In some embodiments, the method, when implemented, may further include:
s1: receiving a second trigger operation of the target user for the shortcut function page; the second trigger operation is used for indicating to close the shortcut function page;
s2: responding to the second trigger operation, and displaying a home page of the target application to the target user; and recording the operation of the target user on the shortcut function page as the use record of the target user about the target application.
In specific implementation, the target user terminal can also upload the use record of the target application of the target user to the target server for storage and use in real time or at regular time.
As can be seen from the above, according to the data processing method provided in the embodiments of the present specification, after receiving a preset operation request for a target application initiated by a target user, a target user terminal held by the target user displays a questionnaire survey page related to the target application to the target user in a process of initializing the target application, so as to obtain a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user through the questionnaire survey page; meanwhile, first associated data of a target user are collected, and the questionnaire survey result and the first associated data are provided to a target server corresponding to the target application in time. Therefore, the required questionnaire survey results and the first associated data can be acquired by using the blank waiting time of the target user, and the influence on the normal use of the target user is reduced. After receiving the questionnaire survey result and the first associated data of the target user, the target server determines the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result and the first associated data of the target user; and then screening out the service function matched with the target user according to the user portrait of the target user, and automatically generating a shortcut function page which is aimed at the target user and is matched with the use habit feature of the user. After the target user terminal completes the initialization of the target application, the first page of the target application can not be displayed to the target user, but the shortcut function page is directly displayed to the target user. Therefore, the shortcut function page which has strong pertinence and contains the shortcut trigger icon of the matched business function can be automatically generated and displayed to the target user, the user side operation is effectively simplified, and the user can obtain better interactive experience.
Referring to fig. 4, another data processing method applied to the server side is further provided in the embodiments of the present disclosure. When the method is implemented, the following contents can be included:
s401: receiving a questionnaire survey result and first associated data of a target user, which are sent by a target user terminal; the target user terminal obtains a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user through the displayed questionnaire survey page in the process of initializing the target application; collecting first associated data of a target user;
s402: determining a user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data;
s403: screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user; the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a service function matched with a target user;
s404: sending the shortcut function page to a target user terminal; and after the target user terminal completes the initialization of the target application, the shortcut function page is displayed to the target user.
In some embodiments, the first association data may include at least a user identification of the target user.
In some embodiments, the method, when implemented, may further include: generating an authentication link related to the target user according to the user identification of the target user; sending the identity verification link to a target user terminal; the target user terminal collects a face image and/or voice audio of a target user under the condition that the target user triggers the identity verification link; and receiving the facial image and/or voice audio of the target user acquired by the target user terminal as first associated data of the target user.
In some embodiments, the determining a user image of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data may be implemented specifically by the following: combining and using the questionnaire survey results of the target user and the first associated data to obtain combined data of the target user; processing the combined data of the target user by using a preset user portrait prediction model to obtain a target processing result; and determining the user portrait of the target user according to the target processing result.
In some embodiments, after receiving the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data sent by the target user terminal, the method may further include: acquiring second associated data according to the user identification of the target user; correspondingly, determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data, and comprises the following steps: and determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user, the first associated data and the second associated data.
Embodiments of the present specification further provide a server, including a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions, where the processor, when implemented, may perform the following steps according to the instructions: receiving a questionnaire survey result and first associated data of a target user, which are sent by a target user terminal; the target user terminal obtains a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user through the displayed questionnaire survey page in the process of initializing the target application; collecting first associated data of a target user; determining a user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data; screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user; the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a service function matched with a target user; sending the shortcut function page to a target user terminal; and after the target user terminal completes the initialization of the target application, the shortcut function page is displayed to the target user.
In order to more accurately complete the above instructions, referring to fig. 5, another specific server is provided in the embodiments of the present specification, wherein the server includes a network communication port 501, a processor 502 and a memory 503, and the above structures are connected by an internal cable, so that the structures can perform specific data interaction.
The network communication port 501 may be specifically configured to receive a questionnaire survey result of a target user and first associated data sent by a target user terminal; the target user terminal obtains a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user through the displayed questionnaire survey page in the process of initializing the target application; and collecting first associated data of the target user.
The processor 502 may be specifically configured to determine a user image of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data; screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user; the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a service function matched with a target user; sending the shortcut function page to a target user terminal; and after the target user terminal completes the initialization of the target application, the shortcut function page is displayed to the target user.
The memory 503 may be specifically configured to store a corresponding instruction program.
In this embodiment, the network communication port 501 may be a virtual port that is bound to different communication protocols, so that different data can be sent or received. For example, the network communication port may be a port responsible for web data communication, a port responsible for FTP data communication, or a port responsible for mail data communication. In addition, the network communication port can also be a communication interface or a communication chip of an entity. For example, it may be a wireless mobile network communication chip, such as GSM, CDMA, etc.; it can also be a Wifi chip; it may also be a bluetooth chip.
In this embodiment, the processor 502 may be implemented in any suitable manner. For example, the processor may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium that stores computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller and embedded microcontroller, and so forth. The description is not intended to be limiting.
In this embodiment, the memory 503 may include multiple layers, and in a digital system, the memory may be any memory as long as binary data can be stored; in an integrated circuit, a circuit without a real form and with a storage function is also called a memory, such as a RAM, a FIFO and the like; in the system, the storage device in physical form is also called a memory, such as a memory bank, a TF card and the like.
An embodiment of the present specification further provides a user terminal, including a processor and a memory for storing processor-executable instructions, where the processor, when implemented specifically, may perform the following steps according to the instructions: receiving a preset operation request aiming at a target application, which is initiated by a target user; responding to the preset operation request, and in the process of initializing the target application, displaying a questionnaire survey page related to the target application to a target user; obtaining a questionnaire survey result fed back by a target user through the questionnaire survey page; collecting first associated data of a target user; sending the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data to a target server corresponding to the target application; the target server is used for determining a user portrait of the target user according to a questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data; screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user; after the initialization of the target application is finished, the shortcut function page is displayed to a target user; and the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a business function matched with the target user.

In this embodiment, the storage medium includes, but is not limited to, a Random Access Memory (RAM), a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Cache (Cache), a Hard Disk Drive (HDD), or a Memory Card (Memory Card). The memory may be used to store computer program instructions. The network communication unit may be an interface for performing network connection communication, which is set in accordance with a standard prescribed by a communication protocol.
In this embodiment, the functions and effects specifically realized by the program instructions stored in the computer storage medium can be explained by comparing with other embodiments, and are not described herein again.

Referring to fig. 6, in a software level, an embodiment of the present specification further provides a data processing apparatus, which may specifically include the following structural modules:
the receiving module 601 is specifically configured to receive a preset operation request initiated by a target user for a target application;
the first presentation module 602 may be specifically configured to, in response to the preset operation request, present a questionnaire survey page related to the target application to the target user in a process of initializing the target application;
the obtaining module 603 is specifically configured to obtain, through the questionnaire survey page, a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user; collecting first associated data of a target user;

In some embodiments, before receiving a preset operation request for a target application initiated by a target user, the apparatus may be further configured to receive update data of a questionnaire survey page sent by a target server when the apparatus is implemented specifically; the updating data of the questionnaire survey page is determined by the target server according to the use record of the user about the target application in the current time period; and updating the questionnaire pages locally stored about the target application according to the updating data of the questionnaire pages.
In some embodiments, when the obtaining module 603 is implemented, the first association data of the target user may be collected according to the following manner: and acquiring the user identification of the target user, the position information of the user and the terminal number of the target user terminal according to a preset acquisition rule as first associated data of the target user.
In some embodiments, after the shortcut function page is presented to the target user, when the device is implemented specifically, the device may be further configured to receive a first trigger operation of the target user for a shortcut trigger icon of a target service function in the shortcut function page; the first trigger operation is used for indicating to start a target service function; and responding to the first trigger operation, and processing target service data related to the target service function.
In some embodiments, the apparatus, when implemented, may be further configured to receive a second trigger operation of the target user for the shortcut function page; the second trigger operation is used for indicating to close the shortcut function page; responding to the second trigger operation, and displaying a home page of the target application to the target user; and recording the operation of the target user on the shortcut function page as the use record of the target user about the target application.
Referring to fig. 7, in a software level, an embodiment of the present specification further provides another data processing apparatus, which may specifically include the following structural modules:
the receiving module 701 may be specifically configured to receive a questionnaire survey result of a target user and first associated data sent by a target user terminal; the target user terminal obtains a questionnaire survey result fed back by the target user through the displayed questionnaire survey page in the process of initializing the target application; collecting first associated data of a target user;

In some embodiments, the first association data may include at least a user identification of a target user.

In some embodiments, after receiving the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data sent by the target user terminal, the apparatus may be further configured to obtain second associated data according to the user identifier of the target user when the apparatus is implemented specifically; correspondingly, determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data, and comprises the following steps: and determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user, the first associated data and the second associated data.
It should be noted that, the units, devices, modules, and the like described in the foregoing embodiments may be specifically implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or implemented by a product with certain functions. For convenience of description, the above devices are described as being divided into various modules by functions, which are described separately. It is to be understood that, in implementing the present specification, functions of each module may be implemented in one or more pieces of software and/or hardware, or a module that implements the same function may be implemented by a combination of a plurality of sub-modules or sub-units, or the like. The above-described embodiments of the apparatus are merely illustrative, and for example, the division of the units is only one logical division, and other divisions may be realized in practice, for example, a plurality of units or components may be combined or integrated into another system, or some features may be omitted, or not executed. Therefore, based on the data processing device provided by the embodiment of the specification, the shortcut function page which has stronger pertinence and contains the shortcut trigger icon with the matched business function can be automatically generated and displayed to the target user, so that the user side operation is effectively simplified, and the user can obtain better interactive experience.

Claims (15)

1. A data processing method is applied to a user terminal and comprises the following steps:
receiving a preset operation request aiming at a target application, which is initiated by a target user;
responding to the preset operation request, and in the process of initializing the target application, displaying a questionnaire survey page related to the target application to a target user;
obtaining a questionnaire survey result fed back by a target user through the questionnaire survey page; collecting first associated data of a target user;
sending the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data to a target server corresponding to the target application; the target server is used for determining a user portrait of the target user according to a questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data; screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user;
after the initialization of the target application is completed, the shortcut function page is displayed to a target user; and the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a business function matched with the target user.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein before receiving a preset operation request for a target application initiated by a target user, the method further comprises:
receiving the update data of the questionnaire survey page sent by the target server; the updating data of the questionnaire survey page is determined by a target server according to the use record of the user about the target application in the current time period;
and updating the questionnaire survey page locally stored about the target application according to the updating data of the questionnaire survey page.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein collecting first association data for a target user comprises:
and acquiring the user identification of the target user, the position information of the user and the terminal number of the target user terminal according to a preset acquisition rule as first associated data of the target user.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein after presenting the shortcut function page to a target user, the method further comprises:
receiving a first trigger operation of a target user aiming at a shortcut trigger icon of a target service function in a shortcut function page; the first trigger operation is used for indicating to start a target service function;
and responding to the first trigger operation, and processing target service data related to the target service function.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
receiving a second trigger operation of the target user for the shortcut function page; the second trigger operation is used for indicating to close the shortcut function page;
responding to the second trigger operation, and displaying a home page of the target application to the target user; and recording the operation of the target user on the shortcut function page as the use record of the target user about the target application.
6. A data processing method is applied to a server and comprises the following steps:
receiving a questionnaire survey result and first associated data of a target user, which are sent by a target user terminal; the method comprises the steps that a target user terminal obtains a questionnaire survey result fed back by a target user through a displayed questionnaire survey page in the process of initializing a target application; collecting first associated data of a target user;
determining a user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data;
screening out a business function matched with a target user from a target application according to the user portrait of the target user so as to generate a shortcut function page aiming at the target user; the shortcut function page is provided with a shortcut trigger icon of a service function matched with a target user;
sending the shortcut function page to a target user terminal; and after the target user terminal completes the initialization of the target application, the shortcut function page is displayed to the target user.
7. The method of claim 6, wherein the first association data comprises at least a user identification of a target user.
8. The method of claim 7, further comprising:
generating an authentication link related to the target user according to the user identification of the target user;
sending the identity verification link to a target user terminal; the target user terminal collects a face image and/or voice audio of a target user under the condition that the target user triggers the identity verification link;
and receiving the facial image and/or the voice audio of the target user, which are/is acquired by the target user terminal, as first associated data of the target user.
9. The method of claim 6, wherein determining the user representation of the target user based on the questionnaire survey results of the target user and the first associated data comprises:
combining and using the questionnaire survey results of the target user and the first associated data to obtain combined data of the target user;
processing the combined data of the target user by using a preset user portrait prediction model to obtain a target processing result;
and determining the user portrait of the target user according to the target processing result.
10. The method according to claim 7, wherein after receiving the questionnaire survey results of the target user and the first associated data sent by the target user terminal, the method further comprises:
acquiring second associated data according to the user identification of the target user;
correspondingly, the step of determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user and the first associated data comprises the following steps:
and determining the user portrait of the target user according to the questionnaire survey result of the target user, the first associated data and the second associated data.
11. A data processing device, applied to a user terminal, includes:
