The instant food as set forth in claim 7, which is an essential nutrient for human body, comprising: the amino acid powder comprises 10% of L-histidine, 8% of L-isoleucine, 3% of L-valine, 12% of L-leucine, 10% of L-lysine, 12% of L-phenylalanine, 4% of L-tryptophan, 3% of L-methionine, 7% of L-threonine, 8% of alpha-aminoacetic acid and 23% of flavoring agent.
