The preparation method of the cat litter taking the untreated hemp stalk core powder and the corn starch as the main raw materials comprises the following steps:
(1) And (3) taking the waste hemp stem cores, carrying out ball milling for 2h by using a ball mill at the grinding speed of 600rpm, and sieving by using a 200-mesh sieve to obtain the hemp stem core powder with uniform particle size.
(2) And (2) stirring the hemp stalk core powder with uniform particle size obtained in the step (1), corn starch, calcium carbonate, nano bentonite, guar gum, xanthan gum and water-absorbent resin for 10min by a high-speed mixer at the rotating speed of 400rpm, and uniformly mixing to obtain the cat litter coarse mixture. Commercially available cat litter is purchased, and the purchased cat litter is tofu cat litter which mainly comprises bean dregs and starch and has the purity of 99%. The odor, hardness, color, antibacterial effect, deodorizing property, water absorption rate, rapid water absorption time, caking property, dust-free rate were measured, and the results are shown in table 1.

Claims (10)

1. A preparation method of modified hemp stalk core powder is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) Uniformly mixing the hemp stalk core powder with an alkali solution, stirring for 1-2h at 40-60 ℃ under a closed condition, then washing with water to be neutral, filtering and drying to obtain alkali-treated hemp stalk core powder;
(2) Uniformly mixing the obtained alkali-treated hemp stalk core powder with an alcohol solution, then adding a titanate coupling agent accounting for 8-12% of the mass of the alkali-treated hemp stalk core powder, and stirring and reacting for 4-6 hours at 70-90 ℃ under a sealed condition; and washing the mixture obtained by the reaction with water or ethanol, filtering and drying to obtain the hemp stalk core powder modified by the titanate coupling agent.

The production method according to claim 1, characterized in that: the mass ratio of the hemp stalk core powder used in the step (1) to the alkali solution is 1 (10-20); the alkali solution is one of sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide or potassium hydroxide water solution, and the mass percentage is 3-7%.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein: the mass ratio of the alkali-treated hemp stalk core powder to the alcoholic solution used in the step (2) is 1 (10-20), and the volume ratio of alcohol to water in the alcoholic solution is (3-5): 1.
