The existing casting and fishing tool is designed mechanically, the structure of the existing casting and fishing tool is fixed between the slip and the fish, and the casting and fishing control part is extruded with the wall surface to often cause larger friction and damage, and the risk of blocking can be caused by the fact that normal releasing is not carried out when the fishing fails, so that the fishing operation is further complicated.
