A method of a hot-pressing compounding device for polyester sponge compound cloth, comprising the following steps:
s1, a composite cloth to be hot-pressed passes through between two conveying rollers 105 and is conveyed to a hot-pressing roller 201 in a hot-pressing box 102 to move on a plurality of guide rollers 301 between two side plates 103;
s2, simultaneously starting a steam generator 203 and a driving motor 209 when performing hot pressing operation, conveying steam generated in the steam generator 203 into a gas transmission branch pipe 205 through an L-shaped pipe 204 and entering the hot pressing roller 201 through a plurality of gas outlet holes 206, simultaneously driving the motor 209 to rotate a first belt pulley 308, rotating two second belt pulleys 309 under the transmission of a belt 310, further driving a first rotating shaft 210 to rotate and reversely rotating two hot pressing rollers 201 under the meshing action of two cylindrical gears 211, and performing hot pressing operation on composite cloth in the conveying process;
s3, the second belt pulley 309 drives the second rotating shaft 306 to rotate in the hot-pressing roller operation process, and the guide rollers 301 simultaneously rotate under the transmission of the chain 311, so that the composite cloth after the hot-pressing operation is completed can be guided and conveyed, and in addition, hot air in the hot-pressing box 102 is pumped into the air guide branch pipe 304 and introduced into the guide rollers 301 by starting the exhaust fan 302, so that the thermal insulation effect on the composite cloth after the hot pressing can be realized.

the guide assembly (300) comprises a plurality of guide rollers (301) which are rotationally connected between two side plates (103), the driving structure is connected with the guide rollers (301) through a transmission structure, the guide rollers (301) are of hollow structures, a plurality of air guide holes (305) communicated with the inside of the guide rollers are uniformly distributed in the outer side walls of the guide rollers, an exhaust fan (302) communicated with the inside of the hot-pressing box body (102) is fixedly connected to the side walls of the hot-pressing box body, the output end of the exhaust fan (302) is fixedly connected with an air guide pipe (303) communicated with the exhaust fan, an air guide branch pipe (304) communicated with the inside of the air guide pipe is fixedly connected to the side walls of the air guide pipe (303), and one end of the air guide branch pipe (304) away from the air guide pipe (303) penetrates through one side plate (103) and extends into the guide rollers (301).
