Description

Disposable arthroscope device
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of medical instruments, in particular to a disposable arthroscope device.
Background
Diagnosis and treatment of bone joints often requires visualization of internal tissues. However, proper visualization of internal tissue locations can be expensive and laborious. Both X-ray and CT belong to imaging examinations, but have the disadvantages of unclear captured image and non-real-time observation. Using Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) techniques, while a clear image of diseased or damaged tissue can be taken, patients need to make an advance appointment and wait for a longer period of time, which is expensive. In recent years, arthroscopes are widely used in diagnosis and surgery, and during the operation, the front end of the arthroscope needs to go deep into the internal tissue through a joint wound so as to acquire and transmit the image during the operation. One disadvantage of conventional arthroscopes is that: in order to acquire clear images, the lighting assembly needs to be independently powered, the required supporting equipment is multiple, and connecting cables among different equipment are complicated. If a body cavity observation image with different visual angles is to be obtained, two or more sets of arthroscopic equipment are needed, so that the complexity of the system is further increased, the operation of a doctor is inconvenient, misoperation is easy to occur, and the cost is increased. In addition, cleaning and sterilization of the arthroscope after each use takes a long time, which further accelerates its aging.
In order to facilitate the diagnosis of joint tissue damage, chinese patent CN106419822B discloses an integrated arthroscopic device. The device comprises a sheath, an arthroscope body, a first locking device, a display unit and a sheath, wherein the display unit and the sheath are integrated, water or medicines can be injected into a joint cavity through a gap between the sheath and the sheath, the water injection of the water control valve is adjusted to prop up the joint cavity, the joint tissues can be treated by the medicines, observation, diagnosis and treatment are centralized in one device, the inspection equipment is simplified, and the diagnosis and treatment time is shortened. The scope sheath includes: for the convenience of the arthroscope device to shoot clear images of joint tissues, the luer connector is arranged at the rear end of the arthroscope sheath cylinder and used for being connected with an injection needle cylinder, and then water or medicines are injected into the joint tissues through the clearance between the arthroscope sheath cylinder and the arthroscope sleeve. However, when the injection syringe is additionally used, a doctor needs to use the other hand except the endoscope to operate the injection syringe, so that inconvenience is caused, and in addition, because the injection syringe is arranged beside the endoscope sheath barrel, the sight of the doctor is blocked during use, and the operation is not flexible. Because the storage capacity and the function of the injection needle cylinder are limited, continuous water injection can not be carried out in the operation cavity, the pressure in the cavity is kept, periodic replacement is needed, imaging is fuzzy, the endoscope can not observe, and the diagnosis result is inaccurate.
When the arthroscope is used for operation, water needs to be injected into an operation cavity to keep the pressure in the cavity, a lens can be washed to keep a clear visual field, and sometimes, waste water needs to be discharged to prevent liquid in the cavity from being mixed by bleeding so that the endoscope cannot observe. When the water saving valve is used, a sheath needs to penetrate through a tube of the arthroscope, the outer wall of the tube and the inner wall of the sheath form a water channel, the existing water valves are generally installed on the sheath and distributed on two sides, a doctor needs to adjust the water valves by holding the other hand except the endoscope, inconvenience is caused, in addition, the water pipes are connected to the water valves on the two sides of the sheath, winding is easy to occur during use, space required by operation is increased, and rotation is not flexible.
