When the spray pipe 220 needs to automatically swing, the cabin door 140 is firstly opened, the bearing platform is rotated to one side of the base 100, then the spray pipe 220 is fixed on the horizontal swing disc 310 at one end of the bearing platform, which is far away from the base 100, the variable frequency motor is started, the variable frequency motor drives the horizontal swing disc 310 to swing, and further the spray pipe 220 automatically swings left and right to spray on two sides of a subway carriage, so that the working strength is reduced; in the process of the horizontal swinging disk 310 driven by the variable frequency motor to swing, the rotating shaft 240 can be driven to rotate at the same time, and the rotating shaft 240 drives the stirring shaft 250 to rotate through gear transmission when rotating, so that the solution is stirred, and the medicine powder and the liquid inside the box body 200 are fully mixed.
