Hair loss prevention and hair growth composition containing plant extract and application thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of IPC A61K8/00, in particular to a hair loss preventing and hair growing composition containing plant extracts and application thereof.
Background
With the increasing working and living pressure and the deterioration of the external environment, the alopecia is not limited to occur in the elderly people any more, and the sick people are obviously young, which becomes a big problem disturbing the physical and mental health of people. Aiming at the problem, a large number of alopecia preventing and hair growing products appear on the market, but the symptoms of the alopecia symptoms are various and are linked with the external environment, genetic genes, immunoregulation and even living habits, and the existing products are difficult to treat the symptoms and the root causes.

In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides a composition for preventing hair loss and promoting hair growth containing plant extracts, which comprises the following raw materials: plant extracts and polypeptides.
In some preferred embodiments, the plant extract is extracted from a combination of one or more of red clover, ginger, mulberry, camellia oleifera, cacumen biotae, polygonum multiflorum, soapberry, fructus viticis, and apple.

Under the influence of factors such as heredity, inflammation and environment, the problem of alopecia is difficult to eliminate completely, and the problem is a problem which puzzles consumers. In the research process, the invention discovers that the joint action of the plant extract and the polypeptide can activate Wnt signal conduction of scalp, activate the growth of dormant hair follicle and reduce seborrheic alopecia caused by excessive secretion of male hormone. Further, the plant extracts including the apple (MALUS domicitica) fruit cell culture extract and the apple (MALUS domicitica) fruit cell culture extract have the combined action with acetyl tetrapeptide-5 with a bionic structure, can promote the cell proliferation and differentiation activity, conduct a conduction path of signal molecules in the scalp, promote the interaction of hair follicle epithelial cells and stem cells, restore the physiological activity of hair follicles, improve blood circulation, ensure the supply of hair bundle nutrition to the scalp, improve the relative growth rate of the hair follicles, strengthen hair roots and have a remarkable synergistic effect on promoting hair regeneration; in a large number of experimental exploration processes, the effect is found in the weight ratio of the apple fruit cell culture extract, the red clover extract and the acetyl tetrapeptide-3 (50-80): (0.03-0.1): (0.03-0.1) is preferable, and the occurrence of the scalp can be significantly prolonged for a long period of time.
The invention provides an application of a hair loss preventing and growing composition containing plant extracts, wherein the hair loss preventing and growing composition is applied to scalp essence, hair conditioner, hair care essential oil and hair mask.
In some preferred embodiments, the anti-alopecia composition is applied to scalp essence, and the raw materials of the scalp essence comprise, by weight:

Synthetic chemicals are usually added into traditional scalp essence to achieve the effects of diminishing inflammation, resisting bacteria and protecting hair, and although the components can quickly clean the scalp, the components can easily stimulate the scalp after long-term use, break the balance of scalp flora, and aggravate scalp inflammation without compensation. At present, quaternary ammonium salt compounds, cationic polymers and the like are mostly added into scalp essence on the market, but the irritation of the quaternary ammonium salt components to the scalp is large, the quaternary ammonium salt components and other components (especially anionic surfactants) are difficult to be compatible in a formula, the problems of particle aggregation and association are easy to occur, effective components cannot be fully exerted, and the stability of the scalp essence is difficult to maintain. The cationic polymer is easy to remain in the middle of the hair strand in the using process, so that the hair strand is heavy and drooped, and the experience feeling is poor in the using process.
The natural plant extract contains rich active substances, can provide nutrient components for hair bundles, can effectively inhibit the growth of harmful bacteria on the scalp, does not contain chemical synthetic reagents, has high safety, and is an effective way for regulating and controlling the growth of scalp hair follicles. However, the natural plant extract has slow effect and long treatment course, and when the addition amount is too high, the existence of high active substances in plant components is limited, the product is easy to have uninhibited physical and chemical property change, and the stability is difficult to keep for a long time scale. A large number of plant extracts are tried, the fact that both the hair loss prevention and care effect and the physicochemical stability of most of the plant extracts are difficult to consider is found, in the research process, the fact that when the anti-inflammatory agent is the Chondrus crispus extract and the skin conditioner is the Gentiana scabra extract and the Stephania tetrandra extract is unexpectedly found, under the synergistic effect of the hair loss prevention and hair growth promotion composition, the obtained scalp essence can effectively improve the physiological activity of hair mother cells, and meanwhile has strong system compatibility, and the scalp essence can keep a stable state under the conditions of high temperature and low temperature without layering and deterioration phenomena.
In some preferred embodiments, the number of hydroxyl groups in the hydroxylated saturated cycloalkane is > 4.
More preferably, the hydroxylated saturated cycloalkane is inositol and has a molecular structure of
Figure BDA0003448559980000041
In the further research process, the discovery is that when the lubricant is glyceryl polyether-26 and 0.1-2% of hydroxylated saturated cycloparaffin is added, the absorption of active ingredients by the scalp can be improved, the scalp essence is promoted to be dispersed into tiny and fine liquid drops, and the liquid drops are uniformly, lightly and thinly dispersed on the surface of the scalp to form a protective film which can avoid the damage of the external environment to the scalp and reduce the loss of internal nutrient ingredients, the scalp is endowed with fresh and soft experience feeling, the discomfort of stickiness, stuffiness and stagnation caused by the traditional components such as glycerin and silicone oil is solved, the scalp is relieved while the hair is nursed and prevented from falling off, and the hair is plump, smooth and fluffy.
In some preferred embodiments, the preservative is a mixture of glyceryl caprylate, 1, 2-hexanediol, caprylyl hydroxamic acid, ethylhexyl glycerin.
Further preferably, the weight ratio of the glyceryl caprylate, the 1, 2-hexanediol, the caprylyl hydroximic acid and the ethylhexyl glycerin in the preservative is 2.75:75.75:11.5:10; the preservative was sourced from eikon biotechnology, guangzhou.
In some preferred embodiments, the scalp essence is prepared by the steps of:
s1, mixing the phase A raw materials, uniformly stirring at 80-85 ℃, and cooling;
s2, cooling to 45-50 ℃, adding the phase B raw material, uniformly stirring, cooling to 26 ℃, and discharging.
Has the advantages that:

1.5 sample groups: samples (example 2) were prepared at concentrations of 70mg/mL,7mg/mL,0.7mg/mL using the culture broth.
2. The test steps are as follows:
2.1 isolating hair follicles: c57BL/6 mice were sacrificed humanely, bilateral whiskers were cut off, the upper lips were sterilized with 75% ethanol 3 times, bilateral whisker pads were cut off and placed in 1:1 (volume) of HBSS: PBS (100U/mL penicillin, 100. Mu.g/mL streptomycin in PBS), and mixing the mixture with 1:1 (volume) of HBSS: PBS was washed 3 times, connective tissue around the hair follicle was carefully removed under a dissecting microscope, the hair follicle was bluntly separated from the surrounding tissue with microsurgical forceps in the direction of the hair follicle, the distal end of the hair follicle was gently grasped, the hair was carefully pulled out of the subcutaneous tissue, and the separated hair follicles were placed in different wells of a 24-well plate.
2.2 Hair follicle culture: at 37 ℃ C, 5% CO 2 Incubate for 14 days under conditions, containing 0.5mL of medium per well.
