The powder cosmetic contains pulvis Talci, mica, synthetic fluorophlogopite, silica, toner, etc., and the powder block formed by pressing plate can be compounded with small amount of oil and wax powder as binder.
The prior powder cosmetics have the following technical problems:
1. the particle size of the selected talcum powder is too large, the powder quality is poor, the effect after makeup is not close to skin and powder is floated, and the skin feel is poor;
2. the makeup holding effect is general, a uniform and durable film cannot be formed on the skin surface, the friction resistance is poor, and the color slowly fades and falls off along with the lengthening of the makeup carrying time under the condition of no external force friction;
3. the skin-sticking performance is general, and the powder cosmetic has a limited promotion effect because the main raw material is a particle material, although the skin-sticking performance can be promoted by carrying out surface pretreatment on the particle material and/or matching with a certain proportion of grease;
4. the powder flying problem exists in the process of dipping and making up by using a cosmetic brush, the powder flying can damage the originally clean making up surface, and certain pollution is caused to the environment;
5. the powder cosmetic has a large amount of dust flying in the manufacturing process, powder blocks formed by pressing plates need to be pressed and formed after powder is pulverized, the preparation process is complex and tedious, the production efficiency is low, the production process has certain harm to the health of production workers, and especially has certain risk to the health of lungs and respiratory tracts;
6. the powder cosmetics have a general extending effect, and have the problem of uneven color tinge in the using process.
The term "particulate material" as used herein refers to a particulate material generally used in cosmetics unless otherwise specified, the shape of the particles may be spherical, plate-like, needle-like, etc., the particle size of the particles such as smoke, fine particles, pigment grade, etc., and the particle structure such as porous and non-porous, etc., and the particles are not particularly limited, and for example, examples thereof include inorganic particulate materials (such as alumina, cerium oxide, magnesium oxide, zirconium oxide, magnesium carbonate, calcium carbonate, aluminum silicate, magnesium silicate, aluminum magnesium silicate, mica, synthetic sericite, talc, kaolin, silica, silicon carbide, boron nitride, etc.), luminescent particulate materials (such as bismuth oxychloride, titanium dioxide-coated mica, iron oxide-coated mica titanium, organic pigment-coated mica titanium, titanium dioxide-coated glass powder, and aluminum powder), organic particulate materials (such as nylon, polymethyl methacrylate, acrylonitrile-methacrylic acid copolymer, vinylidene chloride-methacrylic acid copolymer, PET resin, polyethylene, polystyrene, organopolysiloxane elastomer, polymethylsilsesquioxane, polyurethane, wool, crystalline cellulose, and N-acyl lysine), pigment particulate materials (such as organic tar pigments and organic pigment lake pigments), metal particulate materials, composite particulate materials (such as fine particle titanium dioxide-coated mica titanium, fine particle zinc oxide-coated mica titanium, barium sulfate-coated mica titanium, silica containing silica, and silica containing zinc oxide), and 1 or 2 or more of these can be used. These particulate materials may be surface-treated with 1 or 2 or more kinds of fluorine compounds, silicone compounds, metal soaps, lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, collagen, hydrocarbons, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters, waxes, surfactants, and the like.

Detailed Description
It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the invention and do not limit the invention.
The inventors have conducted intensive studies on existing solvent-based cosmetics including particulate materials, and have obtained the following knowledge:
1. in cosmetics, resin components such as rosin acid-based resins and silicone-based resins are used in order to improve cosmetic durability and to develop a glossy feel. However, although a cosmetic containing a specific organosiloxane resin and a volatile oil can improve the durability of makeup, the softness of a cosmetic film is lost as the amount of the resin added increases, and a feeling of burden is generated during makeup. Furthermore, although a cosmetic using a specific rosin ester compound does not have such a feeling of burden in makeup, the cosmetic film is sticky with an increase in the amount of resin, and thus has a disadvantage that the feeling of use is increased;
2. the combination of a particulate material and a resin component such as a rosin acid resin or a silicone resin in a cosmetic has disadvantages of a hard cosmetic film, lack of flexibility, very strong stickiness, and a feeling of burden;
3. adding wax with low softening point (not more than 80 ℃) and low melting point (not more than 90 ℃) and oil-soluble resin into the cosmetic to form a cosmetic film with certain hardness and strength and flexibility, but the cosmetic film has poor adhesion due to the existence of particle materials; if the amount of wax or oil-soluble resin added is increased, the flexibility of the cosmetic film is impaired;
4. in cosmetics, a dispersant is added to improve the dispersibility of a particulate material, and although the principle is not clear, the addition of a dispersant suitable for a particulate material easily causes removal of makeup, and therefore a sufficient retention effect cannot be obtained;
5. in order to improve the feeling of use, the feeling of adhesion, and the durability of makeup, a highly viscous oil agent such as polybutene is added to the cosmetic. However, the addition of a highly viscous oil agent exerts an adverse effect on the feeling of use such as stickiness or deterioration in spreadability, and a sufficient effect cannot be obtained in the makeup durability. On the other hand, a method of reducing the poor feeling of use by an organosiloxane resin and/or a volatile silicone oil is known, but there is a problem that the close feeling is impaired. Further, there is a method of suppressing stickiness by blending a particulate material, but smooth spreading, uniformity, and makeup durability may be lacking;
6. with conventional cosmetics of this type, tack-free properties, a feeling of close contact with the skin, and makeup durability are basically contradictory properties, and it has been difficult to achieve both properties in the prior art. More specifically, cosmetics of this type, which can be applied smoothly without stickiness, adhere well to an application site, form a uniform and smooth cosmetic film, and exhibit excellent gloss and can be retained for a necessary time, tend to have poor usability such as difficulty in stretching, and are also insufficient in terms of gloss feel.
7. In cosmetics, particulate materials such as inorganic particulate materials, organic particulate materials, pigment particulate materials, and the like are added for the purpose of color cosmetics, touch adjustment, and the like, and these particulate materials can be coated with various surface treatment agents according to the purpose. As one of them, various problems such as aggregation of the particulate material can be solved by improving the wettability and dispersibility to the oil agent, and the particulate material can be subjected to surface treatment for the purpose of improving the long-term storage stability of the cosmetic, and the effects of color cosmetics, ultraviolet absorption, and the like. However, many surface-treating agents having a particle material with good dispersibility in an oil agent have poor adhesion to the skin and have the property of diffusing into a specific oil agent. When a cosmetic containing these components is applied to the skin, the particulate material is continuously dispersed in the oil agent in the cosmetic film, does not adhere to the skin, cannot be absorbed smoothly at all times, and impairs the uniformity of the applied film.
The cosmetic composition provided by the present invention is a liquid oily cosmetic containing a particulate material, and examples thereof include a liquid matte blush, a liquid matte eye shadow, a liquid cosmetic, a liquid shade, and a liquid matte highlight. The cosmetic composition provided by the invention can be used for forming a cosmetic film when being applied, does not generate viscosity, can be uniformly coated under a certain force, is easy to repeatedly apply, can be easily adjusted to a desired film thickness, and can obtain an excellent increment effect.
The present invention provides cosmetic compositions comprising a film former comprising a combination of trimethylsiloxysilicate, VP/hexadecene copolymer, and dextrin isostearate. The trimethylsiloxy silicate has good film forming property, and can improve the durability, the color migration resistance and the excellent water and oil resistance; the VP/hexadecene copolymer has good water-resistant film-forming property, is beneficial to the dispersion of the first particle material, is beneficial to improving the moisture-preserving barrier function, and has good friction resistance; the dextrin isostearate can improve the adhesion of a coating film to skin and quickly form a soft water-resistant film on the surface of the skin. The inventors have found that a combination of soft and hard films, where trimethylsiloxysilicate forms a hard film and VP/hexadecene copolymer and dextrin isostearate forms a soft film, contributes to a better long-lasting effect. The content of the film-forming agent is 15-20wt% based on the mass of the cosmetic composition. The film forming agent in this range can form a uniform and smooth coating film having excellent film forming properties, hardness and flexibility at the same time, has high adhesion and little stickiness, and has excellent adhesion to an object to be coated. When the content of the film-forming agent is less than 15% by weight, a uniform and smooth coating film cannot be formed, and when it exceeds 40% by weight, the tackiness becomes high, and the cosmetic film may give an unpleasant feeling. The cosmetic composition containing the film-forming agent can obtain excellent effects such as excellent cosmetic durability and gloss, no stickiness, certain hardness and flexibility, and less burden, which cannot be obtained by other film-forming resin components.
The cosmetic composition provided by the invention comprises a liquid oil with a skin moistening effect, wherein the liquid oil comprises a combination of isododecane, polyglycerol-2 triisostearate, isononyl isononanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride and glycerol tri (ethyl hexanoate). The liquid oil can be regarded as a main solvent and an emollient, and can impart long-lasting stability and smooth feeling upon application to the cosmetic composition. The liquid oil has good compatibility with the film-forming agent, and is excellent in remarkably improving the adhesion and hardness of a cosmetic film, and the film-forming agent and the liquid oil can synergistically exhibit the effects of facilitating stretching and softening the cosmetic film, and more specifically, the combination of the film-forming agent and the liquid oil allows the structure to be easily broken by friction during application, thereby providing a feeling of use that facilitates stretching and leaves no burden on the skin, and can complement the brittleness of the cosmetic film formed from the film-forming agent, thereby forming a cosmetic film excellent in hardness and strength. The content of the liquid oil is 40-50wt% based on the mass of the cosmetic composition. Within this range, the ease of spreading and the makeup retention effect are dramatically improved. The liquid oil and the film forming agent are preferably mixed in a mass ratio of 1:1.5-2, excellent makeup retention effect can be obtained. Higher levels of liquid oils with emollient effects in cosmetic compositions result in more cosmetic effects and higher affinity to the skin.
The cosmetic composition provided by the invention comprises a first particulate material, wherein the first particulate material comprises silica obtained by performing surface coating treatment on triethoxyoctylsiloxane. The content of the first particulate material is 20 to 25wt% based on the mass of the cosmetic composition. Within this range, the dispersibility of the first particulate material in the cosmetic composition is improved, and a cosmetic film which is smoothly spreadable, non-tacky, uniform, and excellent in cosmetic durability can be obtained. By using the first particulate material together with the liquid oil, the film former, the stickiness may be reduced. From the viewpoint of more excellent elongation, the average particle diameter (value measured by laser diffraction particle size distribution) of the first particulate material is more preferably 1 to 30 μm. The first particulate material exhibits an excellent, long-lasting and stable dispersion effect in the liquid oil, and thus the cosmetic composition does not require an additional dispersant to avoid a negative effect on the makeup-holding effect.
The content of the trimethylsiloxysilicate is preferably 70 to 80wt% based on the mass of the film forming agent, from the viewpoint that a cosmetic film which is smooth and ductile, has no stickiness, is uniform, and is excellent in cosmetic durability can be obtained. The total content of isododecane, isononyl isononanoate, caprylic/capric triglyceride and tris (ethylhexanoate) glyceride is preferably 40 to 80% by weight based on the mass of the liquid oil, from the viewpoint of obtaining a cosmetic film having a better skin-friendly effect, more contributing to make-up, being more refreshing and having better spreading properties.
In addition to the above-mentioned film-forming agent, liquid oil and first particulate material component, an oil-soluble thickener, an oil-soluble colorant, a second particulate material (including disteardimonium hectorite obtained by surface-coating isododecane, synthetic fluorophlogopite obtained by surface-coating triethoxyoctylsiloxane, and methyl alkylated silica), an oil-soluble skin conditioner, and an oil-soluble fragrance may be blended in the cosmetic composition according to the purpose within a range not affecting the effects of the present invention.
The oil-soluble thickener used in the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention is not particularly limited as long as it can be blended in a usual cosmetic, and examples thereof include ethylene-propylene copolymer, polyethylene wax, ceresin, paraffin wax, fischer-tropsch wax, hydrogenated microcrystalline wax, candelilla wax, carnauba wax, rice bran wax, beeswax, polybutene, polyethylene, and hydrogenated (styrene/isoprene) copolymer, and 1 or 2 or more of them can be used. Among them, from the viewpoint of excellent adhesion and strong film formation against sweat and sebum, it is preferable to use a combination of polyethylene and ceresin, which contributes to enhancing the film-forming property and improving the makeup-holding effect of the cosmetic composition while providing a thickening effect. The amount of the oil-soluble thickener to be blended in the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.5 to 5% by weight, more preferably 2 to 4% by weight. Within this range, good effects can be obtained from the viewpoint of good adhesion to the skin and good maintenance of makeup.
The oil-soluble colorant used in the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention may be any colorant that is generally used in cosmetics, and may be in the form of a sphere, plate, spindle, needle or the like, in the form of a smoke, fine particle, pigment grade or the like, or in the form of a porous or non-porous, and the particle structure or the like thereof is not particularly limited, and inorganic pigments, organic pigments, luminescent pigments, metals or the like may be used. Specific examples of the particulate material include white inorganic pigments such as titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, cerium oxide, and barium sulfate, colored inorganic pigments such as iron oxide, carbon black, chromium oxide, chromium hydroxide, prussian blue, ultramarine, and red lead, luminescent pigments such as mica titanium, bismuth oxychloride, organic pigment-treated mica titanium, titanium dioxide-coated mica, titanium dioxide-coated synthetic phlogopite, titanium dioxide-coated bismuth oxychloride, iron oxide mica titanium, prussian blue-treated mica titanium, carmine-treated mica titanium, fish scale foil, titanium dioxide-coated glass powder, and resin-laminated powder, organic pigment particulate materials such as red 201, red 202, red 205, red 226, red 228, orange 203, orange 204, blue 404, and yellow 401, organic pigment particulate materials such as red 3, red 104, red 106, red 205, yellow 4, yellow 5, green 3, blue 1, zirconium, barium, or aluminum lake, or metal-coated fine particles such as aluminum powder, gold powder, silver powder, titanium dioxide-coated titanium oxide, orange-coated titanium oxide, and zinc sulfate-coated fine silica particles, and composite fine particles containing at least 2 kinds of oxygen-containing mica, and zinc oxide fine particles can be used as required. They may be surface-treated with 1 or 2 or more kinds of fluorine-based compounds, silicone-based compounds, metal soaps, lecithins, hydrogenated lecithins, collagen, hydrocarbons, higher fatty acids, higher alcohols, esters, waxes, surfactants, and the like. Among them, surface treatment with a fluorine-based compound, a silicone-based compound, or the like is preferably used because it is not easily incorporated even with sweat or sebum. Iron oxides are preferably used based on compatibility with other components, and may be, for example, a combination of CI 77492, CI 77491, CI 77891, CI 77499, and CI 15850. The amount of the oil-soluble coloring agent to be blended in the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention is not particularly limited, but is preferably 5 to 10% by weight, and within this range, satisfactory effects can be obtained from the viewpoint of excellent coloring properties and no compatibility with moisture such as tears and sebum. It has also been unexpectedly found that the combination of the first particulate material and the oil-soluble colorant helps to improve the extensibility of a cosmetic film formed from the cosmetic composition, is easy to make up uniformly, has a natural make-up effect, does not cake or mottle in color, and also enables a longer lasting make-up because the first particulate material can effectively adsorb oil secreted from the skin.
The second particulate material (including disteardimonium hectorite obtained by surface coating isododecane, synthetic fluorophlogopite obtained by surface coating triethoxyoctylsiloxane, and methyl alkylated silica) used in the cosmetic composition according to the present invention and the first particulate material are mixed in a mass ratio of 1:4-7, preferably 1:4.2 to 6.4, the composition can provide excellent effects in terms of usability and feeling of use, in addition to good adhesion to the skin and good cosmetic retention.
In the present invention, both the first particulate material and the second particulate material are subjected to the surface coating treatment, and the method for performing the surface coating treatment on these particulate materials is not particularly limited, and a generally known treatment method can be used. Specifically, there may be mentioned a method of directly mixing with the particulate material (dry treatment method), a method using a solvent such as ethanol, isopropyl alcohol, n-hexane, benzene or toluene (wet method), a gas phase method, a mechanochemical method and the like. The following methods are preferred: the surface-coated particulate material having a more homogeneous texture and an excellent feeling in use can be produced by dissolving the coating material in a volatile hydrocarbon oil such as hexane or isoparaffin, mixing the resulting solution with the particulate material base material, drying the resulting mixture to remove the solvent, and then pulverizing the dried mixture. The pulverization method is also not particularly limited. The coating amount of the first particulate material and the second particulate material is not particularly limited, but is preferably 0.1 to 8wt% in the surface-coating-treated particulate material.
Examples of the oil-soluble skin conditioning agent used in the cosmetic composition provided by the present invention include vitamins, anti-inflammatory agents, crude drugs, and the like, as long as the oil-soluble component is generally used in cosmetics. Examples of the vitamins include vitamin a oils, vitamin a compounds such as retinol, retinol acetate and retinol palmitate, vitamin B2 compounds such as riboflavin, riboflavin butyrate and flavin adenine nucleotide, vitamin B6 compounds such as pyridoxine hydrochloride and pyridoxine dioctanoate, pantothenic acids such as L-ascorbic acid, L-ascorbyl dipalmitate, L-ascorbic acid-2-sodium sulfate and di-potassium phosphate diester of dl- α -tocopherol-L-ascorbic acid, pantothenic acids such as calcium pantothenate, D-panthenol, panthenyl ethyl ether and acetyl panthenyl ethyl ether, vitamin D compounds such as ergocalciferol and cholecalciferol, nicotinic acids such as nicotinic acid, benzyl nicotinate and nicotinamide, vitamin E compounds such as dl- α -phenol, dl- α -tocopherol acetate, dl- α -tocopherol nicotinate and dl- α -tocopherol succinate, vitamin P and biotin.
