Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of chemical industry, in particular to novel quick-drying low-odor printing ink.
Background
The drying of the single-sheet offset printing ink in the market is mainly oxidation-reduction drying. In order to accelerate the drying, a Co and Mn series metal drier is added into a general ink company. These driers promote the oxidation reaction well, but they also cause the formation of a certain amount of aldehydes and ketones during the drying of the ink. Although these gases are not under the control of environmental regulations, some of them have special pungent odor, which causes olfactory discomfort of readers. Especially, as people have higher and higher requirements on the quality of life, some printed matters are packaged by plastic bags after being printed. This means that the smell of the ink cannot be effectively emitted during the drying process, which can increase the discomfort of readers and further be complained and questioned by many readers, and in order to solve the above problems, a novel quick-drying low-smell ink is proposed.
