It will be apparent to those skilled in the art that various changes and modifications can be made in the embodiment without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention, and it is intended to cover all such changes and modifications as fall within the true spirit and scope of the invention.
As shown in fig. 2, the method is applied to an e-commerce terminal device 110, the e-commerce terminal device 110 provides a transaction platform for a buyer and a seller to trade a large quantity of commodities, such as steel products, the seller can issue the commodities on the transaction platform through a seller terminal 120, the buyer can browse commodity selling information on the transaction platform through a buyer terminal 130 and specify the commodities desired to be purchased, the e-commerce terminal device 110 further provides a payment platform for fund processing, and the seller terminal 120 and the buyer terminal 130 can be mobile phones, computers, or the like.
Fig. 1 shows a flowchart of a method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, and for ease of understanding, fig. 3 shows a flow of a steel coil transaction, and with reference to fig. 1 and fig. 3, a specific flow of the method according to the embodiment of the present disclosure is as follows:
s101, the E-commerce terminal device 110 sets a first account corresponding to the E-commerce and a second account corresponding to the user on a transaction platform and a payment platform of the E-commerce terminal device.
The e-commerce terminal device 110 may open a first account, which can be commonly used on the transaction platform and the payment platform, for the e-commerce and open a second account, which can be commonly used on the transaction platform and the payment platform, for the user, or the e-commerce terminal device 110 may open a first account on the transaction platform and a first account on the payment platform for the e-commerce and associate the two first accounts, open a second account on the transaction platform and a second account on the payment platform for the user, and associate the two second accounts.
Wherein, the buyer and the seller are users of the transaction platform and the payment platform.
S102, after the seller sends a commodity publishing request to the e-commerce terminal 110 through the seller terminal 120, the e-commerce terminal 110 receives the commodity publishing request sent by the seller terminal 120, publishes the commodity specified by the seller on the transaction platform, and associates the commodity with the second account of the seller.
S103, after the buyer sends a purchase request for the specified commodity to the e-commerce terminal 110 through the buyer terminal 130, the e-commerce terminal 110 receives the purchase request for the specified commodity sent by the buyer terminal 130, where the purchase request includes the purchase quantity of the specified commodity.
S104, the E-commerce terminal device 110 generates first data according to the purchase request and sends the first data to the buyer terminal 130.
The first data includes financing contract information agreed among the buyer, the e-commerce and the bank and access address information for the buyer terminal 130 to enter a borrowing interface of the bank system to draft a borrowing contract.
The financing contract information may agree to: the total amount of the specified goods, the prepaid amount of the buyer, the financing amount of the bank and the interest rate, for example, 20% of the prepaid total amount of the buyer, and 80% of the total amount of the bank financing amount, the e-commerce device 110 may calculate the total amount according to the purchase quantity and the unit price.
In a preferred embodiment, the first data is first checked by the e-commerce and bank auditors, respectively, for example, the e-commerce auditor checks whether the commodity value is in a normal interval, the bank auditor checks the repayment capability of the buyer, and the like, the e-commerce terminal device 110 obtains the checking results of the e-commerce and the bank on the first data, if the checking results of the e-commerce and the bank on the first data are both passed, the first data is sent to the buyer terminal 130, otherwise, the first data is not sent.
The buyer terminal 130 receives the first data and then displays the first data to the buyer, and the buyer pays a prepayment to the first account after agreeing on the agreement in the financing contract information, if the buyer user can use the buyer terminal 120 to complete the payment, which is not limited herein.
For the access address information, the buyer terminal 130 may display the address to the buyer in a link manner, and the buyer clicks the link to enable the buyer terminal 130 to enter a borrowing interface of the banking system, so as to draft a borrowing contract, and also display the borrowing contract in a two-dimensional code manner, and the buyer scans the code through a mobile phone and then enters the borrowing interface of the banking system.
After the borrowing contract draft is finished, the bank system can distribute the borrowing to the first account.
S105, the E-commerce terminal device 110 determines whether the first account receives advance payment paid by the buyer according to the financing contract information and debit sent by the bank according to the debit contract, if yes, the first account transfers the money to a collection account of the seller of the specified commodity, and the seller is paid with the total amount of the contract.
Wherein the payment account of the seller may be a second account of the seller. The seller receives the money and then handles the right transfer of the appointed goods.
And S106, after the account is transferred to the collection account of the seller of the specified commodity, the e-commerce terminal device 110 disassociates the specified commodity from the second account of the corresponding seller and associates the specified commodity with the second account of the corresponding buyer, so that the buyer can be used as the seller to sell the commodity on the transaction platform.
After the buyer obtains the payment from the next house, the payment can be paid to the corresponding second account. If the specified goods are associated with the second account of the buyer, the buyer can sell the goods in the transaction platform as the seller, and the collection account can use the second account on the transaction platform, so that the next payment for the goods can be paid to the second account by the e-commerce terminal device 110.
S107, after receiving the next goods payment, the buyer sends a goods picking request for the specified goods to the E-commerce terminal device 110 through the buyer terminal 130, and the E-commerce terminal device 110 receives the goods picking request sent by the buyer terminal 130, wherein the goods picking request comprises the goods picking quantity of the specified goods.
And S108, the E-commerce terminal device 110 generates second data according to the goods-withdrawal request and sends the second data to the buyer terminal 130, wherein the second data comprises principal, bank interest and E-commerce service charge which are calculated according to the goods-withdrawal quantity, the unit price and the interest rate.
The buyer terminal 130 receives the second data, displays the second data to the buyer, and sends a payment request to the e-commerce terminal 110 through the buyer terminal 130 after the buyer confirms the second data.
And S109, the E-commerce terminal device 110 receives and responds to the payment request sent by the buyer terminal 130, transfers the principal and the bank interest part to the bank from the second account of the buyer according to the second data, and transfers the E-commerce service charge part to the first account.
It can be seen from the above that, the method of the embodiment of the present specification combines the purchase program flow and the fund processing program flow, so that the e-commerce platform can not only provide the purchase and sale services, but also provide the financial services, and realize one-stop transaction, financing and repayment functions of bulk goods, and the buyer can perform the purchase, financing and repayment operations only through the e-commerce platform, thereby simplifying the operation of the buyer, the buyer does not need to perform financing and repayment through bank online banking by himself, and the experience is good.
