Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ships, in particular to an oil mist preventing tank.
Background
In order to keep the pressure of the oil tanks on the ship balanced, the ventilating pipes which are terminated in the open air are required to be arranged, the gas emitted by the oil tank ventilating pipes contains a large amount of oil mist, and in order to avoid the risk of fire prevention and sanitation on the ship caused by the oil mist, the ventilating pipes are intensively connected into an oil mist box arranged at a higher position and then intensively emitted to the open atmosphere through ventilating shutters of the oil mist box.
The existing oil mist box has no too much condensation effect on oil mist, so that a large amount of oil mist is contained in gas emitted from the oil mist box, the oil mist at higher temperature is condensed into oil stains through a steel bulkhead to be attached to an outer bulkhead to form oil stains, the oil stains are adhered with particles such as soot and coal ash to change the originally white bulkhead into black gray, the appearance is greatly influenced, and meanwhile, the oil stains attached to the bulkhead can be drained into a sailing water area along with rainwater to cause oil pollution accidents.
The oil mist box crew of the existing scheme can only clean the oil stain condensed on the bulkhead regularly to keep the bulkhead clean, and the oil mist box is generally arranged at a higher position to reduce the influence of oil gas on fire prevention and sanitation, the outer bulkhead of the formed oil stain is also at a higher position, and the crew is inconvenient and dangerous in cleaning operation.

Detailed Description
The present invention will be more fully described in the following detailed description of the preferred embodiments thereof, taken together with the accompanying drawings.
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, an oil mist preventing tank comprises a tank body 10, which is surrounded by a top plate 11, a bottom plate 12 arranged below the top plate, and a plurality of side wall plates fixedly arranged between the top plate and the bottom plate; one side wall plate 13 is provided with a ventilation port 14; the oil gas outlet of the oil cabin vent pipe is arranged in the box body 10. A blind window 15 is arranged in the ventilation opening 14.
An upper condensing plate 31 and a lower condensing plate 32 are sequentially arranged between the oil tank vent pipe 20 and the vent port 14 in the tank body; the top of the upper condensation plate 31 is fixedly connected with the top plate 11; the bottom of the lower cold plate 32 is secured to the bottom plate 12.
And passages for oil gas discharged by the oil tank vent pipes to circulate are arranged between the oil tank vent pipes 20 and the upper condensation plate 31, between the bottom of the upper condensation plate 31 and the bottom plate 12, between the upper condensation plate 31 and the lower condensation plate 32, between the top of the lower condensation plate 32 and the top plate 11, and between the lower condensation plate 32 and the vent holes 14 in the box body.
The upper and lower condensing plates may have various shapes. Go up the condensing panel and can be straight board with lower condensing panel, go up the condensing panel and can equal channel plate with lower condensing panel, or, go up one in condensing panel and the lower condensing panel and be straight board, another is the channel plate.
In this embodiment, the upper condensation plate 31 and the lower condensation plate 32 are both trough plates having a plurality of grooves, and the grooves on the upper condensation plate and the grooves on the lower condensation plate are both vertically distributed.
The top plate 11 is provided with a cleaning cover 41 which can clean the inside of the box body after being opened, and the cleaning cover 41 is detachably connected with the top plate 11. Preferably, the cleaning cover and the top plate are in threaded connection.
The cleaning cover 41 is provided above the region between the upper condensation plate 31 and the ventilation port 14.
The top plate 11 is provided with a steam joint 42 for steam flushing of the interior of the cabinet. The steam joint 42 is arranged above the oil tank vent pipe in the tank body.
A plurality of bleed valves 43 are provided on the base plate 12. The bottom plates on both sides of the lower condensation plate 32 are provided with relief valves 43. In this embodiment, the number of the drain valves is two, and the two drain valves are respectively arranged on two sides of the lower condensation plate.
In fig. 1, a dotted line indicates a passage through which oil vapor flows, and an arrow on the dotted line indicates a direction in which the oil vapor flows. Fig. 3 is primarily intended to show the structure of the interior of the cabinet, and therefore fig. 3 omits the steam connection on the top plate and the drain valve on the bottom plate.
In the invention, the channel for the oil vapor discharged by the vent pipe of the oil tank to circulate is as follows: the oil gas discharged from the oil gas outlet of the oil tank vent pipe sequentially passes through the oil tank vent pipe and the upper condensing plate, the bottom of the upper condensing plate and the bottom plate, the upper condensing plate and the lower condensing plate, the top of the lower condensing plate and the top plate, the lower condensing plate and the vent hole, and then is discharged through the vent hole.
The upper condensing plate and the lower condensing plate are arranged in a staggered mode in the height direction, so that oil vapor can bypass through the two condensing plates, the time and the area of contact between the oil vapor and the upper condensing plate and the area of contact between the oil vapor and the lower condensing plate before the oil vapor is emitted to the atmosphere are increased, oil mist in the oil vapor can be condensed on the condensing plates, falls into the oil mist box, and is discharged to a dirty oil tank of a cabin through the discharge valve. The oil vapour emitted from the louver of the ventilation opening will not condense as oil stain on the bulkhead due to the very low concentration of the oil mist.
Go up the condensing plate and all adopt the cell type design with lower condensing plate, can increase the cooling area of condensing plate and lower condensing plate, can also improve the structural strength of condensing plate and lower condensing plate.
When needs are washd oil mist incasement portion, the washing lid on the roof can be opened, makes things convenient for the crewman to stretch into the box with cleaning means in safe position, deoils and washs last condensing plate, lower condensing plate and box inner wall.
The steam joint on the top plate can spray high-temperature steam to remove oil and clean the interior of the box body.
The drain valve arranged on the bottom plate can be used for draining dirty oil and partial rainwater of the oil mist box completely at any time.
The width of the oil mist box determines the areas of the oil vapor circulation channel below the upper condensation plate and the oil vapor circulation channel above the lower condensation plate, so that the width of the oil mist box is calculated and determined according to the size and the number of the actual oil mist box oil cabin vent pipes connected into the oil mist box.
The invention can condense the oil mist entering the oil mist box into oil drops to be discharged to the dirty oil cabin of the engine cabin, so that the oil mist content in the gas emitted from the oil mist box is sharply reduced, the oil mist is prevented from being condensed into oil stains on the wall of the cabin, and the crew is prevented from cleaning the oil stains on the wall of the outer cabin regularly.
The invention can also conveniently clean the interior of the oil mist box, and a crew can be in a safe position during cleaning.
The invention has compact structure and low manufacturing cost, and is convenient for large-scale popularization and use.
While specific embodiments of the invention have been described above, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that this is by way of example only, and that the scope of the invention is defined by the appended claims. Various changes and modifications to these embodiments may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and these changes and modifications are within the scope of the invention.
