear water, removing sodium alginate substances remained on the surface of the material, and airing to obtain the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material finished product.
In one possible implementation manner, the mixing and fermentation time of the sodium alginate and the purified water in the coating prepared in the step (S1) is 20min.
In one possible implementation, the standing time in the step (S1) of preparing the dope is 6 to 8 hours.
In one possible implementation, the condition of the standing end point in the step (S1) of preparing the dope is that the foam in the solution disappears.
In one possible implementation, the step (S2) of preprinting the printing plate comprises the following specific steps:
(S2.1) contacting one side of the screen printing plate with the table top, and lifting the other side of the screen printing plate to form an acute angle to keep the distance between the screen printing plate and 100% of the high-density polyethylene non-woven material so as to finish the preprinting of the printing plate (so that the printing process is labor-saving);
(S2.2) after preprinting of the printing plate is finished, vertically reserving a gap of 2-4 cm between the silk screen plate and the second material, and then uniformly scraping the silk screen plate and the second material by using a scraper for 1-2 times from top to bottom (according to the difference of the scraper, uniformly hanging the silk screen plate at 90 degrees or 45 degrees is adopted, and excessive hanging times easily cause the phenomenon that the silk screen plate is blocked by the printing material due to overlong operation time to influence the printing effect);
and (S2.3) after the screen printing plate is evenly scraped, uniformly lifting the screen printing plate, and keeping a flat and uniform state for drying.
In a possible implementation manner, the step (S3) of repeatedly performing hot pressing for a plurality of times in the hot press forming includes the following specific steps:
hot-pressing the printed second material at the hot-pressing temperature of 140 ℃, wherein the hot-pressing time is 1s, and taking the second material out of the hot press for heat dissipation, wherein the heat dissipation time is 3-4 s;
repeating the hot pressing process for 15-20 times to obtain the rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material with uniform texture.
According to the invention, the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material can be manufactured by the process, the material has unique texture, can be applied to the field of textiles, and in the preparation process, the material can not be damaged in the self characteristics, and meanwhile, the process flow is simple, and the manufacturing cost is lower.

The following description will further describe a specific embodiment of a process for preparing a 100% high density polyethylene nonwoven material according to the present invention with reference to fig. 1. The process for preparing a 100% high density polyethylene nonwoven material according to the present invention is not limited to the description of the following examples.
Example 1:
this example shows a preparation process of a 100% high density polyethylene nonwoven material, as shown in fig. 1, the specific preparation process flow is as follows:
(S1) preparation of a coating
Mixing and whipping sodium alginate and purified water according to the mass ratio of 1;
adding the thermal transfer dye into the first material according to the mass ratio of the first material to the thermal transfer dye being 21.8, and fully stirring to obtain a coating for screen printing of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material, wherein the coating is a second material;
(S2) printing plate printing
Uniformly pouring the second material on the upper side of a 200-mesh silk screen plate, keeping the distance between the silk screen plate and the second material more than 5cm (preventing sticking and damaging the printing effect), and lightly scraping the second material once from top to bottom by using a scraper plate so as to uniformly retain the pigment on the silk screen plate;
(S3) Hot Press Molding
Paving the printed second material on a hot press, and repeatedly carrying out hot pressing for many times to obtain a rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material with uniform texture;
(S4) removing impurities
And (5) placing the rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material prepared in the step (S3) into a container, soaking for 10 minutes by using clear water, removing sodium alginate substances remained on the surface of the material, and airing to obtain the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material of the finished product.

The specific steps of repeated hot pressing for multiple times in the hot press molding of the step (S3) are as follows:
hot-pressing the printed second material at the hot-pressing temperature of 140 ℃, wherein the hot-pressing time is 1s, and taking the second material out of the hot press for heat dissipation, wherein the heat dissipation time is 3-4 s;
repeating the hot pressing process for 15-20 times to obtain the coarse material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material with uniform texture.
The 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material can be manufactured by the process, has unique texture, can be applied to the field of textiles, can not damage the material in the preparation process, and has simple process flow and lower manufacturing cost.

adding the thermal transfer dye into the first material according to the mass ratio of the first material to the thermal transfer dye of 21.8, and fully stirring to obtain a coating for screen printing of a 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material, wherein the coating is a second material;
(S2) printing plate printing
Uniformly pouring the second material on the upper side of a 200-mesh silk screen plate, keeping the distance between the silk screen plate and the second material more than 5cm, and lightly scraping the second material once from top to bottom by using a scraper plate to uniformly retain the pigment on the silk screen plate;
(S3) Hot Press Molding
Paving the printed second material on a hot press, and repeatedly carrying out hot pressing for many times to obtain a rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material with uniform texture;
(S4) removing impurities
And (5) placing the rough material of the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material prepared in the step (S3) into a container, soaking for 10 minutes by using clear water, removing sodium alginate substances remained on the surface of the material, and airing to obtain the 100% high-density polyethylene non-woven material of the finished product.
2. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of: and (S1) mixing the sodium alginate in the coating prepared in the step (S1) with purified water for 20min.
3. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of: the standing time in the step (S1) of preparing the coating is 6-8 hours.
4. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of: the condition of the standing end point in the step (S1) of preparing the coating is that the foam in the solution disappears.
5. The process of claim 1, wherein the process comprises the steps of: the step (S2) of preprinting the printing plate comprises the following specific steps:
(S2.1) contacting one side of the screen printing plate with the table top, and lifting the other side of the screen printing plate to form an acute angle to keep the distance between the screen printing plate and 100% of the high-density polyethylene non-woven material, so as to finish the preprinting of the printing plate;
(S2.2) after the preprinting of the printing plate is finished, vertically reserving a gap of 2-4 cm between the silk screen plate and the second material, and then scraping the silk screen plate and the second material by a scraper from top to bottom for 1-2 times;
and (S2.3) after the screen printing plate is evenly scraped, uniformly lifting the screen printing plate, and keeping a flat and uniform state for drying.
