In the embodiment of the application, the general indicators preset by all outsourcing personnel and the specific indicators preset by the work types to which the outsourcing personnel belong can be determined, namely, some types of outsourcing personnel are divided, each type of outsourcing personnel has a more detailed performance assessment indicator which is more accordant with the work property, and therefore compared with the general indicators, the performance assessment obtained by using the specific indicators is more detailed. As for the specific adoption of the general indexes or the specific indexes, the selection can be carried out according to the actual needs.
With respect to the general indicators, see fig. 17, for example, the following indicators are included: the number of completed tasks of personnel, the task solving efficiency of personnel, the daily average working hour of personnel, the late-arrival and early-retreat situation of personnel, the completion number of documents such as requirements/development design/test/training/system use specifications, weekly reports and daily work specifications. Wherein, different indexes can correspond to different evaluation latitudes (also called index types).
Specifically, for example, regarding the number of tasks completed by the person therein:
and (3) index definition: the number of tasks performed by the individual.
The index requirement is as follows: the number of monthly tasks is not less than 5. For example, if the number of the evaluation latitudes is less than 5, the overall score of the evaluation latitude corresponding to the index is zero.
And (3) statistical rules: counting the total number of one or the combination of the following contents:
the number of JIRA tasks completed by the individual (the monthly status changes to the number of tasks to be integrated);
number of HIIT work orders (number of HIIT work orders processed in the month);
the number of defects is verified (the number of tasks to verify closure is counted by the jira task field "tester").
As another example, with respect to the average man-hour per day among them:
and (3) index definition: the signal-to-hong sign-in day average working time length; the envelope is an existing data source, outsourcing personnel can sign in and sign off from work through the APP, and therefore the average working time of the work day is counted.
The index requirement is as follows: the average daily working time of outsourcing personnel is not less than 8 hours. For example, if the time is less than 8 hours, the overall score of the evaluation latitude corresponding to the index is zero.
And (3) statistical rules: and dividing the total time length of signing in by the number of actual attendance days of the outsourcing personnel by the total time length of signing in by the number of the letter hong moon of the outsourcing personnel, and taking the obtained value as the daily average working time length of the outsourcing personnel.
The other indicators shown in fig. 17 are shown in the indicator description in fig. 17, and are not repeated one by one.
As for the specific index, for example, there are four types of work specific indexes as follows: evaluation indexes of developers, evaluation indexes of testers, evaluation indexes of operation and maintenance personnel and evaluation indexes of implementation consultants; wherein:
the assessment indexes of the developers, as shown in FIG. 18, for example, include six assessment indexes shown in FIG. 18.
Specifically, for example: number of tasks completed in the development month:
the index definition: and (4) counting the user stories, required tasks, subtasks, defects and the number of the sub-defects which are finished by the development month.
The index requirement is as follows: the number of monthly tasks is not less than 5. For example, if the number of the evaluation latitudes is less than 5, the overall score of the evaluation latitude corresponding to the index is zero.
And (3) statistical rules: and counting the number of the tasks from the task state modification to the state to be integrated in the current month.
The other indicators shown in fig. 18 are shown in the indicator description in fig. 18, and are not described in detail.
The assessment indexes of the testers are shown in FIG. 19, and for example, five assessment indexes shown in FIG. 19 are included.
Specifically, for example: regarding the number of monthly added defects:
and (3) index definition: and counting the number of the monthly report defects and sub-defects of the testers.
And (3) statistical rules: and counting the number of monthly reported defects and sub-defects of the testers according to the JIRA creator and the creation date field.
Other indicators shown in fig. 19 are shown in the indicator description in fig. 19, and are not repeated.
The operation and maintenance personnel assessment indexes are shown in fig. 20, and include five assessment indexes shown in fig. 20, for example.
Specifically, for example: regarding the number of HIIT work order processes:
and (3) index definition: the HIIT work number processed by the operation and maintenance personnel.
The index requirement is as follows: the number of monthly processing tasks is not less than 5; for example, if the number of the evaluation latitudes is less than 5, the overall score of the evaluation latitude corresponding to the index is zero.
And (3) statistical rules: and (5) counting the total monthly processing work order number of HIIT operation and maintenance personnel.
The other indicators shown in fig. 20 are shown in the indicator description in fig. 20, and are not repeated.
The administration advisor assessment index, as shown in fig. 21, for example, includes six assessment indexes shown in fig. 21.
Specifically, for example: number of documents on monthly completion requirements:
and (3) index definition: the number of "demand design tasks" completed monthly by the implementing advisor is counted.
And (3) statistical rules: and counting the number of the tasks for modifying the task state to the closed state in the current month.
Other indicators shown in fig. 21 are shown in the indicator description in fig. 21, and are not repeated.
An example of a specific embodiment of a performance evaluation result generation method is given below.
Referring to fig. 22, the specific steps include:
step one, automatically extracting data: data are processed in the background every morning, and the data are extracted from data sources such as a JIRA platform, a work order management system HIIT, a credit card system and the like.
That is, in this step, the data of the performance evaluation index corresponding to the target person provided by the data source is acquired according to the preset period.
Step two, data processing: after the data are extracted in the first step in a full amount, the data are stored in a physical table through a public storage library, the data are scheduled through a task book on the last day of each month, and according to the unique identification (personnel account) of outsourcing personnel and the calculation rule in the evaluation index model, the data of performance evaluation indexes such as the number of the days of the outsourcing personnel on duty in the current month, the actual number of the days of the outsourcing personnel on duty, the number of tasks finished in the current month according to a plan, the task solution efficiency, the daily time of the outsourcing and the like are automatically calculated.
That is, in this step, the data of the performance evaluation index corresponding to the target person is stored in a preset physical table, and the physical table includes the corresponding relationship between at least one target person and the data of the performance evaluation index.
Step three, submitting a task book: and (4) the outsourcing personnel log in the system through the account number, submit the task book after selecting the month, automatically generate the evaluation data of the previous month of the outsourcing personnel according to the data calculated in the step two, and initiate the subsequent evaluation process.
That is, in this step, when a preset trigger condition is met, data of at least one performance evaluation index corresponding to a target person is acquired from the preset physical table according to the identification of the target person.
Wherein the preset trigger condition comprises:
a preset time of month (e.g., last day of month) arrives, and/or a task book submitted by the target person is received.
Step four, data isolation processing:
specifically, in this step, a corresponding relationship between the system user and the review permission of the review data of the outsourcing personnel is established, and different system users can correspond to the review permission of the review data of different outsourcing personnel. For example, outsourcing personnel can only check and submit monthly task books of the outsourcing personnel, corresponding suppliers can only check the task books of the administrative personnel, and project responsible personnel of the enterprise can only check evaluation data of the outsourcing personnel of the administrative personnel.
And fifthly, automatically calculating the performance of the personnel by the system.
After the system generates a task book and outsourcing personnel clicks and submits, a follow-up process auditing node can check personnel attendance data, task details and solution efficiency in real time, budgets of suppliers, departments to which the personnel belong and corresponding personnel are automatically displayed by the system, and performance statistics results of outsourcing personnel such as personnel appraisal grades are automatically displayed according to personnel performance data and a preset ranking mode.
That is, after the performance evaluation result of the target person (i.e., the task book) is generated, the step may further output the performance evaluation result of the target person to one or a combination of the following system users: the target person, the person department of the target person, the management department of the target person, the supplier of the target person, and so on.
And step six, auditing the task book.
And the examination and approval personnel recheck the performance indexes displayed in the task book and can adjust the values of the performance indexes evaluated by the personnel according to the actual conditions. The examining and approving person may be, for example, a person-using department of the target person, a management department of the target person, or the like.
That is, this step may receive feedback information of a system user (e.g., the approver), and finally generate a performance evaluation task book of the target person according to the feedback information.
And step seven, auditing the passed task book in the step six, and automatically accounting the fees to be paid in the month according to the personnel level, the corresponding level fees, the number of days to be paid out, the actual number of days to be paid out and other parameters in the personnel information in the task book, and generating the fee detail.
That is, in this step, for each target person, details of the fee to be paid to the target person are generated based on the performance evaluation task book of the target person.
