Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the subjects of fine chemistry, physical chemistry, colloid, interfacial chemistry and the like, in particular to a high-efficiency compound surfactant of micro-emulsified diesel oil and a preparation process thereof.
Background
The surfactant is a substance which is active on the surface and the interface and has extremely high surface and interface tension reducing capacity and efficiency, and can form a molecular ordered assembly in a solution with certain concentration, so that the surfactant has a series of application functions.
The surfactant is also called emulsifier, is not composed of a substance, is not universal, and can form synergistic effect by compounding the surfactant, so that the mutual or matched use of the surfactant and other compounds is called compounding, namely different types of surfactants are artificially mixed, and the performance of the obtained mixture is more excellent than that of the original single component, namely the effect of '1 +1 > 2' is usually obtained, so that various performances of the surfactant can be improved and improved.
The diesel oil is a light petroleum product, a complex hydrocarbon (the carbon number is about 10-22) mixture and is diesel engine fuel, and the diesel oil is mainly prepared by blending diesel oil fractions produced in the processes of crude oil distillation, catalytic cracking, thermal cracking, hydrocracking, petroleum coking and the like; the diesel oil can be also prepared by processing shale oil and liquefying coal, and is divided into two categories of light diesel oil (the boiling point range is about 180-370 ℃) and heavy diesel oil (the boiling point range is about 350-410 ℃), which are widely used for large vehicles, railway locomotives and ships.
The diesel oil and water are two substances which are not mutually soluble, and there is very large interfacial tension between them, so that the area of oil-water two phases is reduced as much as possible, and the system can be minimized, so that two layers of oil-water are formed.
The combustion of the micro-emulsified diesel oil can generate a 'micro-explosion' effect, and the micro-emulsified diesel oil atomizes the diesel oil atomized particles into finer oil particles for the second time, so that the specific surface area of the oil particles contacted with air is increased by times, the combustion speed is accelerated, the flame strength is improved, meanwhile, water vapor and carbon generate water-gas reaction at high temperature, the effective conversion efficiency of the heat value of the fuel oil is correspondingly improved, the actual consumption and cost of the fuel are reduced, the emission of pollutants or gases in the flue gas is also controlled, and the atmospheric environment is protected.
At present, most researches are carried out on the diesel oil water-mixing emulsification technology at home and abroad, and certain progress is made, but the phenomena of high temperature, easy demulsification, short storage time, low oil-saving rate and the like appear in the using process, the diesel oil water-mixing emulsification lacks practical application guidance, and the key factor is to select the high-efficiency compound surfactant to ensure that the microemulsified diesel oil is more stable and has good effect.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome and solve the existing defects, the invention provides an efficient compound surfactant for micro-emulsified diesel oil and a preparation process thereof.
The compound surfactant with good emulsification effect and stability is screened out by adopting an HLB value method, and the optimal emulsifier proportion and the type of the auxiliary additive are determined by researching and comparing the stability and the emulsification effect of the compound surfactant.
According to the principle of similar compatibility, the lipophilic group of the selected surfactant should be similar to the molecular structure of the main component of diesel oil as much as possible, because the more similar the structure of the surfactant to the diesel oil, the stronger the adsorption on the oil-water interface, the lowest the oil-water interface tension can be reduced, and the emulsifier molecules can be closely arranged on the interface to form an interface film with large strength, and the more stable the formed microemulsion is 13 ~C 22 The straight chain normal paraffin is at most 44.50-56.39%, the rest is isoalkane and cyclane, so that the oleic acid surfactant with similar molecular structure as main component of diesel oil is selected in the research, the oleic acid anionic surfactant is used as emulsifier, and the stable diesel oil microemulsion is prepared by screening cosurfactant alcohol and optimizing the ratio of the componentsThe influence of the structure of the surfactant on the micro-emulsification was studied.
The surfactant electrolyte is added with a proper amount of electrolyte sodium chloride in the emulsion forming process, so that the addition amount of the surfactant can be reduced, and the efficiency of the surfactant is improved.
Detailed Description
The oleic acid is weighed to be 2-9% by mass and the monoethanolamine is weighed to be 0.8-3% by mass, and the materials are added into a container to be stirred until the materials are completely dissolved, so that the compound surfactant is prepared.
Adding 0.003-0.01 percent of sodium chloride by mass into the compounded surfactant container, and stirring to prepare the high-efficiency compounded surfactant for the micro-emulsified diesel.
