The specific meanings of the above terms in the embodiments of the present application can be understood by those skilled in the art to which the present application pertains according to the specific circumstances.
In a first aspect, referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a non-inductive payment method, which includes the following steps:
s101, acquiring historical non-inductive payment information corresponding to a user; the historical non-inductive payment information comprises payment position information and payment times information;
s102, determining a plurality of payment position information with the top ranking of the payment number information, and determining an associated area corresponding to the current user according to the determined payment position information;
S103, screening out all consumption positions supporting the non-inductive payment in the associated area, and correspondingly matching the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication of each consumption position; the non-inductive payment authentication security levels are multiple, and the authentication conditions of different non-inductive payment authentication security levels are different;
s104, judging whether the authentication condition of the user at a certain consumption position is matched with the authentication condition of the non-inductive payment authentication security level corresponding to the consumption position;
if yes, step S104 is executed to complete the non-inductive payment, step S105;
if step S104 is no, step S106 is executed to fail the non-inductive payment.
When executing step S101, after the user completes the account login, the current user' S historical non-inductive payment information may be obtained, where the historical non-inductive payment information includes payment location information and payment number information, for example, the historical non-inductive payment information of a certain user is recorded as ten-five times in the first consumption location 1 and recorded as 10 times in the second consumption location 2. As a preferred embodiment, the acquisition period of the historical non-inductive payment information may be defined, for example, the current historical non-inductive payment information acquisition period may be set to the last three years or the last three years until today, or the last three years, the period from 8 am to 10 pm, and the historical non-inductive payment information in the acquisition period may be updated periodically.
The plurality of payment position information with the top ranking of the payment frequency information is determined, the most frequent payment position information of the current user, which is used by the non-inductive payment, can be reflected, the more frequent occurrence of the plurality of payment position information in the life of the current user is further indicated, and then the associated area corresponding to the current user is determined according to the plurality of payment position information, and the associated area is indicated as the area which is easier to be involved in the daily life of the current user. The determination mode of the association area specifically comprises the following steps: taking a plurality of pieces of payment position information with high frequency of non-inductive payment as intersection points, and connecting the intersection points in a connecting line mode to form an associated area; as a preferred embodiment, it can be understood with reference to fig. 2, the range of motion (the dotted line represents a part in the figure) of the user around the intersection point can be circled around the intersection point with a preset distance as a radius, and the preset distance will be described later; and connecting the boundaries of the movable ranges corresponding to the plurality of intersection points to form a relevant area which is easily related in the daily life of the user.
The non-inductive payment authentication security level is an authentication security level set according to a non-inductive payment scene, one non-inductive payment authentication security level corresponds to one authentication condition, and the authentication conditions of each non-inductive payment authentication security level are different. The authentication condition is a condition formed from a combination of biometric information of the current user and the object characteristics of the current user. The authentication condition is used for verifying the authority of the current user, verifying whether the current user is the wallet account or is authorized by the wallet account, if the authentication condition is met, completing the noninductive payment action of the current user, if the authentication condition is not met, the noninductive payment action fails, and the user is required to pay in other modes, such as a manual payment mode.
The details can be understood in connection with the following examples:
in a certain usage scenario, the authentication conditions of the non-inductive payment authentication security level are: when the current user enters the intelligent convenience store in the relevant area to pay, the non-inductive payment system in the intelligent convenience store can verify the current user, and the current user is confirmed to consume the corresponding amount by scanning the face of the current user.
The non-inductive payment authentication security level is obtained according to historical non-inductive payment information, the non-inductive payment authentication security level in a plurality of payment position information with the top non-inductive payment frequency ranking in the historical non-inductive payment information is the lowest, the current user can complete non-inductive payment through the object characteristics of the current user, and the non-inductive payment authentication security level can be specifically understood by combining the following examples: the historical non-inductive payment times of the current user in the past three years of the place a are 800 times (assuming that the historical non-inductive payment times are ranked as the first place), so that the current user is obtained within the range of the place a as long as the GPS positioning position on the mobile phone of the user is obtained, and when the current user leaves the place a, the non-inductive payment action is finished, and the user does not need to carry out biological verification such as authorization or face recognition and the like, so that the operation steps of the user are effectively simplified, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 2, the above technical solution may be understood in combination with the following application scenario:
the consumption frequency of the user h at the first consumption location 1, the second consumption location 2 and the third consumption location 3 is highest, for example, when the consumption is distributed at any one of the three places in an average of three times per day, the user h takes the three places as the center, and the main area with the preset range of the three places as the connecting line is the area which is easily related to the daily life of the user, and is marked as the first related area 7. All consumption locations supporting the non-inductive payment are acquired in the first association zone 7: the first associated consumption position 4, the second associated consumption position 5 and the third associated consumption position 6, and the corresponding payment time information is sequentially as follows: 3. 10, 0, the matched non-inductive payment authentication security level is sequentially lower, lowest and low, the higher the non-inductive payment authentication security level is, the more authentication contents are contained in the authentication condition, otherwise, the lower the non-inductive payment authentication security level is, the less authentication contents are contained in the authentication condition. The authentication conditions required for the third associated consumption location 6 contain the most authentication content, but since all three associated consumption locations are within the first associated area 7, the non-inductive payment authentication security level of these three associated consumption locations is of a lower level than the associated consumption locations outside the first associated area 7. The low authentication condition is set as a piece of biological information of the current user, which can be a face, a fingerprint or an iris, etc., so that when the current user consumes in the third associated consumption location 6, the face, the fingerprint or the iris needs to be provided to complete the payment action of the non-inductive payment, and so on. The lowest authentication condition may be set as the item information, for example, the current user's non-inductive payment action at the consumption location is satisfied only when the GPS location on the current user's mobile phone is detected to be at the second associated consumption location 5, and the corresponding money is automatically deducted once the user generates consumption at the consumption location, without any biometric information being provided by the user.
According to the scheme, the history non-inductive payment information is acquired to construct the non-inductive payment associated area corresponding to the current user, all consumption positions supporting non-inductive payment in the associated area are screened out, different non-inductive payment authentication security levels are matched according to the consumption positions of the non-inductive payments, and then the non-inductive payment action currently executed by the user is judged, so that the non-inductive payment action of the user is completed.
In the process, the user does not need to perform series of authorization actions again in the non-inductive payment action performed in the association area, and the non-inductive payment can be realized only by matching corresponding authentication conditions, so that the operation steps of the user are effectively simplified. In addition, by setting different authentication levels and matching different security levels of the non-inductive payment for different use scenes, the invention is convenient for users to use the non-inductive payment, ensures the security of the current non-inductive payment of the users, increases the use experience of the non-inductive payment of the users, and is also convenient for popularization of the non-inductive payment technology.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, the historical non-inductive payment information further includes payment period information and/or payment amount information; the method further comprises the steps of:
S201, judging whether current time stamp information of a user at a certain consumption position is positioned in a payment time information and/or payment amount information range corresponding to the consumption position;
s202, if yes, determining the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication of the consumption position as a first security level;
s203, otherwise, determining the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication of the consumption position as a second security level; the first security level is lower than the second security level.
The payment time period information indicates that the current user can generate fixed non-inductive payment consumption information at a certain consumption position within a fixed time period of each day, and the method is suitable for scenes supporting non-inductive payment, such as parking lots or restaurants.
For example, when the current user is at the consumption position a, parking consumption of the parking lot occurs from 8 to 10 points per day on the working day, and the generated non-inductive payment amount is 20 yuan, then when the current user is at the consumption position a from 8 to 10 points in the morning on monday, the non-inductive payment authentication security level of the parking lot is correspondingly determined to be a first security level, and when the current user is at the consumption position a from 8 to 10 points in the morning on the sunday, the non-inductive payment authentication security level of the parking lot is correspondingly determined to be a second security level, and the first security level is lower than the second security level, so that the content of the first authentication condition corresponding to the first security level is less than the second security level. For example, the first authentication condition is a license plate number, the second authentication condition is a face of the current user, and when the current user pays for the parking fee at the consumption position A from 8 points to 10 points on monday, the identification equipment arranged on the parking lot only needs to identify whether the license plate number is matched or not, and if so, the non-inductive payment of the license plate number is completed. When the current user pays the parking fee at the consumption position A from 8 points to 10 points on the sunday, the identification equipment arranged on the parking lot needs to acquire whether the faces of the current user are matched or not, and if so, the non-inductive payment action of the vehicle can be completed.
The payment time information of the current user at a certain consumption position is compared with the time stamp information of the current user at the consumption position, so that the security of the current user for using the non-inductive payment at the consumption position can be effectively improved, and other users are prevented from using the account of the current user for conducting the non-inductive payment in other time periods. The judgment of the payment amount information range is additionally arranged, so that the non-inductive payment safety of the current user at the current consumption position is further improved, once the conventional consumption amount of the current user at the consumption position is exceeded, the non-inductive payment fails, a prompt is sent to the current user to conduct manual payment, the fact that other users maliciously use the account of the current user to conduct non-inductive payment is avoided, and the fund safety of the current user is also ensured. Different non-inductive payment authentication security levels are dynamically allocated in different time periods in the consumption position, so that not only is the non-inductive payment security of the current user ensured, but also the portability of the current user in the non-inductive payment process is improved, and the non-inductive payment action can be completed without inputting complicated authentication information each time.
In some embodiments, the historical sensorless payment information further includes a consumer product type, the payment location information includes a building attribute type, the building attribute type being stored corresponding to the at least one consumer product type; the method further comprises the steps of:
S301, judging the building attribute type of the current consumption position of the user, and reducing the level of the noninductive payment authentication security level of the consumption product type corresponding to the building attribute type in the current consumption position.
Consumer product types include clothing, dining, parking, etc. which can be further subdivided into men's clothing, women's clothing, children's clothing, chinese meal, beverages, convenience stores, etc. as desired. The payment location information includes building attribute types including malls, residential areas, office buildings, parking lots, gas stations, and the like. One building attribute type is stored corresponding to at least one consumer product type, taking major categories as an example, one or more of clothes, dining and parking in a market are necessarily present, at least one parking in a residential area is present, at least one parking in an office building is present, and even dining options are included; the parking lot at least comprises a parking item, and the gas station at least comprises two items of parking and refueling.
Judging the building attribute type of the consumption position of the current user, reducing the level of the non-inductive payment authentication security level of the consumption product type corresponding to the building attribute type in the current consumption position, for example, reducing the level of the non-inductive payment authentication security level of a parking lot when the current user is in the parking lot, for example, reducing the level to a first security level, wherein the corresponding first authentication condition is license plate number or mobile phone GPS positioning of the user, and the non-inductive payment can be completed and parking fee is deducted only by meeting one of the judgment standards. Even if the user is at a place where the non-inductive consumption is carried out for the first time, the current user can correspondingly reduce the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication of other types in the consumption position only by completing the authentication condition of a higher level in one of stores, so that the security of the non-inductive payment of the user is improved.
According to the building attribute type of the consumption position of the user, the non-inductive payment authentication security level of the current user is dynamically matched, authentication steps required by the user when the user performs non-inductive payment at the consumption position can be saved, and experience of the current user on the non-inductive payment is improved. Meanwhile, the premise of reducing the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication is that the current user is located at the consumption site, the premise can effectively improve the security of the non-inductive payment of the current user, and the condition of malicious non-inductive payment by combining with lower authentication conditions is further avoided when other users use the biological information or object information of the current user without permission.
In some embodiments, the location of the area where the user has recently completed the non-inductive payment, or the time when the user has completed the payment is far from the geographic location in the history record and the historical habit payment time, and when the current non-inductive payment level is low, the security level of the non-inductive payment is automatically closed or raised, the user is required to re-authenticate (such as face, fingerprint, etc.), and the security level of these locations is restored.
In other embodiments, it is detected that the same user completes the non-inductive payment consumption at two different geographic locations within a short period of time, and when the current non-inductive payment level is low, the non-inductive payment security level is automatically closed or raised, the user is required to perform authentication again (such as face, fingerprint, etc.), and the security level of these locations is restored.
For example, the current user consumes at the consumption position B, the building attribute information of the consumption position B is a mall, the authentication condition of the current user is GPS positioning of a mobile phone, and the mobile phone of the current user is lost or stolen, so that the current user can adjust the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication to be higher through completing other authentication conditions, for example, the current user can drive out a car in a parking lot, and the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication in the consumption position B is correspondingly adjusted to be higher because the information that the current user drives out of the parking lot is acquired; or, the current user can also realize higher-level non-inductive payment authentication in an area other than the consumption position B, for example, if the non-inductive payment is used for consumption for the first time in the consumption position C, the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication in the consumption position B is correspondingly increased, so that a high-level authentication condition is introduced: the biological information data related to the current user is needed, so that actions of using mobile phones of the current user to pay in a non-inductive manner by other users are avoided, and the security of using the non-inductive payment by the current user is greatly improved. And in the time interval of completing other authentication conditions, the non-inductive payment system can synchronously acquire the amount information of the current non-inductive payment, and once the amount exceeds the conventional consumption amount, the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication is correspondingly increased, so that other users are prevented from maliciously brushing funds of the current user, and the fund security of the current user is ensured.
Referring to fig. 4 and 7, in some embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of:
s401, acquiring activity track information of a user in real time;
s402, after the user is judged to pay successfully in a first consumption position in a non-inductive manner, recording a first consumption type of the current user in the first consumption position, and reducing the grade of the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication of the consumer product matched with the first consumption type in the second consumption position when the user is detected to enter the second consumption position in a preset time period after leaving the first consumption position; the first consumption location is the same type of architectural attribute as the second consumption location.
The information of the moving track can be drawn through GPS positioning, and can be manually input by a user; in some preferred embodiments, the activity track information may be directly obtained by consumption information of the current user that generates the non-inductive payment, for example, when the current user takes a public transportation with the non-inductive payment function, the activity track information of the current user may be obtained only by obtaining a driving route corresponding to the current public transportation.
In this embodiment, the current user's activity track relates to two consumption positions, and is applicable to the adjustment rule of the above-mentioned non-inductive payment authentication security level on the premise that the building attribute types of the first consumption position 1 and the second consumption position 2 are the same. For example, the first consumption location 1 is a mall, and the second consumption location 2 is also a mall; alternatively, the first consumption location 1 is an office building and the second consumption location 2 is an office building. The first consumption type of the user at the first consumption position 1 can be one or a plurality of consumption types, the consumption types of the plurality of first consumption types are different, the number of the second consumption types of the user at the second consumption position 2 corresponds to the first consumption type one by one, and when the first consumption type is a plurality of consumption types, the second consumption type is a plurality of consumption types. For example, the first consumption position 1 is a market, the first consumption type comprises dining and clothes, then when the second consumption position 2 is also a market, the second consumption type is dining and clothes, and when the current user arrives at the second consumption position 2, the grade of the security level of the non-inductive payment authentication corresponding to the second consumption type is reduced, so that the user can continuously conduct the non-inductive payment of the clothes and the dining type, a new authorization step or a non-inductive payment authentication step is not required to be input again from store to store, the use experience of the non-inductive payment is improved, and real non-inductive payment is realized.
