In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2 and 7, the stun assembly 2 further includes a high voltage lead 24 and a high voltage lead clip holder 25; wherein:
the high-voltage lead 24 is made of an aluminum-magnesium alloy wire or a copper core wire or an aluminum core wire and is used for connecting the discharge control board 22 with the discharge lead 21.
And the high-voltage lead wire clamp fixer 25 is used for fixing the high-voltage lead wire 21 in a wire clamp mode. The high-voltage lead wire clamp fixer 25 is designed in a U-shape and M-shape, wherein the U-shape is fixed on the rod body 120 of the iron tower 100, and the M-shape is attached on the U-shape and used for fixing the high-voltage lead wire 24.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the device for preventing the animals from climbing and falling down on the power transmission line further comprises a case component 4, wherein the case component 4 is used for fixedly placing the discharge control board 22 of the electric shock component 2, the storage battery 32 and the solar control board 33 of the power supply component 3, and fixedly installing the case component on the rod body 120 of the iron tower 100.
Specifically, the chassis assembly 4 includes a chassis 41 and a chassis fixing bracket 42; wherein:
the case fixing bracket 42 is used for fixedly mounting the case 41 on the rod body 120 of the iron tower 100.
The case 41 is used for fixing and placing the discharge control board 22 of the electric shock assembly 2, the storage battery 32 of the power supply assembly 3 and the solar control board 33.

the storage battery compartment 411 is used for fixedly placing the storage battery 32.
The battery heat-preservation and heat-reduction material 413 is arranged in the storage battery bin 411 and used for preserving heat and reducing heat of the storage battery 32, so that the service life of the storage battery 32 can be prolonged in a cold environment; in a high temperature state, the temperature of the battery 32 is reduced, and the battery 32 does not fail due to high temperature.
The high-voltage boost bin 412 is used for fixedly placing the discharge control board 22 of the electric shock assembly 2 and the solar control board 33 of the power supply assembly 3.

The power consumption is very small, a 12Ah storage battery is used, the electric quantity of the storage battery can be used for 180 hours in a non-charging state when the discharge interval is 5 seconds, the electric quantity of the storage battery can be used for 150 hours in a non-charging state when the discharge interval is 4 seconds, the electric quantity of the storage battery can be used for 136 hours in a non-charging state when the discharge interval is 3 seconds, the electric quantity of the storage battery can be used for 95 hours in a non-charging state when the discharge interval is 2 seconds, the electric quantity of the storage battery can be used for 72 hours in a non-charging state when the discharge interval is 1 second, and 24-hour driving in the whole day is achieved.
6. The discharge gap is very small, and the discharge is not generated when the discharge gap is larger than the discharge gap, so that the safety protection effect is realized. The requirements of controlling the climbing of animals and bird damage are met.

4. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the power supply assembly comprises a solar power panel, a battery, and a solar control panel; wherein:
the solar power generation panel is electrically connected with the storage battery and is used for generating power by utilizing solar energy and charging the storage battery;
the storage battery is used for providing power for the electric shock assembly;
the solar control panel comprises a solar power generation stability control device, wherein the solar power generation stability control device is electrically connected with the solar power generation panel and the storage battery respectively and is used for stabilizing the power generation power of the solar power generation panel.
5. The apparatus of claim 1, wherein the stun assembly includes a discharge lead and a discharge control board; wherein:
the discharge wire is arranged on the driving platform and is electrically connected with the discharge control panel to form a discharge loop, and the discharge loop is used for releasing instant high-voltage discharge through a preset small current generated by the discharge control panel after the animal feet contact the discharge wire;
the discharging control panel is used for generating preset low current by utilizing the power provided by the power supply assembly and providing the preset low current for the discharging conducting wire.
6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the discharge wires comprise semi-bare wires or full-bare wires which are arranged on a cross arm of a tower in a surrounding manner or in the middle of a semicircular cross arm.

The device of claim 6, characterized in that the discharge wire includes a plurality of segments of semi-bare or fully-bare wires, the electric shock assembly further includes an intermediate quick connector for electrically connecting a plurality of segments of the semi-bare or fully-bare wires so that a plurality of segments of the semi-bare or fully-bare wires form a loop.
8. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the discharge control board comprises: the device comprises a boosting module, a discharge voltage control module, a discharge current control module and a discharge time control module; wherein:
the boosting module is electrically connected with the power supply assembly and used for boosting the initial voltage of the power supply assembly to a preset voltage range;
the discharge current control module is electrically connected with the output end of the boosting module and the discharge wire respectively, and controls discharge current by using a current-limiting resistor;
the discharge voltage control module is electrically connected with the output end of the boosting module and the discharge wire respectively, and is used for controlling the preset voltage range to be a plurality of levels of output voltage and outputting high voltage to the discharge wire;
the discharge time control module is respectively electrically connected with the discharge voltage control module and the discharge wire, and is used for enabling the output end of the discharge voltage control module to generate instant high voltage after the animal feet contact the discharge wire, and generating small current in preset discharge time to pass through the discharge wire, so that the discharge wire releases instant high voltage discharge.
9. The apparatus of claim 5, wherein the stun assembly further comprises a high voltage lead and a high voltage lead clamp holder; wherein:

the case fixing bracket is used for fixedly mounting the case on a rod body of an iron tower;
the case is used for fixedly placing the discharge control panel, the storage battery and the solar control panel.
