Description

Massage cushion with inflation and deflation effects
The present application is divided into separate application cases by the parent application of the invention patent with the application date of 2020-10-13 and the application number of 202011092989.5, which is named as 'a massage cushion with inflation and deflation effect and a manufacturing method thereof'.
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of living appliances, in particular to a massage cushion with inflation and deflation effects.
Background
In modern working modes, people are used to work by sitting in front of a computer. Long-term sedentariness brings some side effects, such as acne, and also increases the risk of cardiovascular diseases and malignant tumors. Especially, some patients who are inconvenient to move can only sit or lie in bed for a long time, and the static behavior causes poor blood circulation and muscle atrophy. In order to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients, people design various massage cushions.
At present, the massage cushion has two main massage modes, one is that the massage cushion acts on the human body through mechanical action, such as balls, vibrating bars and the like, so as to generate massage effect; secondly, the air cushion is repeatedly inflated and deflated through air, so that the air cushion is gradually raised and lowered, and a massage effect is generated.
The first mode has a complex structure and high use cost, is generally arranged in medical or special places, provides services for people and is unacceptable for common consumers. The second mode is low in price, but the yield is not large due to the problems of production and manufacturing at present, and most of the modes are concentrated on a disposable inflation and deflation structure, so that the massage effect is difficult to achieve.
For example, patent CN204106421U discloses an inflatable bedsore rehabilitation cushion, which is based on the principle that an inflatable cushion is arranged on or under the cushion body inside the bedsore rehabilitation cushion core, the lying comfort of the bedsore patient is increased through the support of the air in the inflatable cushion, and the friction between the bedsore part and the bedsore rehabilitation cushion is reduced; meanwhile, the isolation belt which is parallel or vertical to the existing latex massage tube is arranged on the inflatable cushion, so that the surface of the inflatable cushion after being inflated has convex-concave feeling and has certain massage effect on the skin; an inflating device is added, and the inflating device can adopt a manual inflating bag or a small electric pump.
The patent is to inflate the air cushion by an inflating device, and massage the human body by utilizing the convex-concave points on the surface of the inflated air cushion. However, this patent has some disadvantages: the convex and concave points on the surface of the inflated air cushion are fixed even when the air cushion is pressed, and local blood unsmooth can still be caused to a long-time sitting and lying person.
Also, for example, patent CN209004624U discloses an inflatable health-care massage cushion, which comprises an upper cushion body and a lower cushion body, wherein the upper cushion body and the lower cushion body are tightly attached, upper air bags are uniformly distributed on the surface of the upper cushion body, adjacent upper air bags are connected through a first air passage, every two upper air bags form a first convection air chamber inside, a first sealing gap is formed outside the adjacent upper air bags, lower air bags are uniformly distributed on the surface of the lower cushion body, and the adjacent lower air bags are connected through a second air passage. The patent takes the air flow among the air bags as the basis of massage, when one part of the air bags are pressed, the air in the air bags can escape into the air bags without air under the pressure, thereby generating high and low effects to achieve the massage effect. However, the first air passage and the second air passage of the massage seat cushion have complicated structures and high manufacturing costs.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is as follows: provides a massage cushion with simple structure and aeration and deflation effect.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the technical scheme that: a massage cushion with inflation and deflation effects comprises a massage cushion body and a control box, wherein the control box is connected to the massage cushion body through a gas pipe, two inflation and deflation units are arranged on the massage cushion body, each inflation and deflation unit consists of a gas channel and a plurality of air bags, the gas channels are connected with the gas pipe, and the gas channels directly connect and communicate the air bags together for inflation and deflation; the gas channel comprises a first gas path and at least one second gas path connected with the first gas path, and the first gas path is L-shaped or inverted L-shaped; the second air passage of one air inflation unit is parallel to and staggered with the second air passage of the other air inflation unit.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the massage cushion with the inflation and deflation effect has the characteristics of simple structure and low manufacturing cost, the air channels are arranged to directly connect the air bags and penetrate the air bags together for inflation and deflation, and the distance between the two adjacent air bags on the first air path and the second air path is equal; the second air passage of one air inflation unit and the second air passage of the other air inflation unit are arranged in parallel and in a staggered manner, so that the structure of an air passage of the air inflation and deflation units is simplified, and the manufacturing cost is reduced; and two air inflation and deflation units are arranged to independently perform air inflation and deflation, so that a dynamic structure with staggered heights is achieved, effective massage is formed, and good ventilation and massage effects are achieved.

In particular, the control box 3 is a control mechanism for inflating or deflating the massage mattress under the driving of the power supply, which is not the core content of the present invention and can be realized by the prior art. The control box shown in the figure is only one implementation way of the invention, is not the only implementation way, and can also be implemented by other ways, such as an electric air pump, as long as the control box can be inflated and deflated under the driving of a power supply. Of course, for the power supply part, the invention adopts the prior art, the power supply can adopt 220V commercial power, and then the commercial power is converted into 22V and 24V for use, or into 5V and 12V, and direct current power supplies such as a charger and a battery can also be directly adopted.
Fig. 7-9 show a second embodiment of the present invention, in which the massage pad needs to be made larger for special needs, and in this case, the massage pad can be designed into several small pieces, and these small pieces of massage pad can be made separately and then spliced after making. As shown in the figure, the periphery of the massage cushion is sewed with a zipper, and a plurality of pieces of massage cushions are combined together in a zipper mode, thereby forming the massage cushion with a relatively large area.
Fig. 7 shows a combination of 3 pieces of massage cushions, in this case, the control box 3 is provided with three air pipes 2 for inflation and deflation, each air pipe 2 comprises 2 air pipes, and the inflation and deflation are respectively performed for two inflation and deflation units of the massage cushion.
At this time, the zipper is sewn on the outer side of the lower pad surface 121, that is, the outer side of the air passage 113, so as to ensure that the massage pads can be connected together without affecting the functions of the original massage pads.
And the four sides of the massage cushion can be sewed with zippers for connection.
The massage mattress having the basic structure is the same as that shown in fig. 1, and the lower mattress body 121 is also provided with the air holes 122 and the air nozzles 123 shown in fig. 1 as shown in fig. 9.
In other implementations, the massage cushions can be combined without being limited to 3 pieces, and more than 2 pieces of massage cushions can be combined.
Fig. 10 and 11 show three and four embodiments of the present invention, which are different application modes of the massage mat. Fig. 10 is a structural view of a lower cushion body applied as a mattress, and fig. 11 is a schematic view of a sofa cushion applied as a sofa cushion. This approach may also be applied in wheelchairs. In these two figures, only the massage mattress body 1, the control box 3 and the air pipe 2 are shown for convenience of illustration. This means that the massage mat body 1 can be formed into a strip shape as shown in fig. 10 to be used as a mattress, or can be formed into a small square shape as shown in fig. 11 to be used as a sofa mat or a wheelchair mat.
Figure 12 is a schematic view of a fifth implementation of the invention applied as a seat cushion. In this embodiment, the basic structure of the massage mattress is the same as that shown in fig. 1, and the control box 3 and the air pipe 2 have the same structure, so that only the structure of the upper mattress surface 111 of the massage mattress body 1 is shown. The difference lies in the different arrangement of the air charging and discharging unit.
The upper cushion surface 111 is provided with two inflation and deflation units, wherein each inflation and deflation unit is composed of a gas channel 113 and a plurality of air bags 112, for the convenience of inflation, the edge part of the upper cushion surface 111 is divided into two inflation and deflation units and is provided with two gas channels 113 (the gas channels 113 are L-shaped and inverted L-shaped), and the gas channels 113 connect and penetrate the air bags together for inflation and deflation; the two air charging and discharging units are distinguished by blank and filling, the unit filled with black is one air charging and discharging unit, and the unit not filled with blank display is the other air charging and discharging unit; the air bags of the two inflation and deflation units are horizontally arranged, and the air bags of the filled inflation and deflation units and the air bags of the blank inflation and deflation units are arranged in a staggered manner. That is, the air bags of different air inflation and deflation units are horizontally staggered, so that when the air bags 112 of the two air inflation and deflation units work, the air bags 112 of the two air inflation and deflation units alternately bulge and sink, and the air bags at different positions alternately act, thereby achieving the effects of ventilation and massage.
Fig. 13 shows another mode of the invention applied to a seat cushion, which is a schematic view of a sixth mode of the invention. In this embodiment, the basic structure of the massage mattress is the same as that shown in fig. 12, and the control box 3 and the air supply pipe 2 are the same, so that only the structure of the upper mattress surface 111 of the massage mattress body 1 is shown. The difference is in the arrangement of the gas channels 113.
The upper cushion surface 111 is also provided with two inflation and deflation units, wherein each inflation and deflation unit is composed of a gas channel 113 and a plurality of air bags 112, and the gas channels 113 directly connect the air bags 112 and penetrate together for inflation and deflation; the two air charging and discharging units are distinguished by blank and filling, one air charging and discharging unit is filled with black, and the other air charging and discharging unit is displayed without filling the blank; the air bags of the two inflation and deflation units are horizontally arranged, and the air bags of the filled inflation and deflation units and the air bags of the blank inflation and deflation units are arranged in a staggered manner.
The modification of this embodiment is that it is not necessary to design the gas passage 113 in the edge region of the upper cushion surface 111, but it is directly combined with the gas passage 113 and the airbag 112.
In detail, as can be seen from fig. 13 without any doubt, the two inflation and deflation units are distributed in a central symmetry manner, the gas channel of each inflation and deflation unit includes a first gas path and at least one second gas path connected to the first gas path, the first gas path penetrates through the air bags located at the outermost edges of a group of adjacent edges of the upper cushion surface, the first gas paths of the two inflation and deflation units surround the upper cushion surface to form a surrounding area, and the second gas paths are located in the surrounding area; the second air passage of one air inflation unit is parallel to and staggered with the second air passage of the other air inflation unit; optionally, the distance between two adjacent air bags on the first air path and the second air path may be set according to actual application requirements, and in this embodiment, the distance between two adjacent air bags on the first air path and the second air path is equal.
Specifically, the first air path comprises a first side and a second side which are connected, wherein the first side of the first air path of one of the inflation and deflation units is parallel to the first side of the first air path of the other inflation and deflation unit; the second edge of the first air path of one of the air inflation and deflation units is parallel to the second edge of the first air path of the other air inflation and deflation unit; in one of the inflation and deflation units, the included angle formed between the second air path and the first edge and the included angle formed between the second air path and the second edge are equal to the included angle formed between the first edge and the second edge.
Fig. 14 is a schematic diagram of a seventh implementation manner of the invention. In this embodiment, the massage mattress is applied as a mattress, and the basic structure thereof is the same as that shown in fig. 1, and the control box 3 and the air pipe 2 are also the same, but in this embodiment, only the structure of the massage mattress body 1 is shown because the massage mattress body is used in combination.
As shown in the figure, in a specific situation, a certain height of support is needed for a human body or an object needing massage, when two massage cushion bodies 1 are combined, the lower cushion surfaces of the two massage cushion bodies 1 are attached and fixed together, the upper cushion surface faces outwards, and the air bag 112 is exposed in a protruding way, so that a double-layer mattress is formed, the height of the massage cushion can be effectively increased, and the massage amplitude is larger.
Two air inflation and deflation units can be arranged according to the above embodiments, or more than two air inflation and deflation units can be designed according to actual conditions, such as three air inflation and deflation units and four air inflation and deflation units (which meet special requirements, such as massage mattresses); however, the core of the massage cushion is that two or more air inflation and deflation units are necessarily arranged, so that the effective massage effect can be generated under the condition of asynchronous air inflation and deflation.
The air channel can be arranged on the edge of the massage cushion independently, or can be directly combined with the air bag, so long as the air channel can be connected with and run through the air bag, and the air bag can be inflated and deflated.
Of course, the double-layer structure can also be applied to the scenes of seat cushions, wheelchair cushions, sofa cushions, pillow cushions and the like.
The air bags can be constructed in a plurality of air bags with the same size as shown in the above embodiments, or air bags with different sizes can be arranged according to needs, as shown in fig. 15, which is a schematic diagram of an eighth implementation manner shown in the present invention, and the implementation manner is to use a pillow mat as an implementation object.
In order to achieve effective support of the head of a human body, the size of the air cells 112 in the pillow mat is different according to the designed position, for example, the air cells 112 at both sides are larger than the air cells 112 at the middle position, especially corresponding to the position of the neck, and the air cells are provided with a large air cell in a strip shape to support the neck.
Similarly, this implementation also adopts a mode of dual air passages 113, in which both air passages 113 are disposed on the upper cushion surface 111, and the lower cushion surface 111 is used for disposing the air holes 122 and the air nozzles 123.
The whole shape of the massage cushion can be determined by the use scene, the regular geometric shapes such as a square, a triangle, a regular polygon and the like are not required to be strictly installed, and the massage cushion can also be made into a shape which is similar to a heart, a star, a cartoon animal and the like and has individuation so as to meet the requirements of users.
In a word, the invention inflates the air bags by designing the plurality of air passages, so that the connected air bags are not communicated with each other, and thus, when the massage cushion works by electrifying, the adjacent air bags are alternately inflated and deflated, and the adjacent air bags are alternately raised and depressed to form a dynamic staggered structure, thereby relieving muscular soreness of the pressed part of the body, accelerating the blood circulation of the body and achieving the effects of ventilation and alternate massage.
And, the gasbag can set up different shapes, not equidimension and height position, satisfies multiple demand to improve user's comfort level, and aerify, lose heart and all go on through remote control, the operation degree of difficulty is low, labour saving and time saving, and the inflation volume can freely be adjusted, accurate control according to user's demand.
The invention can be realized in various forms of mattresses, sofa cushions, wheelchair cushions, seat cushions, pillow cushions, waist cushions and the like, and can correspondingly adjust the types, shapes, sizes, heights and the like of applied massage cushions in applied places.
The above description is only for the preferred embodiment of the present invention, but the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto, and any person skilled in the art should be able to cover the technical solutions and the inventive concepts of the present invention within the technical scope of the present invention.
