Example one
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an anti-fraud method for a payment account according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the embodiment is applicable to a situation where a payment account is stolen when mobile payment is used, and the method may be performed by an anti-fraud apparatus for a payment account according to an embodiment of the present invention, and the apparatus may be implemented in software and/or hardware. As shown in fig. 1, the method specifically includes the following operations:
step S101, acquiring consumption characteristic information of a user associated with a payment account.
The payment account is mobile payment, namely, the mobile client can use electronic products such as a mobile phone and the like to carry out electronic currency payment, the mobile payment can effectively combine the internet, terminal equipment and a financial institution, and the mobile payment not only can carry out currency payment, but also can pay telephone fees, gas fees, water and electricity fees and other living fees. The payment mode can be divided into online payment and offline payment, and the online payment can refer to online consumption behaviors such as shopping and recharging of a user on the internet; offline payment may refer to a user going to a store to purchase an item to pay a merchant; one payment account can only correspond to one user information, and one user can own a plurality of payment accounts, which is not limited in this embodiment.
Optionally, obtaining consumption characteristic information of the user associated with the payment account includes: acquiring historical consumption information of a user in a specified time interval in a payment account, wherein the historical consumption information of the user comprises the number of historical consumption records, single consumption amount and historical consumption merchants; when the number of the historical consumption records is larger than the threshold value of the number of the consumption records, determining that the user is an active consumer; and acquiring a popular consumption merchant set, a popular consumption area set, a popular consumption content set and consumption level expectations of active consumers, wherein the popular consumption merchant set, the popular consumption area set, the popular consumption content set and the consumption level expectations are used as consumption characteristic information.
Specifically, the specified time interval in this embodiment may be a last week or a last month, and in this embodiment, the specified time interval is a last week, for example, the consumption activity evaluation may be performed on the user, the consumption record number threshold may be preset by the number of mobile payment consumption strokes of the user week, and the consumption record number threshold may be a maximum value of the average consumption record number of the user in a week, for example, the average consumption record number of the user in a week is 7, the maximum value of the consumption record number corresponding to the user is 7, and the consumption record number threshold may be correspondingly set to 7. The method comprises the steps of collecting historical consumption information of a user in the last week, wherein the historical consumption information of the user comprises but is not limited to the number of historical consumption records of the user, single consumption amount and historical consumption merchants, judging that the user belongs to an inactive consumer if the total number of the historical consumption records of the user in the last week is smaller than a preset threshold value of the number of the consumption records, and determining the user as an active consumer if the total number of the historical consumption information of the user in the last week is larger than the preset threshold value of the number of the consumption records.
Optionally, the obtaining of the popular consumption merchant set, the popular consumption area set, the popular consumption content set and the consumption level expectation of the active consumers includes: arranging each historical consumption merchant in a descending order according to the consumption times, and intercepting the merchants with the first numerical value in front of the sequence to form a popular consumption merchant set; dividing historical consumption merchants according to regions, arranging each region in a descending order according to consumption times, and intercepting regions with a second numerical value in front of the sequence to form a popular consumption region set; dividing historical consumption merchants according to categories, arranging each category in a descending order according to consumption times, and intercepting the category of a third numerical value in front of the sequence to form a popular content set; obtaining a pre-defined consumption grade, and determining a consumption grade expectation according to the consumption grade and a single consumption amount, wherein each consumption grade corresponds to different consumption amounts respectively.
Each historical consumer merchant can be arranged in a descending order according to the consumption times, and merchants with the first numerical value in the front of the interception sequence form a popular consumer merchant set. The key value relationship of { merchant, consumption times } corresponding to consumption of the user in nearly 1 week can be collected, as shown in table 1 below:
TABLE 1
Figure BDA0003464252720000051
Figure BDA0003464252720000061
In practical applications, the { merchant, consumption times } key value corresponding to the user's offline consumption includes a plurality of key values, since the space limit table 1 is only an example. And aiming at the key value relation in the table 1, performing descending arrangement on each historical consumption merchant according to consumption times to obtain a merchant sequence. The first value in this embodiment may be specifically set to 5, so that the merchants intercepting the top 5 merchants in the merchant sequence form a popular consumption merchant set Mch _ SUM { merchant B, merchant a, merchant E, merchant D, merchant F }.
The method comprises the steps of dividing historical consumption merchants according to regions, arranging each region in a descending order according to consumption times, and intercepting the region with the second numerical value in front of the sequence to form a popular consumption region set. After the historical consumption merchants of the user are obtained according to table 1, the address corresponding to each merchant level is obtained, and the address corresponding to each merchant is subjected to area division, where an area may specifically be a community, a business district, or a street, and a specific division range of the area is not limited in this embodiment. For example, the results of dividing the areas of all merchants consumed by the user in the last week are shown in table 2 below:
TABLE 2
Region 1 Merchant A, merchant B and merchant C.
Region 2 Merchant D, Merchant E, Merchant F …
Region 3 Merchant G, merchant H and merchant I.
…… ……
In practical applications, the area of the merchant corresponding to the user's offline consumption includes a plurality of areas, which is only illustrated in table 2 due to space limitation. The total consumption times of the merchants belonging to each area in table 2 are obtained, for example, the total consumption times of the merchants belonging to area 1 is 15, the total consumption times of the merchants belonging to area 2 is 11, and the total consumption times of the merchants belonging to area 3 is 16, and each area is sorted in descending order according to the consumption times to obtain an area sequence. Since the second value in the present embodiment may be 3, the top 3 areas in the clip sequence area sequence constitute a hot consumption area set Zone _ SUM ═ area 3, area 1, area 2.
The historical consumption merchants are divided according to categories, each category is arranged in a descending order according to consumption times, and the category of a third numerical value in front of the sequence is intercepted to form a hot content set. The merchants are divided according to merchant categories when the merchants register, and the merchants of the same category are divided into a group, wherein the merchant categories can be specific forms of products sold by the merchants, such as electronic products, food, stationery, clothing and the like, and each category corresponds to consumption content of one user. For example, the results of classifying the historical consumer merchants that the user consumed in the last week are shown in table 3 below:
TABLE 3
Electronic product Merchant A, merchant H and merchant Q.
Food product Merchant B, merchant I, merchant p.
Stationery with detachable cover Merchant C, merchant J and merchant O.
...... ......
In practical applications, the historical consumer merchants consumed by the users under each category include a plurality of merchants, as the space limit is only illustrated in table 2. Obtaining the total consumption times of the merchants in each category in table 3, for example, the total consumption times of the merchants in the electronic product category is 10, the total consumption times of the merchants in the food category is 8, and the total consumption times of the merchants in the stationery category is 16, then sorting each category in descending order according to the consumption times to obtain a category sequence. Since the third numerical value in the present embodiment may be 3, the top 3 categories in the extracted category sequence constitute a hot Content set Content _ SUM { stationery electronics food }.
The method comprises the steps of obtaining a pre-defined consumption grade, and determining a consumption grade expectation according to the consumption grade and a single consumption amount, wherein each consumption grade corresponds to different consumption amounts respectively. For example, the single consumption amount can be classified into 5 levels, and the consumption level expectation of the user is obtained by collecting the proportion of all the single consumption amounts in the 5 intervals in the period of the last 1 week of the user. For example, the following table 4 shows an example of pre-defined consumption levels:
TABLE 4
Consumption level Consumption money interval (Yuan)
1 (0,100]
2 (100,500]
3 (500,1000]
4 (1000,∞)
Specifically, the number of times when the user's single consumption amount falls in the level 1 to the level 4 may be represented by a one-dimensional array time ═ { X, Y, Z, M }, where when X is 10, an interval representing that the user has 10 consumption amounts is in the first level. The user's consumption level expectation of the last week e (level) is as follows:
E(level)=(100X+500Y+1000Z+1500M)/(X+Y+Z+M)
when X is 10, Y is 0, Z is 0, and M is 0, the consumption expectation of the user in the last week can be calculated to be 100.
Step S102, when a consumption payment request aiming at the payment account is received, the consumption information of the user in the current day is obtained.
Optionally, when a consumption payment request for the payment account is received, obtaining the consumption information of the user in the current day includes: when a consumption payment request for a payment account is received, calling a database associated with the payment account; and inquiring from the database according to the payment account to obtain the total amount of the current-day consumption of the user, the single-stroke consumption amount set of the current-day consumption, the current-day consumption merchant set, the current-day consumption area set and the current-day consumption content set, wherein the total amount of the current-day consumption, the single-stroke consumption amount set of the current-day consumption, the current-day consumption merchant set, the current-day consumption area set and the current-day consumption content set are used as the current consumption information of the user.
The consumption payment request can be a payment request initiated by the mobile terminal when the user generates consumption behavior, and the consumption information of the user in the current day can include but is not limited to the total consumption amount of the user in the current day, the single consumption amount set in the current day, the consumption merchant set in the current day, the consumption area set in the current day and the consumption content set in the current day.
For example, it may be assumed that the user consumes a total amount of K on the day; a single consumption amount set S { S1, S2, S3.... Sn }; a set of consumer-merchants M ═ M1, M2, M3.... Mn }; a set of consumption zones Z ═ Z1, Z2, Z3... ZM }; consumption content P ═ P1, P2, P3.
And S103, according to the consumption characteristic information of the user and the consumption information of the day, when the consumption payment request is determined to have payment risk, the anti-theft brushing alarm is carried out.
Optionally, determining, according to the consumption feature information of the user and the consumption information of the current day, that the anti-swipe-through alarm is performed when the consumption payment request has a payment risk, and including: when the number of consumption records in the current day is larger than a first preset threshold value according to the single consumption amount set in the current day, determining that the consumption payment request has payment risk and performing anti-theft alarm; and when the fact that the single consumption exceeding the first proportion in the current single consumption amount set is larger than the consumption grade expectation is determined, the current consumption merchant set and the hot consumption merchant set do not have an intersection, the current consumption area set and the hot consumption area set do not have an intersection, and the current consumption content set and the hot consumption content set do not have an intersection, the fact that the consumption payment request has payment risks is determined, and anti-theft brushing alarm is conducted.
In one specific implementation, when the number of the current consumption records is determined to be larger than a first preset threshold value according to a single consumption amount set S { S1, S2, S3. The first preset threshold in this embodiment may be obtained by specifically referring to the following formula (1):
first preset threshold value/number of consumption records threshold value/7 x 1.8 (1)
Of course, this embodiment is merely an example, and the specific calculation method of the first preset threshold is not limited. For example, if the first preset threshold value obtained according to formula (1) is set to 10, then when n is determined to be 30, an anti-swipe-through alarm is performed.
In one specific implementation, the first ratio may be 50%, when it is determined that more than 50% of the current consumption amount set S ═ S1, S2, S3..... Sn } is greater than the consumption level expectation e (level), the current consuming merchant set M ═ M1, M2, M3.... Mn } does not intersect with the popular consuming merchant set Mch _ SUM ═ merchant B, merchant a, merchant E, merchant D, merchant F, the current day consumption Zone set Z ═ Z1, Z2, Z3... ZM } does not intersect with the popular consumption Zone set Zone _ SUM ═ Zone 3 Zone 1 Zone 2}, and if the consumption Content set P & ltP & gt 1, P2, P3.
Optionally, determining, according to the consumption characteristic information of the user and the consumption information of the current day, that the anti-swipe-through alarm is performed when the consumption payment request has a payment risk, further comprising: when it is determined that the single consumption exceeding the second proportion in the current single consumption amount set is larger than the consumption grade expectation, the current consumption merchant set and the popular consumption merchant set do not have an intersection, and the current consumption area set and the popular consumption area set do not have an intersection, determining that the consumption payment request has payment risk, and performing anti-theft brushing alarm, wherein the second proportion is larger than the first proportion; when it is determined that the single consumption exceeding the third proportion in the current single consumption amount set is larger than the consumption grade expectation and the current consumption area set and the popular consumption area set do not have intersection, determining that the consumption payment request has payment risk and performing anti-theft brushing alarm, wherein the third proportion is larger than the second proportion; and when the total consumption amount of the current day is larger than a second preset threshold value, determining that the consumption payment request has payment risk and performing anti-theft and brushing alarm.
The first ratio may be 70%, and when it is determined that more than 70% of the single consumption in the single consumption amount set S ═ S1, S2, S3..... Sn } is higher than the consumption level expectation E (level), the consumption merchant set M ═ M1, M2, M3.... Mn } and the popular consumption merchant set Mch _ SUM ═ merchant B, merchant a, merchant D, merchant F } do not intersect, and the consumption area set Z ═ Z1, Z2, Z3... ZM } and the popular consumption area set Zone _ SUM ═ area 1, area 2} are triggered. The first ratio may be 90%, and when it is determined that more than 90% of the single consumption in the single consumption amount set S ═ S1, S2, S3.... Sn } is higher than the consumption level expectation e (level), and at the same time, the consumption area set Z ═ Z1, Z2, Z3..... ZM } and the hotline consumption area set Zone _ SUM ═ { area 3, area 1, area 2} do not intersect, the brush stealing alarm is triggered.
In addition, the second preset threshold in the present embodiment may be specifically obtained by calculating with reference to the following formula (2):
second preset threshold ═ e (level) ((X + Y + Z + M)/7 × 1.5 (2)
Of course, this embodiment is merely an example, and the specific calculation method of the second preset threshold is not limited. For example, if the second preset threshold value obtained according to the formula (2) is set to 1 ten thousand, then if it is determined that K is 2 thousand, the anti-swipe-through alarm is performed.
Note that, in the present embodiment, the alarm may be given by a sound, a graphic, or the like, and the present embodiment is not limited to a specific form of the alarm.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the anti-theft brushing alarm is carried out when the consumption payment request has payment risk according to the consumption characteristic information of the user on the mobile terminal within the specified time and the consumption information of the user in the same day, so that the anti-theft brushing of the payment account of the user is avoided, and the safety of the mobile payment is ensured.
Example two
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of an anti-swipe-stealing method for a payment account according to a second embodiment of the present invention, after determining that an anti-swipe-stealing alarm is performed when a payment request has a payment risk according to consumption feature information of a user and consumption information of the day, the method further includes: and carrying out different payment operations according to the alarm confirmation instruction of the user. Wherein explanations of the same or corresponding terms as those of the above embodiments are omitted. As shown in fig. 2, the method specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, acquiring consumption characteristic information of a user associated with a payment account.
Step S202, when a consumption payment request aiming at the payment account is received, the consumption information of the user in the current day is obtained.
And S203, according to the consumption characteristic information of the user and the consumption information of the day, when the consumption payment request is determined to have payment risk, the anti-theft brushing alarm is carried out.
Step S204, determining whether an alarm confirmation instruction of the user is received within a preset time range, if yes, performing step S205, otherwise, performing step S206.
The preset time range may be 5 seconds, and the user may set the time range according to the requirement of payment security, and the specific value of the preset time range is not limited in this embodiment. And after the alarm is given, an alarm confirmation selection mark is displayed on the user terminal for the user to select.
Step S205, the consumption payment is made to the consumption payment request from the payment account.
If the alarm confirmation instruction of the user is received within the preset time, for example, the user selects the alarm pause confirmation instruction on the terminal, it is indicated that the current payment request is actually the operation performed by the user, although the difference between the current payment request and the previous consumption habit of the user is large, and therefore after the alarm confirmation instruction of the user for the alarm is determined to be received, the consumption payment request is subjected to consumption payment from the payment account.
Step S206, terminating the consumption payment of the consumption payment request from the payment account.
If the alarm confirmation instruction of the user is not received within the preset time, the user does not select the alarm pause confirmation instruction on the terminal, the difference between the current payment request and the previous consumption habit of the user is large, the operation is not performed by the user, and the consumption payment of the payment request from the payment account is stopped. Thereby protecting the user's assets from being swiped by others.
According to the technical scheme of the embodiment of the invention, the consumption habit of the user can be determined by acquiring the consumption characteristic information of the user associated with the payment account, so that when the consumption payment request is received, when the consumption information of the current day is determined to be not in accordance with the consumption habit of the user, an alarm is given in time, so that the stealing of the payment account of the user is avoided, and the safety of mobile payment is ensured. And when the received alarm confirmation instruction of the user is received, consumption payment is carried out, so that the safety of mobile payment is further ensured.
