Furthermore, in other embodiments, the number of stirring claws 90 may be 5, 6, etc., and the shape of the stirring claws 90 may be bucket-shaped.

Further, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the coal slurry drying device further includes an air outlet pipe 50 extending into the protective cover 150. Here, in some other embodiments, the spoiler 160 may be replaced by a helical blade (e.g., a blade structure of a conventional agitator), which guides the discharging material in the forward rotation and prevents the coal slurry from overflowing in the reverse rotation, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
In order to accelerate the air flow in the drum 10 and achieve the purpose of rapidly taking away the evaporated moisture inside the drum 10, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, an exhaust fan 51 may be disposed at an end of the air outlet pipe 50 away from the protective cover 150.
In the embodiment of this disclosure, can be provided with temperature sensor and humidity transducer in the tuber pipe 50, can learn the degree of drying of coal slime in the cylinder 10 at any time through humidity transducer, can adjust foretell heating member in order to keep the inside constant temperature of cylinder 10 in real time through temperature transducer. The present disclosure does not limit the location of the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor, for example, in other embodiments, the temperature sensor and the humidity sensor may be directly disposed inside the drum 10.
In order to prevent the dust generated by the coal slurry drying device from polluting the air, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the coal slurry drying device may further include a second sealing box 130 serving as an outer shield (i.e., the outermost side of the whole coal slurry drying device is a second sealing box 130, and all other components are disposed in the second sealing box 130), one end of the air outlet pipe 50 away from the shield 150 extends out of the second sealing box 130, and one end of the fan 60 away from the air inlet pipe 40 extends out of the second sealing box 130. Therefore, the dust generated by the device can be completely retained in the second seal box 130, and the air pollution is avoided.
Further, in order to uniformly collect the dust in the second hermetic container 130, referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments, the second hermetic container 130 may further be provided with a dust remover 140, and the dust remover 140 is used for collecting the dust inside the second hermetic container 130.
Referring to fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, a position of the second seal box 130 adjacent to the first gate 151 may be provided with an openable and closable seal door 131. The sealing door is used for being opened when needing to feed in raw material or safety inspection, closes in order to guarantee safety when stoving work goes on.
In order to discharge the coal slurry from the front end of the drum 10 when the drying of the coal slurry is completed, referring to fig. 1, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the mounting bracket 20 further includes a carrying plate 23 for carrying the drum 10, and a plurality of support legs 180 are disposed below the carrying plate 23, wherein at least a portion of the support legs 180 are configured to be height-adjustable. Here, in the embodiment of the present disclosure, the configuration of the plurality of legs 180 near the front end is height-adjustable, and the height thereof is lowered when discharging is required, so that the loading plate 23 is inclined to be lower right and higher left, and the drum 10 above the loading plate 23 is in a state that the front end is tilted downward to facilitate discharging. In addition, in some other embodiments, the position of the plurality of support legs 180 near the rear end may be configured to be adjustable in height, and when the material needs to be discharged, the right end of the drum 10 may be tilted downward by adjusting the height, which is not limited by the present disclosure.
The present disclosure is not limited to implementations in which the height of the leg 180 is adjustable. For example, in embodiments of the present disclosure, the foot 180 may include a pneumatic cylinder, with the adjustment of the height of the foot 180 being accomplished by the pneumatic cylinder. In addition, in some other embodiments, the leg 180 may be a lead screw structure through which the height adjustment is achieved.
In order to drive the drum 10 to rotate, referring to fig. 1, in an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first driving mechanism 30 may include a first motor 31, a reducer 32 connected to the first motor 31, and a gear 33 connected to the reducer 32, and an outer circumference of the drum 10 near the front end is provided with a ring gear 34 engaged with the gear 33. On one hand, the gear 33 can be matched with the gear ring 34 to drive the gear ring 34 to rotate, so as to drive the drum 10 to rotate, and on the other hand, the gear 33 can also play a role of supporting the front end of the drum 10.
In order to facilitate understanding of the technical solution, the following describes the whole working process of the coal slurry drying device with reference to fig. 1, specifically:
firstly, the sealing door 131 is opened, then the first gate 151 on the protective cover 150 is opened, coal slime is fed into the drum 10, the sealing door 131 and the first gate 151 are closed, the second driving mechanism 100 drives the second pipe section 42 to rotate, the first driving mechanism 30 drives the drum 10 to rotate relative to the mounting frame 20, the rotation directions of the second pipe section 42 and the drum 10 are opposite, meanwhile, the fan 60 sends hot air into the second pipe section 42 and then discharges the hot air into the drum 10 from the air port 421, the temperature in the drum 10 is kept at a constant temperature of 40 ℃ by matching with the heating wires to dry the coal slime, the exhaust fan 51 is started to discharge the hot air in the drum 10, after the humidity sensor detects that the humidity reaches a standard, the fan 60 and the heating wires 80 are stopped, the discharging vehicle is placed under the hopper 170, the second pipe section 42 and the drum 10 are controlled to rotate in the same direction (dust is not easy to be raised and can also help to discharge), the control support foot 180 enables the bearing plate 23 and the drum 10 to be in an inclined state (the front end is low and the rear end is high), and the coal slime enters the charging vehicle along the hopper 170, wherein, the sealing door 131 is opened and the discharging operation is checked, and the discharging operation is closed.
The preferred embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings, however, the present disclosure is not limited to the specific details of the above embodiments, and various simple modifications may be made to the technical solution of the present disclosure within the technical idea of the present disclosure, and these simple modifications all belong to the protection scope of the present disclosure.
It should be noted that, in the foregoing embodiments, various features described in the above embodiments may be combined in any suitable manner, and in order to avoid unnecessary repetition, various combinations that are possible in the present disclosure are not described again.
In addition, any combination of various embodiments of the present disclosure may be made, and the same should be considered as the disclosure of the present disclosure, as long as it does not depart from the spirit of the present disclosure.
Claims (17)
1. The utility model provides a coal slime drying device which characterized in that includes:
the roller is used for containing coal slime, the central axis of the roller is horizontally arranged, and an opening is formed at the front end of the roller;
the mounting rack is used for movably mounting the roller;
the first driving mechanism is used for driving the roller to rotate around the central axis of the roller relative to the mounting frame;
the fan blows air into the roller through the air inlet pipe; and
and a heating member for heating a space inside the drum.
2. The coal slime drying device of claim 1, further comprising a first seal box covering the outside of the drum, wherein the heating member comprises a heating wire disposed between the drum and the first seal box.
3. The coal slime drying device of claim 2, wherein the first seal box and the heating wire are respectively fixed on the mounting frame, and the heating wire is configured as a long strip parallel to the central axis of the drum.
4. The coal slurry drying device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the heating member comprises a heater disposed at an outlet end of the fan or in the air inlet pipe.
5. The coal slime drying device of claim 1, wherein the air inlet pipe extends from the rear end to the front end of the air inlet pipe along the central axis of the drum, and an air port is formed in the side wall of the air inlet pipe positioned in the drum, wherein a plurality of stirring claws extending radially outwards are arranged at intervals along the axial direction of the part of the air inlet pipe positioned in the drum.
6. The coal slime drying device of claim 5, wherein an end of the air inlet pipe near the front end of the drum is configured as a closed structure, and the air opening is opened at a position of the air inlet pipe near the rear end of the drum.
7. The coal slime drying device of claim 5, wherein two adjacent stirring claws extend in opposite directions.
8. The coal slime drying device of claim 5, wherein the mounting bracket comprises a second bearing and a support seat for supporting the second bearing, an inner ring of the second bearing is sleeved on the periphery of the air inlet pipe, and a mounting hole for being sleeved on an outer ring of the second bearing is formed in the rear end face of the roller;
the air inlet pipe is characterized in that a first bearing and a bearing mounting frame used for mounting the first bearing are arranged at the position, close to the front end, inside the roller, and the position, close to the front end, of the air inlet pipe extends into an inner ring of the first bearing.
9. The coal slime drying device of claim 5, wherein the air inlet pipe comprises a first pipe section and a second pipe section which are connected in a relatively rotatable manner, the second pipe section partially extends into the roller, the first pipe section is connected with the fan, and the coal slime drying device further comprises a second driving mechanism for driving the second pipe section to rotate relative to the first pipe section.

The coal slime drying device of claim 1, further comprising a protective cover movably connected to the front end of the roller to form a closed space, one side of the protective cover, which is far away from the roller, is provided with a first gate capable of being opened and closed, the roller is opposite to the protective cover, and the protective cover further comprises an air outlet pipe extending into the protective cover.
11. The coal slime drying device of claim 10, wherein a hopper is disposed near a lower portion of the shield to collect the coal slime discharged from the drum.
12. The coal slurry drying apparatus as set forth in claim 11, wherein a spoiler is provided inside the drum near the front end to prevent the coal slurry from overflowing the front end of the drum when it follows the drum to rotate in one direction and to guide the coal slurry to be discharged from the front end of the drum and into the hopper when it follows the drum to rotate in the other direction.
13. The coal slime drying device of claim 11, wherein an exhaust fan is disposed at an end of the air outlet pipe away from the protective cover.
14. The coal slime drying device of claim 11, wherein a temperature sensor and a humidity sensor are arranged in the air outlet pipe.
15. The coal slime drying device of claim 11, further comprising a second seal box used as an outer shield, the air outlet pipe is far away from one end of the shield cover extends out of the second seal box, the fan is far away from one end of the air inlet pipe extends out of the second seal box, the position of the second seal box, which is close to the first gate, is provided with a switchable sealing door.
16. The coal slime drying apparatus of claim 1, wherein the mounting rack further comprises a carrying plate for carrying the drum, a plurality of support legs are disposed below the carrying plate, wherein at least some of the support legs are configured to be height adjustable.
17. The coal slime drying device of claim 1, wherein the first driving mechanism comprises a first motor, a speed reducer connected with the first motor, and a gear connected with the speed reducer, and a gear ring matched with the gear is arranged on the periphery of the drum close to the front end.
