and sending the sequencing information of the recharging contact persons to a target client terminal.

sending a request instruction for calling the terminal telephone charge recharging record of the target client to a terminal telephone charge recharging server; the solicitation instruction carries identity information of a target client; the terminal telephone charge recharging server is used for carrying out identity authentication on the received request instruction; and when the identity authentication determines that the target client is the client, sending a terminal telephone charge recharging record of the target client.
