本发明公开了一种椎板间稳定机构,包括设置在两个椎板之间的稳定支撑体、用于固定两个椎板的捆绑组件,所述稳定支撑体包括前端部和后端部,所述前端部与所述后端部之间通过中部连接体连接,所述前端部设置有涂层或粘片,所述后端部设置有辅助夹持机构,所述稳定支撑体为弹性体。本发明的有益效果是,本技术方案的稳定支撑体,结构设计巧妙,实用性较强,可以在锥板间弹性承受重量,它的椎板支撑靠近I.A.R,可以比其他棘突间装置更好地减压和矫正脊柱前凸,同时它是一种动态的稳定系统,考虑到了脊柱节段的轴向运动,仿生性强,恢复了节段的自然运动,提高了手术治疗的效果,手术简单,提高了手术治疗的便捷性,降低了手术治疗的风险。

技术领域
本发明涉及椎板间稳定组件技术领域,特别是一种椎板间稳定机构。
背景技术
关节融合或关节固定术是缓解由于关节退化和/或关节炎所造成的疼痛的常见方法,关节融合涉及诱导关节中两个原本可移动的骨头之间的骨头生长,其通过固定和稳定关节来缓解疼痛,通常将关节融合在其最有功能性的位置,踝关节、腕关节、手指关节、脚趾关节和脊椎关节都是可融合以缓解与不稳定的、退化的关节相关的疼痛的实例。
脊柱运动节段由两个毗邻的脊椎体、插入的椎间盘以及相连的韧带、肌肉、骨实和面关节组成,椎间盘由脊柱表面的终板、软内核(称为髓核)以及周向环绕核并将椎骨连接在一起的环状纤维韧带组成,在正常的椎间盘中,髓核对所施加的载荷进行缓冲,从而保护脊柱运动节段的其他部分,正常椎间盘中的髓核通过向外凸起抵靠脊椎终板和纤维环来对压力起反应,纤维环由胶原纤维和较少量的弹性纤维组成,两者均有效地承受张力,然而,纤维环本身不能极有效地耐受压力和剪切力。
现阶段的腰椎退变性疾病的手术治疗方案包括传统椎弓根钉内固定术、椎间融合、非融合性棘突间弹性固定等,虽然脊柱融合术或内固定手术作为腰椎手术治疗的金标准,但其邻近节段退变发生率高等并发症引起广泛关注,棘突间撑开器也并不完美,棘突骨折风险高、撑开效果有限,植入物松动或疲劳失效等问题也相继出现,为此,需要设计一种椎板间稳定机构。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种椎板间稳定机构。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种椎板间稳定机构,包括设置在两个椎板之间的稳定支撑体、用于固定两个椎板的捆绑组件,所述稳定支撑体包括前端部和后端部,所述前端部与所述后端部之间通过中部连接体连接,所述前端部设置有涂层或粘片,所述后端部设置有辅助夹持机构。
作为本技术方案的进一步描述,所述稳定支撑体为弹性体。
作为本技术方案的进一步描述,所述捆绑组件包括用于固定两个锥板的捆绑扁线,或设置在锥板上的辅助捆绑板,两个所述辅助捆绑板上设置有捆绑扁线。
作为本技术方案的进一步描述,所述前端部设置有第一固定组件,所述第一固定组件内设置有涂层或粘片。

相对于传统融合手术,该手术方式及其装置具有避免神经根接触,防止医源性神经损伤,植入时无需透视定位,避免手术医生放射性损伤,无需二次手术取出植入物,无植入物断裂风险等明显优势。

首先说明本发明的设计初衷,现阶段的腰椎退变性疾病的手术治疗方案包括传统椎弓根钉内固定术、椎间融合、非融合性棘突间弹性固定等,虽然脊柱融合术或内固定手术作为腰椎手术治疗的金标准,但其邻近节段退变发生率高等并发症引起广泛关注,棘突间撑开器也并不完美,棘突骨折风险高、植入物松动或疲劳失效等问题也相继出现,因此,本发明设计了一种椎板间稳定机构。
下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1-图5所示,一种椎板间稳定机构,包括设置在两个椎板之间的稳定支撑体1、用于固定两个椎板的捆绑组件2,
下面将详细介绍稳定支撑体1,所述稳定支撑体1为弹性体,所述稳定支撑体1包括前端部3和后端部4,所述前端部3与所述后端部4之间通过中部连接体5连接,在所述前端部3设置有涂层或粘片,在所述后端部4设置有辅助夹持机构6。
下面将详细介绍前端部3,所述前端部3设置有第一固定组件9,所述第一固定组件9内设置有涂层或粘片,所述第一固定组件9包括设置在前端部3的第一限位凹槽10,所述第一限位凹槽10内设置有涂层或粘片,所述涂层为防水涂层,所述粘片为生物相容性好的高分子材料。
下面将详细介绍辅助夹持机构6,所述辅助夹持机构6包括设置在后端部4的辅助夹持槽11,所述辅助夹持槽11截面为半圆形、锥形、开放式方形。
中部连接体5用于前端部3和后端部4,下面将详细介绍中部连接体5,为了便于辅助支撑锥板,在所述中部连接体5上方一体成型有辅助支撑块12,为了便于将弹性体压缩后放入椎板之间,在所述中部连接体5的中部设置有辅助压缩孔13,辅助支撑块12的后凸部分可阻止中部连接体5往前运动。
所述捆绑组件2包括用于固定两个锥板的捆绑扁线7,或设置在锥板上的辅助捆绑板8,两个所述辅助捆绑板8上设置有捆绑扁线7。
如果棘上韧带无法保留,为防止脊柱的前屈运动,导致该部件移位,松动,可在椎板间设置捆绑扁线7,并打结或通过锁扣的方式固定,捆绑扁线7是高分子材料的,生物相容性良好,或者通过辅助捆绑板8加扁线的方式固定,辅助捆绑板8的形状是为解剖形,与椎板形状吻合,材料是生物相容性的。

1.一种椎板间稳定机构,其特征在于,包括设置在两个椎板之间的稳定支撑体(1)、用于固定两个椎板的捆绑组件(2),所述稳定支撑体(1)包括前端部(3)和后端部(4),所述前端部(3)与所述后端部(4)之间通过中部连接体(5)连接,所述前端部(3)设置有涂层或粘片,所述后端部(4)设置有辅助夹持机构(6)。
